Place is in a gas station and it is owned by the gas station. You can't buy soda at the pizza counter unless it's fountain and that is flat. Place is dirty dont know how it passes inspection and the staff is rude. They treat you like an inconvenience if you order anything thats not already in the window. read more

The pizza was good, I liked it. The guy was super grumpy and there was a misunderstanding on the pick up time which apparently was my fault. Then the pizzas were late even for the wrong (later) pick up time and the guy shouted a rude comment about tip. Tip is not guaranteed especially when you are rude and late. I don't like writing bad reviews but I really didn't appreciate getting treated like that. read more

Another awesome restaurant inside a gas station , go figure. But I'm a believer as the best cheese steak in SFLA is in a gas station in Deerfield beach as I found out recently. Anyway, their subs are amazing. I ordered the chick park sub in the slice app and they even called me to tell me the food would be ready sooner. Nobody does that. Eh, I read the one review and was super excited. I ordered a large cheese pie with extra cheese on the whole pie, and mushrooms and onions on just half and told him I would pick it up. I use my iPhone maps and type in their address and I was driving around a plaza and back out on Forest hill a few times before I called them. He asked if I saw a Chevron gas station. Yes I did. We are in there he tells me. I pull up in front of the gas station and there are not even signs outside that there is a pizza place inside. They charge $1.15 for a half topping and $2.15 for a whole. So I get my pizza home and the cheese doesn't even come close to going towards the crust, in fact it doesn't even cover all of the pizza sauce. OK so I take a look at the half with the mushrooms and onions that was on there and literally there are only 10 mushroom pieces on the half of pie, and not too much on the onions either. In fact when you removed the 2 pieces of the one half it appears it was really only a 1/3 of the pizza with scant toppings. Not worth $4.45 added on to the cost of the pizza The pizza itself tasted ok. I have had better, I have had worse. I won't be going back. read more

He told me it's going up again... when I asked how long it would be for a cheese pizza .... Response was (with a pojnt to the restroom). I heard about this place from a friend. I'm so glad we tried it! We went a few nights ago just to try a slice and it was delicious. Tonight we ordered an extra large meat amore with half of it topped with ricotta. It was so good! Thin and crispy, plenty of toppings, very reminiscent of NY pizza. Yesterday, I walked into a gas station & smelled NY pizza. I grabbed a menu from this little pizza place inside the gas station & told my NY Italian husband about it & read the Yelp reviews. Today, we ordered a couple of pies, some garlic knots & the meatball appetizer. I have to say, we thoroughly enjoyed the regular cheese pie & the NY pie. It was crunchy with plenty of sauce & cheese. Not sweet, perfectly salty. I liked the pizza, a lot! Now, the meatballs. When we opened the foil container & saw them, we all had a good laugh. Sooo unusually small. The joke was on us because we've had these tiny, rubbery, gross meatballs before. Years ago, when Publix had BOGO, we'd purchased them. Either Michelina's or another brand, but to try & pass these off as real? Gross! Asked for their carrot cake, none available tonight. The worker with the dreadlocks was baked .... Burnt my pizza then they offered to give me 50% off LOL what kind of logic is that. They always say X minutes but then make you wait 10 more minutes on top of that. I am from New York which means I am a pizza snob. There I said it, but it's true. In all my years living in South Florida I have tried many places that claim "New York Style Pizza", but all of them were wrong. While the only place to get real "New York Style Pizza" is New York, Big Rocco's comes pretty close.
