I hate to give a negative review about this location, as I really like Jet's Pizza, but the last couple of times that I have ordered pizza from the Zeeland location the pizza has been terrible. Way overcooked, and the burnt garlic smell doesn't do it any favors either. I feel that the staff has always been helpful and courteous, so I can't tell where the ball is being dropped. I can't tell you how many times I have called in an order for something to jet's Pizza of Zeeland and then I still have to wait for 15 minutes once I get there. Tonight I ordered a Greek salad which consist of nothing but a bunch of cheap lettuce. They throw a few toppings on top to make it look pretty but the rest is nothing of substance. read more

All three times I've had to call the store after 90 minutes of waiting and been told that I could come pick up my pizza if I wanted it faster. The last time the guy indicated they could deliver to my home and they would see me soon. When I called to inquire about my delivery after 90 minutes I was told..." I do not know what to tell you lady, they forgot the order...come get it". NEVER Again! I have never had such awful service or such rude people on the telephone when you call to order! We ordered slices of their deep dish (Detroit style?) pepperoni pizza, which has become our crave-worthy go-to pizza when on the run. They're open even during the covid shutdown, which we really appreciate. Service was prompt, perfectly safe and cost is reasonable. Both times we enjoyed hot tasty Detroit Style Pizza on their Turbo Crust, delivered in a timely fashion, to our hotel. This is the one and only Jet's Pizza that my family goes to. It's not just because it's the closest, but they make it just how we like it. The crust is a little browner, and it always tastes delicious. Get the Jet's 10! I love a fully loaded pizza so this one is always my preference and favorite, but we've gotten pepperoni, sausage and bacon and a simple sausage pizza and it's ALL so good. Every time my boyfriend travels out with me to visit my family we always have to order from here at least once. A special kudos to the staff here that makes this amazing pizza. I love their new text to order option but the last couple orders I've gotten have been undercooked. Also their prices are high for a restaurant that's going to serve customers a subpar product. When they first came to town I loved the pizza especially the eight corner but I can barely afford the eight corner anymore. What is going on with this place? In the last 3 weeks, I have gotten two of the worst pizzas ever. I get, on average, at least two, deep dish small pizzas per month. The one three weeks ago, although I had asked for extra cheese, had a SHEET of cheese so thick I about choked on the first mouthful. I had to remove and throw away most of it, and it was gooey and underbaked. Yesterday's pizza was tasteless and Jets appears to have changed its crust. It was like eating pizza toppings on fluffy white bread. It looked and tasted like white bread...none of the density pizza crust should have. You're about to lose a customer Jets. Please hire people that know how to make pizza, and fix that crust!! read more

In a month they have messed up my order for delivery and pick up several times. I ordered a beef and cheese sub.. and got some weird ham thing with Italian.. then today I thought ok.. wings are good, easy enough... I ordered BONE IN. and got some yucky chicken nuggets. Really? Sometimes they forget to "Turbo" the crust and once in a great while the pizza seems just a little undercooked - but it's still very edible and delicious. Other than those minor issues we really enjoy the pizzas. We've never had a wrong order and never experienced poor customer service. We (parents) and our kids love the pizzas, and my daughter frequently gets boneless chicken wings which she really loves. read more

We love Jet's Pizza, however, this location I would not recommend. Every time we request for extra sauce, they seem to skimp out on it regardless. Just yesterday we had ordered an Aloha Barbecue Chicken pizza, and instead were given just a plain Barbecue Chicken pizza. They are pretty similar so we understand how easy it was to concoct the incorrect pizza and mix the two up. We were credited on the account for another pizza, which we were very grateful for, so we had ordered the same Aloha pizza with turbo crust the following day. Unfortunately, our crust was not customized and was kept plain. This is unacceptable, and we will not return to this location. To make a mistake on one pizza is completely understandable, but to mess up on the remake of the same exact pizza is just sloppy and inattentive service. read more

We just had a large Jet 10 pizza and a small garden salad delivered. The salad was huge, and so fresh. The crisp lettuce, along with red onions, black olives, tomatoes and cheddar cheese was so good! The pizza was also excellent with sausage, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms and cheese, cooked perfectly and fresh toppings. While, in the end, our food was fine, the ATTITUDE of the workers was really poor, and ended up stressing my mom out, so I am NOT a fan of this place. I do not plan on returning to this location. Mom called in a pick-up order for a "Hawaiian BBQ Chicken pizza, deep dish, like in your coupon photo". What we got was just a regular Hawaiian pizza; ham, pineapple, and crumbles of bacon. No Chicken or BBQ sauce like Mom specifically mentioned. She was told that she didn't call it an "Aloha" BBQ Chicken pizza, so that's why she only got a regular Hawaiian instead. I'm sorry, Jet's, but YOUR JOB is to put the ingredients WE CUSTOMERS tell you to put on the pizza we order, regardless of what kitschy buzzwords you think you need to hear. If I call and order a Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushroom pizza, you put all three of those toppings on it, because I listed them. You do not just stop at Pepperoni because Pepperoni Pizzas exist as their own item. If you can't figure out that someone is trying to order an "Aloha" pizza when they say "Hawaiian BBQ Chicken", then perhaps you don't deserve such responsibilities at your job. If someone orders "Hawaiian BBQ Chicken" and you can't translate that to your own lingo and know what pizza they wanted, the LEAST you could do is actually include all the toppings specifically mentioned when the order was placed. And you ESPECIALLY don't give the customer grief when they call back to inform you of your error. We had originally ordered an Extra Large pizza, but the replacement pizza we received was only a Large because the woman on the phone at Jet's blamed the mistake on the words my mom used to order, and didn't even want to make a correction until my mom persisted.
