The person (I don't know if he was the owner or not), was friendly. I asked for battery replacement, it was $15 per watch. I replaced the battery in 6 watches, it was done in 15-20 minutes. In and out in 30-35 minutes. They have in-house watch specialists, truly professional folks, I asked a few questions about the tachometer and how to keep the batteries long-lasting and discussed a few topics. PS: They have their own parking.

The owner and staff were extremely helpful and professional. The repair was made on the bracelet by adding extra gold essentially making it a bangle I could take on and off, they even replicated that pattern the bracelet had with the gold they added on so you couldn't tell what was new gold and what was he original bracelet. We were referred to this store by family who claimed it was "the most inexpensive place for fine jewelry." Well, you absolutely get what you pay for here: cheap craftsmanship, zero accountability, and an owner who treats customers with utter disrespect. I bought my wedding band here, and within less than one month of wear (mind you, I removed it at night, in the shower, and for anything remotely physical like cleaning, cooking, or working out), half the stones were already loose. I brought it back, expecting at least an apology, but instead they brushed it off and said they would "reinforce" it. When the ring came back, two stones were still loose. Not even a month later, a diamond fell out. When I raised this to the owner, instead of taking any responsibility, he blamed me for wearing the ring while working at my desk job. His exact words were basically that "these bands aren't for daily use." Excuse me? A wedding band not for daily use--that's a new one. To add insult to injury, he wanted to charge me for the missing diamond and labor to fix their defective product. At that point, I cut my losses and sold the ring back to him at 50% of what I paid after just two months of marriage simply to get away from this toxic business. I have zero doubt the same problems would have kept happening, because the craftsmanship is appalling. To top it all off, the owner was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional throughout the entire ordeal. There was no accountability, no remorse, and no effort to make things right. Save yourself the headache, heartbreak, and wasted money. There are plenty of jewelers who understand that wedding jewelry is meant to last a lifetime, not fall apart after a few weeks.
