Not sure about cars, but DON'T bring a pickup truck here. I got a dent near the top of my right rear fender and I wondered how I got it. Then I noticed another one after I got through the wash. Then I got suspicious. I went through today and got another dent on the driver's side rear fender plus a pretty sharp ding on the upper left of my tailgate. I was watching it this time as I went through and saw how the brush on the left side swings around to the back and could ding it. I brought this to the attention of management. They said they doubt it happened here. Well, I'm pretty careful with my $70k Ram truck - and I see it closely every day. I'm pretty darned sure this is the only place it could have been dented in almost the same spot 3 times. Nice car wash. So clearly this is a mostly self service car wash, the only thing they do for you is run it thorough the wash and pre-soak your car with a high pressure hose before you enter (if you payed up for it, I usually run the car though the wash and take it home for detailing). Other than that, they have plenty of spaces where you can park and towel dry (if you didn't bring your own towels, you can purchase them there) and vacuum. Depending on the time of day and year it is very well shaded, which is a huge plus. Overall I've never had an issue with this place. Never had any dents or broken pieces, which honestly you are tacking a risk any time you go through a car wash regardless of the place. I do wish they did a better job of taping down the back wiper. Last few times they failed to do this. So out of my two negatives, that would be one of them and the second is that they have a nasty pot hole in one of their lanes which they don't seem to be in a hurry to fix. So besides that, the place is clean and the prices are much better under the new management. read more

Bought the top of the line wash for $12. My car wasn't dirty but it had bugs on the windshield and front end. The guy at the entrance had a power sprayer to presumably get some of the tough dirt. He just sort of pointed it at the front of my car and gave a quick squirt. Nothing in the back. Then it was woosh, through the car wash. It says that it is a 3 minute wash but I was in there less than a minute. I've never been in this type of wash that moved so quickly. There was no line so there is no reason to rush. The body of my car was still completely wet afterward because it went through the driers so quickly. The extra cost is supposed to include cleaning wheels and tires. My wheels were dirtier when I got out than they were going in. They just got wet enough to loosen the brake dust but not enough to clean it off. Windshield still had bugs on them, front end still had bugs. That is what the spray guy at the entrance is supposed to take care of. As was mentioned, vacs are good. This was a total waste of $12. Too many of this type of Car Washes popping up to go back. read more

I agree with Mark P- not as thorough a wash as other places, even Jett's on denton hwy. When not crowded vacuum access is good and vacuums have great suction. I don't like the fact that there are no towels to finish drying-don't want to have to go home to finish the job. Only reason for 3rd star is suction strength of vacuums. :) read more

I was very surprised when, after paying $13 for the best car wash, there no people outside to towel dry my car. I guess I got spoiled by the Big Green Car Wash, which only charged $6 for the same service, & they had several people who were always waiting to towel dry the car. How sad that they had to close :( I won't go back to Jett; it claims to be the car of the future, but I don't think so! :( Also, there were 3 attendants that were loitering near the area where I had to choose which car wash I wanted, through a machine. The customer service is very nice, as the attendant greeted me quickly offered to assist with the putting in of my information and getting my wash underway. The wash itself was not so great, as ultimately the five dollar wash and the $12 wash seem to get the same amount of dirt off the car. One cool thing they do is give you a coupon for you to use in the next seven days with three dollars off. The other negative of this location is they don't give you enough dryer time to really blow all the excess water off your car so you get some streaks throughout the car. So if an emergency wash is needed on date night, not a bad choice, looking for quality wash, pass. read more

No longer impressed with this car wash. They don't remember to scrub the back of the car or spray it down before the tunnel anymore. We had to drive back through a second time and the manager was rude saying "We are giving you a free 2nd wash!" Okay....but we wouldn't need a second wash if your employees weren't lazy and did their job the first time. Frustrating, we won't be coming back. read more

It was a decent setup. Easy to use and cleaned the car wall. They have free vacuums for the interiors. All in all a good business.

Is my car clean? Meh. Did the vacuums work? Yes. No towel dry. Definitely not worth $12 or even $7 for the cheap one. Will I go back? Definitely no. read more

DON'T GO HERE!! IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!!!!! Went last week and right as I put my car back into drive after the wash, my low tire pressure light came on. My front two tires were flat and my tire valves were broken in half causing one of my tire sensors to break as well. I had to get my car towed and then ended up having to get two new tires today. Of course they said they weren't responsible and basically called me a liar. They wouldn't even give me my money back, but he offered me a free car wash.... I would be stupid to do that!! I will never go to this place ever again! It didn't even clean my car! Very crappy place and the people that work there are even worse! read more

Although it's newly renovated and under a new name, for now it's a last-choice car wash. Every other local car wash is offers thick, damp towels to finish wiping off your car--but this one doesn't. Instead, they offer flimsy towels for sale . . . . Not smart. With the remodel they've tried to pack in as many cars as possible in the vacuum area. Looks smart on paper, but when two cars park in side-by-side spots, they can't open their doors without running into each other. What were they thinking? Lastly, for a brand new car wash it's surprising how much dirt and soap are left clinging to your car, especially at the rear end. Let's hope they fix that problem soon. read more

TLDR Version: Do not use Jett Express Carwash in Hurst as they will damage your car and then lie to you about fixing it. See below for the full story: I used your car wash on 07-16-17 around 10 am at the Hurst Location. Went through the cycle as I have before. I go to vacuum the inside for a bit and when I went to clean the trunk I noticed the spare tire cover (that comes standard on this model) was gone. I ask your employee on duty (Chase?) he took me to the side of the car wash where the cars come out and my cover was on the floor of the car wash and cars were driving over it. We grab it and I notice that it's completely ruined so I asked him what I could do. He said that I could file a claim but that he would need my DL and Insurance info. I gave him the info and he filled out the form but said that more than likely nothing was going to be done. Later I fill out a contact form on your site requesting assistance with this matter. I get a call from Derek (Area Market Manager) who tells me that he will either pay me the value of the cover or give me the equivalent amount in wash vouchers. I tell him I would rather get a replacement cover. I send him pictures of the damaged cover per his request. Then, I get a call from Chase saying that they reviewed the video and that because the spare tire cover was blown off by their dryers that they would not pay to replace it. I call Derek and he essentially says the same thing that they could not cover the damage because apparently, the cover was loose before I went to the wash. Chase and Derek both said there is video proving what they've said and despite my repeated attempts requesting the video, they just say they can't. While I appreciate Derek's prompt response, I find it ridiculous that he basically backed out on our original conversation after viewing a video that I cannot see. I am also angry that the employees at the wash were just going to let me go home without telling me that my cover was blown off. Never coming here again. read more

I went here today after my boyfriend recommended them and got the $10 car wash with the add on that came with a dry off towel and an air freshener. (I didn't end up even getting the towel and I had to ask for the air freshener.. I didn't know what I was doing. I figured someone would have talked to me to walk me through the process and ask me if I got any add ons but that didn't happen at all. I walked up and asked for the air freshener because I saw a little tree type thing with them all over it.) I've never been through an industrial type car wash before, I've always hand washed my car but it's too hot for me to want to stand outside and do that. Only come here if you want SCRATCHES ALL OVER YOUR WINDSHIELD. I went through the wash, and started driving towards work only to notice that there were scratches all over my windshield! Diagonal, horizontal, vertical.. they were everywhere. And a chunk of paint was taken off of my drivers door handle. I'm not sure if there were rocks stuck to the things that spin all over your car or what happened... I was so unhappy. I went back and gave them my insurance information and license and all that jazz to try and get something done and saw a flyer on the counter that is supposed to be for employees on how to handle this situation... "Did you know that out of thousands of claims, only 10 were found to be our fault?" Not sure if those were the exact words, but something to that effect. I'm pretty sure I wasn't supposed to see that. THOUSANDS of claims and only ten were your fault? PLEASE. I have very little hope that I'm going to get anything out of this and now I have scratches all over my fairly new car.. I've only had it for a few months. Heart breaking to be making payments on something, working full time and going to school full time to be screwed over and a big company not having any sympathy or wanting to pay for what their machines have done. I'm sure the big guys on top are making a lot of money and I don't think they don't care enough to give up however much it would cost to get my windshield fixed... I'm sure they wouldn't have enough money to put gas in their speedboat, right? What a tragedy. I'll update this and maybe change my mind once I hear back from them.. the guy said he'd call me within 3 to 5 days. Told me he already reviewed the videos and nothing looked wrong even though I did NOT have these before... whatever. UPDATE 7/17: I was called this afternoon after I called twice to try and get this information. It is the 5th day- so I was supposed to hear by now. I was told bluntly "Your claim was denied" and he knew nothing else. Needless to say, I'm going to get an estimate on getting my windshield and door handle replaced and see what I can do. Among the worst car washes I have ever been to. I went there 40 minutes before they closed, which I know isn't the best, and I got an absolutely terrible wash. When I entered the carwash, the guy who was supposed to scrub down the bumpers just kind of rubbed the brush along the hood in the top of the car and one line straight back and then walked away. There was no wipe down which was kind of to be expected. And then when I try to use the vacuums, I was told that the vacuums were on a timer and there's nothing they can do about it but it was still at this point 30 minutes before close. There are far better car washes for the price in the area so I will absolutely never go back to that car wash. In fact if I had a way to, I would tell everyone I ever met never to go to that car wash. Hopefully they will shut down and go out of business soon to make room for a proper car wash or at least one that does a half ass job or better. read more
