There were at least 5 people waiting in line after me and the ONLY person checking people out, had to go talk to the pharmacist about another problem I had with them not filling a prescription that I received a text saying it was ready, and she neglected to have any of the other 4 people working in the pharmacy fill in for her while she spent at least 15 minutes sorting out my problem. Finally, after she got my prescription filled, someone came to ring people up. And there was someone in the pharmacy who appeared to be from corporate with who I assumed was the store manager, both completely clueless to what was going on. The woman helping me never said a word to him about the issues going on at the moment. When you come in for a consultation, you want help and satisfaction in the consult with something important like medication and your health. I waited to speak to someone and a pharmacist who is Asian American came over to find out what I wanted with saying "yes"?. She wasn't friendly in what I needed to ask her about. She was stern and was quick in answering my concern like I was a bother. When she finished with me, I knew that was the worse experience I have had with a pharmacy staffperson. I also was appalled that when she addressed people in line to pick up prescriptions, she was friendly to them and even asked "how may I help you"? Even though I didn't have an experience in the actual general part of the store, I won't be back there. If I'm giving my money to purchase something, which I did, I should never be made to feel like I'm a bother for wanting important information especially regarding medication. No one should. I attached the receipt so that the store can address the person if this indeed was the pharmacist that talked with me. An associate rang me up and she was actually very friendly so I had no problem with her, just the pharmacist.
