Here's the story, we hired unlicensed contractors to paint and remodel our bathroom and kitchen. But after doing their job they left a p-- poor job cleaning up after themselves. Which ended up getting us in trouble and a citation from the city when the contractors dumped the paint to the street gutters going down 18 houses. The contractors took off and ran with the money but thankfully at least finished their job (I would leave a bad review on those contractors if they were listed on yelp if I could). We were in trouble so we looked for an expert to clean our neighborhood street gutters and discovered Jetstream on yelp. Their fee was pretty steep but unlike those unlicensed contractors, Jetstream did the job right. John was our point of contact and was a consumate professional. It was a pleasure from beginning to end doing business with Jetstream. I found them on Yelp and was impressed with all the great reviews. John booked the appointment to clean our solar panels, exterior windows, screens and tracts. He gave me an estimate I felt was fair. Chris and his helper arrived on time and were polite and professional. They used deionized water that leaves no spots once the window dries. This way they can clean windows as high as five stories perfectly clear. They also clean windows inside but I didn't need that service. read more

I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with John. He was very nice and said he would accommodate the time I needed and call me back. I was unable to answer the phone when he did so I returned the call and left a voicemail saying I wouldn't not be home at the time they were available to unlock the back gate and had questions. I made sure to call back well before the close of business but didn't receive a call back that afternoon or the next morning so I assumed my unavailability was going to be a problem and moved on to a different company. This morning as I am in an important doctors appointment, I got a voicemail from the company saying they were calling to confirm the appointment. When I was done, I let them know that we had gone with another company because we hadn't heard back. After that, I received several text messages from John berating me even though it appears they didn't even listen to my voicemail until today! I understand they're mad they didn't get the job, but this has got to be the most unprofessional and inappropriate thing I've ever experienced with any contractor. Also, I never asked for them to reschedule another appointment, just for the record. And this exchange was after I had asked 3 times for them to stop contacting me. read more
