The website is very misleading and needs to be updated. The bar itself is not open and they no longer have the dueling pianos. Very disappointing. However, the staff were amazing!! The new speakeasy dinner show. Where Teatro Martini show used to be. Is the worst dinner show I have ever seen. Our server Jose was terrible. We had to ask another server to at least get us water. It took Jose over 25 minutes to get our drinks. Then another 20 minutes to get our salads. Mine had mushy croutons. We didn't get our main course until 20 minutes after the show started. The show was terrible. I almost fell asleep since I was so bored. It was obvious that all the performers where new. They had no personalities. They obviously were trying to imitate Capones. And Sleuths Murder Mystery.. Capones was way better. It's to bad they closed last year. I would not recommend going to Speakeasy Murder and other acts of prohibition show. Interesting little Jewel. You need the magic password to gain entry. Once inside, there's blackjack, craps and roulette tables. All the money goes to charity. Thr dueling pianos wasn't what I was used to; there wasn't much encouragement for audience participation, but they were talented pianists. The service was good , and the bar food was decent. Had an amazing time at Jewel, we went with another couple on a date night and we had so much fun gambling, drinking and listening to the dual pianos. When we were leaving the manager asked how are time was and we stated we really enjoyed it, he asked if we liked the pole dancing show, we had no idea it was going on he stated to let us know next time we come and he would make sure we get some tickets to the show. Service was terrible the worst I have been too. Had a Groupon for free entry and a drink. Paid for our first drink because she said it wasn't included in the free drink. Never came back or asked to give us a free drink we were on vacation and we would have spent more. We usually spend a lot of money out of the vibe is right. They include ur gratuity but she was an awful waitress sat behind the door talking to other staff and never paid attention to half the people there. This place was SO cool! I learned about Jewel from Instagram and my BF knew we had to check it out. It's in the same building as Pirate's Dinner Adventure, on the far left side. You have to call beforehand to get a password then check in at the ticket window. After that you ring the doorbell and theres a little window where you tell the password to the person that answers. Inside there is dueling pianos, a full bar and casino games (craps, blackjack and roulette). You can purchase $100 chips for $10 and all proceeds go to a local non-profit benefitting bullying. At first we sat at one of the tables and got a drink before we wandered around to play the casino games. Overall service was pretty good, the place is fairly small so there was one main server and what I think was a manager was helping to make sure everyone was good. We started playing Blackjack and then moved on to Craps. I had never played Craps before and this was a great place to learn since you aren't really losing money. I also was able to learn more about Blackjack and the dealers were great at coaching me and explaining why a certain move would be better than others. We started with $300 in chips and ended up with almost $1200 at the end. You can cash the chips in for prizes such as jewelry, candles, chocolates, etc. It was fun to get something to take home. My boyfriend and I found this place somehow and decided to check it out in the evening. We called for a password after 5p. The speakeasy is located inside the pirates dinner show off of I Drive. When we walked in they did not ask for a password. It was connected to a dueling piano show place too. It was not the type of speakeasy I had expected or usually go to. The piano bar served food and drinks. The performers were great and entertaining. I did not like my drinks very much. I got a martini flight. JEWEL does not really have the speakeasy vibe. Wouldn't be interested in rerunning but maybe worth checking out the dueling piano dinner one day. read more

Avoid! This place is a total disaster. This was our experience. 1. I made the reservation in advance for Thursday 12/14. In the email confirmation I received, it clearly stated doors opened at 8 pm and 8:30 pm was the scheduled showtime. Well, an hour later came around and there were still no performers in the house. While waiting for the show to start looking clueless around the room, at no point were we advised what was going on. So we assumed the performers were running late. At about 9:30 pm, I asked our server where the pianists were and she mentioned "oh sorry, we no longer have shows on Thursday nights." So why not mention that in an email or why even stay open for that matter? Very disappointing. The point of my visit was to enjoy the entertainment. There was nothing even remotely close to that. 2. Me and my guest were the only 2 people sitting at a table that night. With that said, they also got our food order wrong. We ordered the family sampler and not only was there a delay with it coming out, but they also brought out an additional dish we did not order. That seemed to have caused a visible confusion between our main server and the door host, who was also assisting us with the order. Additionally, we had asked for our wings tossed in the spicy buffalo sauce. That didn't happen either. The wings came out plain with the sauce on the side. Again, only 2 of us sitting at a table in a room that easily accommodates 100 guests. So how hard can this be? Was this everyone's first day? I'm not trying to sound condescending here, but at this point, we were wondering exactly that and couldn't wait to leave. 3. When we complained at the end, our server mentioned the manager wasn't there and she couldn't do much. Not even one discount on the bill for this major inconvenience to us. So tacky. Also, our server was the manager of the other room called Teatro Marti I believe. Not sure I understand how a business can run a night without someone in charge. Interesting. It's a beautiful space, but unfortunately, I won't be returning to this establishment ever again, much less do I recommend it to anyone. A total waste of time. read more

This place was a H U G E disappointment. I made reservations for 26 people for October 23 for my wife's 50 birthday party. We were all in costume of the roaring 20's or Gatsby. when we arrived in the party bus I was told that yes, they had my reservation but there were no seats or tables available because "all the other people had reservations too". We had to find another spot, on the fly, on a Saturday night for 26 people. Fortunately we were successful and spent $1,500 there! This place does not understand how to hold a reservation. If you have a special occasion I suggest you go elsewhere, Jewel Orland will not honor a reservation. read more

Tl;dr: Go elsewhere, there are plenty of better options in Orlando. We did the NYE party at Jewel and regretted it. The facility itself was well designed, but the experience was awful from the get go. The doors opened a half hour late and the ticket booth couldn't find our friends reservations (he literally had to pull up his credit card charge as proof he'd already paid). Once inside they were understaffed to the point that they didn't have a bartender in Jewel itself, forcing us to go back into the main "pirate bar" area for drinks. I can't emphasize this enough. A PLACE THAT CALLS ITSELF A SPEAKEASY DIDN'T HAVE ITS OWN BARTENDER ON NYE. Not only that, but the "open bar" package we paid for only covered the trashiest well liquor they could find. The manhattens (Evan Williams base) were not good. I tried ordering a negroni but was told they didn't have the ingredients. I went with a rum and coke only to see that they were using Calypso. Even off the "open bar" package the old fashioneds were sickly sweet and a plain martini tasted like pure brine. I mean come on, here in the 2020's were trying to emulate the vibe of the 1920's, not the rotgut that'll make you go blind part. If you do come here just stick to draft beer. Additionally, they had a couple fake gambling table games (craps and blackjack), of which the adult Chucky Cheese prize bar had a meager selection of way overpriced items, the lowest of which was a chocolate bar for a mere 360 chips. Extra chips are $10 per 100. So yeah, you do the math on that one. Supposedly some of the proceeds go to charity, so there is that. On the positive side the dueling piano players were ok and the gambling table dealers were nice. Don't waste your money at Jewel, there are far better options in that part of town. read more

What an amazing entertainment option for people from Orlando and surrounding, as well as tourists from all over.
