He even offered his genuine opinions which were very helpful and guided me in making the right decision and designing the ring for my fiancée. I also noticed that other customers that came to visit him during my few hours there knew him for many years and they all seemed very happy with him. I even noticed a mother whose ring was made by Mr. Thomas bring in her son in his 20s for a ring. I immediately knew Mr. Thomas has to be the correct person if he has great relationships with his customers. It was then I realized I found the correct person to design my ring. Now that I have the ring, it looks absolutely beautiful. Mr. Thomas really has an art for this and is truly very knowledgeable when it comes to jewelry. What I realized that I was looking for the right genuine person who can build me the exact ring rather than just build/sell the ring.
