A free yearly callendar is at the front of the store to. All kinds of working clocks on the wall just singing away. I had a broken chain that needed reconnecting, and they were able to fix it in less than 10 minutes. They also softened a part of the clasp that was sharp, which I hadn't previously noticed. I was ready to pay at least $30, as that was the estimate given to me, but they completely waived charging me simply because I had to wait (not even 10 minutes) to be seen and helped. This was no fault of their own, they were pretty busy which is so nice to see. I tried paying, believe me, as I didn't see my waiting as reason not to charge me. The gentleman that helped me was so gracious and kind, I will forever remember his act of kindness today. I just wish I'd gotten his name! When I did a charge back on my credit card it brought action when the dealer belittled me like I had done something wrong. I had my watch within ten days like I was initially promised. The watch loses 10 minutes a day after being in their hands. Gears might have been taken... After ample waiting time, the dealer then put the wrong crystal on my watch. He saw it through pictures and realized their "watch man" (Outsourced) had made the ridiculous mistake. It was a $600 repair that was 100% wrong. In previous post the dealer keeps stating that he has another watch man and would fix it free of charge. I was also told they serviced Rolex's in house. I would take my watch back for proper repair but the bottom line is I don't trust this store at all. I guess I'll remain angry about this issue for a long time to come.
