This place is horrible. i don't get on here and write many reviews but i had to for this place! Don't go here. First the lady wanted to charge me 75 bucks just for a wash! I told her no 50 max, i have a lifted tundra nothing too special.. but as i walked around the truck i could literally whip off dirt and see places they didn't even whip down.. i continued to walk around it and just keep pointing out more and more dirty spots and she proceeded to tell me you truck was really dirty and i was thinking yea that's why i brought it in for a wash... so i get inside and see the dash and center console and a few other spots haven't been whipped down well at all.. they still charged me 55 bucks! I drive almost 30 minutes to bring our cars here for a hand wash because they do such a great job! My wife and I both have black luxury cars that live outside, so they get quite dirty. We invested in ceramic coating to protect our paint, so I don't want to risk getting swirl marks or scratches with an automatic car wash. I try to wash them myself, but without a garage, it's tough to do in the summer heat. I finally brought my car in today, and it was filthy inside and out. Even with just the basic hand wash and interior vacuum/wipedown, it came out looking clean, shiny and beautiful, and they were finished before I even got started trying to get some work done in their customer lounge. I brought a used truck for my son the truck needed a deep cleaning as it was not driven a while before we got it and the inside was dusty and dirty. We picked it up I was so happy it smells good looked good the inside is like new. Carpet is clean the seats dashboard all are like new. I did a lot of research to find a place that not only had quality work, but wasn't crazy expensive. And I really wanted a place that I could consistently go back to. I took my Lexus in to have some paint removed from the body of the car and to have the car detailed. When we brought the car in, there were splatters of paint on the body of the car. Most of the paint was removed. The driver's side seat is worn, but when we picked it up, there was a hole in the seat. My husband asked about it, and she said they worked 4 hours on the car to remove the paint, and the seat was worn. They did not take pictures before, so she is not sure if the hole was put there by her workers or not. Once we left, I told my husband this was not right. She should take at least $5 or something off the price because there is a hole in the seat of our car. I called back, and Sylvia was rude. She did not care that there was a hole in the driver's seat because she knew her workers were not responsible. All she wanted to talk about was that they spent 4 hours working on the car. I told her that she should offer to take a small amount off because there was a hole in the driver's seat that was not there when we dropped off the car. Our conversation got ugly, and she said that I could come back and we could talk in the parking lot about the car. I told her that I was on my way. But I thought was, it really worth it as much as I wanted to go back and let her know how I really felt, and hear what she had to say face-to-face. She was rude and totally did not care at all. I asked her to put herself in my shoes, and there was a hole in the driver's seat that she did not want to address. I will not be coming back. I am very disappointed. Sylvia did not show good customer service in this situation. If you choose to take your vehicle to Perfection Auto Detail, please take before pictures, because Sylvia cannot be trusted!!!!! I took my car in with high hopes and expectations and honestly a day later after having the chance to look over my car and having to clean my front windshield and around my sunroof / black trim and seals around doors and wipe the whole car off to remove car wax residue ;I found that for the nearly $400 price for the top end detail i would have expected better detailing on those kind of details. I had been quoted 6 hours for services to be completed I got a call 3 hours later that it was ready. It seems to me it would take longer just to do all the steps for the paints exterior. I was able to have any corrections made to anything I noticed not done before I paid which is a plus. There were a couple items that were addressed at this point. Customer service was very good but again my confidence level on expectations are slightly diminished. With all that said I would still recommend them and I will still be a returning customer. I just expect more at that price point I expect it to be perfect which I believe is a reasonable expectation. read more

Just found the auto detail place near our house close to Carrollton. Sent my new SUV for clay bar and wax (overspray at the dealership that they were not willing to fix). Perfection Auto Detail did a great job, very detail in less than half a day, and price is pretty reasonable. Will send my husband's truck for detail job next. read more

Got a $250 detail from another place to get a funky smell out of a used car I bought. 250 later...still smelled...almost worse than before. This place not only got the smell out, but the carpets look great. They also had a really comfy waiting room. Let me chill there for 3 hours and work. Receptionist and owner were friendly. Detailer was thorough and knew how to do things right. Recommending to my whole big family :) read more
