They are not liable for damages to your home, including wiring and plumbing. They use subcontractors. Our installer was awful and that's why we rejected the install and canceled the contract. He showed up 3 hours later than what he personally told us, he had old carpet and padding stacked on top of our new carpet (no protective barrier) and one of the carpets was incorrect. You have (3) days to electronically cancel your contract and a different date to mail your certified letter to cancel. We weren't willing to take the gamble after the first installer experience and so glad we read the cancelation policy. Good luck!

And the reschedule after that, I wasnt called until 4:45pm on the day of the installation to be told they weren't coming. We told them we had a death in the family and had to be in MA for services at three and they told us we would be first call. So we tried one final time, and when I called to ask when they would be here, they said a time that would not work for us. So we canceled the whole installation. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

But the finished floors were the star of the show! The floors look new. Not repaired, not improved - NEW. We have a long house, and you can see a huge expanse of wooden flooring from one end to the other, and the effect is now gorgeous. We are entirely happy and we got exactly what we'd hoped for. Repairs were done beautifully. an 1870 house has a lot of different types of floors from 150 years of repairs... Tony's team matched the flooring very well (super thoughtful in the wood they chose). 2. Midway through the project, we decided we needed to replace the stairs.
