I just had the worst car wash ever! I paid $44 for a number 4 express detailing ( the top is 5) They sprayed the inside with armorol or something like it and barely wiped it down leaving the instrument panel smeared and , spots of spray spots everywhere. It was greasy and sticky. The center console had dirt and wasn't even vacuumed well and the same with the mats, they still had rocks and dirt! There was a big streaked spot on the outside windshield glass. I have had better "drive through " car wash experiences! For 44.00..... what a rip off... I will never recommend or return for their service! read more

An employee who wasn't supposed to be driving got behind the wheel of my truck and drove it right into the door of another car! My truck wasn't driveable, so we had to manually bend out the bumper and fender so I could get it home. Waited over an hour for the owner to arrive and give us his insurance info. Im now going to be inconvenienced having to deal with the insurance company and getting it repaired. Still didn't get my truck cleaned!! read more

I've been going to this car wash 3 to 4 times a week for the past 10 years. I've seen multiple owners and many changes. When it was purchased by Mr. Lee several years ago I saw many good changes and was truly hoping it would continue to improve but sadly that hasn't been the case. The service has steadily declined and the facility itself is falling apart. To get a full service you are looking at 30 to 45 minutes wait time and the quality is average at best and that's during a slow time. In addition, I recently took my car in for the 48 hour rain check and they refused to honor it. The "manager" claimed it didn't rain at the car wash so as far as she was concerned I was out of luck and blamed the new policy on the owner. I tried to call him, left messages but he never returned my calls. Bottom line? They just lost a long time regular customer. I never wish bad on any business but in this case I hope that they go belly up so that a different owner can take over...maybe then we can get a decent full service car wash in our area. read more

The ratings previously listed for this car wash had me drive a bit out of the way to get my car cleaned out before a family visit. It was a little busy for early afternoon mid-week which I thought was also a good sign. I waited 45 minutes for my car to be completed which I didn't mind for a good cleaning. While I was waiting a watched the people drying and finishing up my car who spent more time talking to each other/other employees/other customers than they did cleaning my car. On the positive side. Floors were a mess and were vacuumed out very well and people were very kind...that is about it for the positives. The rest of the inside of the car didn't appear to have been touched. Dust on the dash, fingerprints on the touchscreen and stereo, cup holders not wiped out, seats not vacuumed, door panels dusty. I will continue to look for a full service car wash in the area and will not be returning. read more

Insanely slow service, poor quality control, employees that seemingly wander around and get to working on the wash line and vacuum line with no urgency (as if there is a business being run.) They were sending a single car through the line at a time (with about 10 minutes - yes 10 minutes between washes.) In addition, there were maybe 15 cars there to be washed and I counted TWO people drying/detailing cars. The previous business and owner that was in this location before was not great either but it was eons above this new business. I'm not sure if it's the location or poor management (or both) but this place needs someone who knows what the hell it means to run a business and properly staff a place. Just steer clear of this place and head to one of the other full service places around town (who by the way have had a drop in service themselves.) read more

Color me impressed. You know the old saying you can't judge a book by its cover? Well that's this place. It's an older car wash so the outside and inside amenities may seem plain in comparison to the newer ones but the service makes up for it. Wild Carmello took over in October and he's actively involved in all aspects. I saw him do everything from vacuuming to drying. He was encouraging his crew and overseeing work. His crew did a spectacular job. My car looks outstanding. When I was pulling out, they chased me down - apologized profusely and asked me to come back to do my tires which were accidentally overlooked. To me - that spoke volumes. I would have never known had they not told me and they acted with integrity by calling me back. I was by impressed by their level of detail. I'll definitely be back. Service is incredible. If you haven't been recently and were left disappointed by previous owners, give the new one a chance to earn your business. You won't be disappointed. read more

I wish I could leave 0 stars. They damaged my husbands truck! We just moved to the area and figured we'd go ahead and find somewhere we can take our vehicles to be cleaned! We took our truck here because of the good reviews, etc. Well let me tell you, I'm not sure who is leaving the good reviews, but our experience was AWFUL. They took my husbands truck through the tunnel, got it stuck on the machinery and then FORCED it out while it was still stuck. They messed up the side of my husbands trucks and tore up his NEW rims. The "manager" told him it wasn't his problem since it was the machinery and gave him a piece of paper with the owners info. My husband spoke to the owner who asked him to come the following day (Sunday) at 11am so he could see the damage. We showed up and waited, and waited. He never showed and stopped answering our calls. I drove by and stopped randomly a couple days after that and caught him there, he straight up told me he had no intention of coming to meet with us that Sunday and had me send him pictures of my husbands truck and promised to get back with me after looking at the tunnel, etc. He never did, and now won't answer my calls yet again. Save your money! Take your vehicle elsewhere. read more

For $26.99 I had most of my SUV cleaned. Not the cargo area. They call that the trunk, and they don't do trunks. Half of the tires were shined. The dash almost, so close, was cleaned. If you want to waste money on a car wash, go there. read more

I went Saturday to get my car washed. It was of course busy! It was a beautiful day! The guy you first talk to was very friendly. I ended up getting the "Wild Willie" package ($23). It was probably an hour wait, which was fine since I knew they were busy. The first sign of trouble was a guy came back in and said "I want a refund....my car is still filthy". I thought for sure, it was just him, and he's probably just being ridiculous. Well, it was my turn to get my car. Under the cover they have the car looked good on the outside. Then I got inside. The dash was still dusty, the gear shift area was dusty, the radio display and a/c knobs etc were all still dusty. I still had my door open and let him know it was still dusty....HE HANDS ME THE RAG!!!!!!!!! When I got home and in the sun I looked at my car. There were water marks on some windows. One window looked like they only wiped half of it down. The back bumper had some bird poo (or something) that was on it....remnants of it still remained and there was some sort of "muck" still left on the back window! While driving to work on Monday morning with the sun shining at me, I could barely see out the window because of all the streak marks! BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY!!!! This place used to be Heritage Car Wash, and they were great! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!! read more

This is a strange place. Lots of young people wandering around - sort of like a youth hostel or something. No adults in sight on the day I was there - or a boss it would seem. I got the $26 package which I think was called the Wild Willy. Anyway, when I got in my SUV I noticed that there was still debris on the center console and in the cup-holders. There were still bug splatters (not that I had gone cross-county or anything, just normal stuff) on the windshield. They did not get the top of the SUV dry so when I took off, the excess water went down the back. There were streaks of whatever kind of dashboard cleaner they use on the inside of the windshield at the bottom. Bottom line is that for $26 dollars I expect the job to be better than I would do myself and this definitely wasn't. Very disappointed and I won't be back. read more

They didn't even clean my steering wheel or center console which was one of the main parts I wanted cleaned. The service is good and overall my car was pretty clean... Terrible service. Only three people working, no manager on site. Credit card machine was down, no one knew how to fix it. Cleaned my car in record time (10min) TERRIBLE JOB!!! This place has really gone down hill!!! They need a manager full time to stay on the staff and make sure they do the work they are being paid to do. Will not return to this car wash again!!!!!
