Growing up in Highland Creek, I assumed it would be great to work when i came back for holiday breaks. 11/25/2023. I helped them out and worked for them as they are short staff as it is. Management came in to greet me this time, as i've worked for them twice before. Upon leaving, the manager wanted my Venmo to compensate. However, nothing. Because it was during a holiday break, i decided to wait to follow up on payment. So, i waited a couple of days. The manager, Jen, told me she requested a ticket insisted this was her only communication with the owner of the studio. Strange. I've never heard of management not being able to reach an owner via landline. Imagine an emergency situation. Nonetheless Over the past two weeks, i have reached out numerous times only to be met with the same response over and over again. "sending Tanya another ticket" as a Independent contractor and not an employee my services are no different than an electrician or handyman rearing payment upon completion. Very upsetting that they would take advantage of me and my services, give me the run around in terms of pay, and completely ignore me. Mind you, it's the holiday season. What a great way to show staff they are valued.

So if I add myself to a waitlist, and someone drops out at midnight, and now I've made other plans - thinking I can't get in this class - he CHARGES YOU! Get this, you're next in line... you actually go and fill the spot, HE STILL CHARGES ME! #MoneyGrab The owner's waitlist policy is disgusting, it's cheap and it's disgraceful. I've contacted my credit card company and the BBB as this is the 3rd time I've attempted to reason with him on this fraud. He couldn't care less and enjoying milking his members for all their worth. $22 is charged to you if you're on a waitlist and even say NO I can no longer attempt! I started coming here with a friend for a different workout (other than the gym and weights), and I became obsessed! The instructors really help you and guide you in your moves and form, so that you don't injure yourself. The workouts are easy to follow and you are able to adjust based on skill level. I always come to this place with fear, but leave feeling amazing and sore! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone!
