I've only ever ordered the pizza and meatball subs and they are always amazing. Owner can be a bit brash at times, but I overlook that.

Only think saving the stars is the fact their pizza is amazing. And apparently it takes an hour to make two amazing large pizzas. When I called to place the order for pick up I was told 20 mins. When I got there it had been 30. I sat around for another 25 waiting for it to get done. Good pizza...slow service. read more

I loath giving bad reviews, unfortunately one is needed here. We placed an order and our order was wrong. When I called, the Girl on the phone said she was sorry the driver handed her the phone and she read the order incorrectly. I then asked her what can be done and a gentleman got on the phone and immediately (in a rude tone) said "take it up with Grubhub". So I hung up and I took it up with Grubhub (which they fixed). However it was not Grubhubs fault as the Girl on the phone admitted she was wrong. So I called the restaurant back to get the rude gentleman's name so I could let the owner know that they have someone with bad service working for them. The rude man answered the phone and would not disclose his name, but after many words he disclosed he was the owner. He then went on and on and screamed at me that we are not his customer that we are Grubhubs customer, which is confusing considering the food came from them. Mind you we order pizza from them once a week whether from Grubhub or them directly. Regardless we are a customer and I am astonished at how the owner spoke to me. After searching Sunbiz his name is Dermot Brown and this Man needs a very large lesson in customer service. You can serve a million dollar steak on a gold platter and with a bad attitude I wouldn't give you my business. This place has been my family's go to pizza delivery place for years. Their pizza is great! We usually get mushroom and pepperoni pizza with garlic rolls. They can take a while to make but it's definitely worth it. My relatives in Texas love this place as well and whenever they come to visit we always make sure to order from here. read more

There is nothing like good, old fashioned pizza from "up north." If you're from NJ like my husband and I are, "up north" doesn't mean Orlando, it means Jersey, New York...even Philly. I don't know what it usually is with the pizza places down here but they never quite measure up. Manninos, however, did NOT disappoint. We ordered a pizza one night, excited to have finally found a "real" pizzeria (not a chain like Sal's or "fake" pizza like Papa Johns and the like- which don't get me wrong do have their place when you're just craving that kind of pizza). When it came, we were impressed with how it looked, smelled, and then at first bite, how it tasted. Amazing. We finally found "our" pizza place. If you're craving pizza from a real pizza place, this is it. The only other place around that rivals this pizza is Romeo's back on Wellington Trace. We've had white pizza, which was excellent. We've had plain pie, we've had pepperoni. We've even tried the garlic rolls and the calzones which were excellent. Last order, we got a couple salads - I got the antipasto and my husband got a salami and provolone. Both were HUGE. This place is great- they always have coupons, the prices are excellent, and if you go to pick up, they are always very nice. read more

I give it 2 stars because the food is great. The owner is a d*ck. Rude, nasty, not friendly. Gave them a second chance, ordered via phone for delivery. Food came 1 1/2 hours. When I called to check on my food order, I get no apology and more rudeness. Your food was delish but I will never order from them again. No one likes shitty customer service. read more

Great pizza, great customer service! I had my son had a hair cut done next door, and I found this place. My order was taken by a very nice and friendly girl, and I was suggested instead of waiting in the store had my pizza delivered to me. Order came within 10 minutes I arrived home. Pizza had a nice crust just the way we love it, chicken Marsala and eggplant parmigiana were outstanding. Definitely will recommend to a friend and definitely will order again. Been a loyal customer for over 10 years here until today! I have heard in the past that the owner and or male employees are very rude. I just called to place a pick up order and the male employee was so rude that he actually raised his voice at me to tell me to hold on when I did not hear him. I told him he did not have to be rude and he said he told me 3 times to hold on,what kind of customer service is this? This place will never get my business again I come here twice a week at a minimum however I will never give this place my business again. The rumor is true they are very rude! read more

The best pizza in town! The crust is the perfect balance of soft on the inside and slightly crunchy on the outside. It's always cooked to perfection. My favorite part is that they use oregano! It's so hard to find a pizza place that uses oregano on pizza these days, but Mannino's uses just the right amount to give it a divine flavor. They must use good quality cheese here because it's never greasy. I don't think you can go wrong with any of their pizza, but I'd recommend a simple cheese pie here! read more

Average pizza. Not terrible but there are better options in the area including Francesca's next door and Grandma's on 441.

The first time we ordered from here, the food was tasty so we decided to give it another chance. The second time, the food took nearly two hours. No apology given. We decided to give them another try, and again, an hour and a half later- no pizza delivered. Not to mention, I called BEFORE the dinner rush, on a week night. So I highly doubt they can blame it on being busy. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the majority of the previous yelpers- I wouldn't recommend doing business with a place that has absolutely no regard for customer service. read more

The food here is ok. There is no garlic on the garlic rolls. And that's what I was looking forward to. Lots of garlic. But the calzone is really really big for a small. Enough for 3 people. But i have to say the marinara sauce was really tasty. Next time I'm going to try a pizza. read more

We have frequented this establishment for the better part of two years. usually, the food is very good. i understand that no one is perfect but we received a few pizza's that have been burnt, thin and overall lacking. we have voiced our concerns numerous times over the phone, not asking for compensation, only attempting to ensure our future orders were to the quality that we've come to expect from Manninos. most recently we were met with complete contempt, with questions as to why we still ordered from them if we dont like the pizza. the man on the phone was unbelievably rude, something i would not expect from a small business in todays economy. He has successfully driven us away from ordering there again. Not only has the quality of the pizza degraded, any inherent manners or common decency of the people working there has as well. I have never written a review before this, but Manninos poor quality and service has properly motivated me. read more
