The woman in the front was very kind and descriptive explaining the jewelry types to my sister and I but when she went to ask the piercer a question he was rude to her and basically brushed her off asking why she would need to ask another question. He then came out and was rude to me answering the question. He literally went on a rant about how my nose piercing couldn't accommodate a hoop. I've had a hoop before, but I understood where he was coming from as my nostril is pierced very high. For some reason, even though I said right away I'd be fine without ones he went on and on in a rushing and rude way about why it wouldn't work and then rushed back to the back room. I didn't get his name unfortunately. My sister and I ended up leaving because she didn't want that man piercing her and I didn't want to give so much money to and a large tip to someone so rude and dismissive of his customers and coworkers. Thanks again to the woman in the front for having such great customer service, but I will never return to this shop.
