We recently bought a replacement bezel for my wife's watch, so yesterday we stopped by to see if they could swap it over for us. When we asked if this was a service they could provide, not only were they friendly and attentive, the jeweler took it to his workbench and returned with the watch sporting its new bezel in only a few minutes. When we asked "how much?", he informed me that there would be no charge. Now I'm not trying to say that they won't charge you for any kind of servicing of your jewelry (our need was a quick & simple one), just that their friendliness and professionalism was exemplary and it has certainly won our future business.

Same properties and ratings as real diamonds but made in a lab versus from natural diamonds found in the earth. I was told they are significantly less expensive, but the uncertain thing is how well they will retain their value. They are nicer than zirconians, but why not just get the real thing?
