They just want to know your order and they will get it taken care of. I saw that this bagel shop was near where I was at the time and I stopped by for a turkey bacon, egg, and cheese on an egg bagel. The register person put in my order with no fuss. I later wanted salt, pepper and ketchup as that is just the way you order the sandwich. He didn't really comment or think much of it, and just requested whoever was making it to add it. It throws me off a little that they don't converse with it, they just get down to the order. Like they have the experience where it seems normal to them to say it. Very straightforward shop. It seems like it has its regulars because the register person was checking in with some of the customers that walked in.

It's crispy outside and juicy inside, even the breast was not dried up. The only quibble was the batter is not seasoned in conformity with your expectations. It's different and still good. The hot sauce they give you is also not what you would want, but your favorite sauce would put this chicken over the top. New York Fried Chicken is fairly priced.
