This place is the worst. Food is absolute slop. Don't waste your money. Food is old and cold. complaining does no good. Inside the restaurant tables are dirty and fly infested, drink machines are empty, trash cans full and bathrooms dirty and disgusting. This company does not care. Years ago the burgers were good tasty and hot. Now they would rather serve it out the window to you rather than throw it in the garbage which is where it belongs. These people screamed and yelled at my dasher for asking for extra honey mustard and said no they cannot. Then proceeded to put no honey mustard in a 40 nugget order. Corporate will be called and you will see me at this store to talk to someone. Ridiculous. read more

Wendy's breakfast is usually great. It's hard to find a Wendy's that serves breakfast but when they do they do it right. Except for this location. They took forever no communication, the "manager" was more concerned about going to the bank then helping customers. I'm not a frequent fast food eater. I probably only eat fast food once or twice a year. I happened to visit this location the other night on the way home and my boyfriend had a craving so we decided to get Wendy's. It was past midnight when we stopped through the drive through so we expected pretty cranky workers and a long wait (as we've experienced in the past) but it was completely opposite! As soon as we pulled up to order, we were immediately greeted. The staff member who took our order was so much fun, efficient, and quick. She asked if I'd be willing to donate $1 for a children's fund and in return I'd get a coupon book for 5 free frosty's. She was so thankful when I said yes! When we pulled up, before she even asked for payment, she handed me my coupon book. Everything came out within minutes and we were home eating. Again, I don't visit this Wendy's often so I have no idea how they are during the day or how other employees can be but I happened to visit at the right time and was very pleased. read more

If I can give this place zero stars I would. I recently picked up some food for my mother and immediately upon receiving this food it was cold. When I made the manager Josh, aware of this issue he called me a liar and told me "there's no way it can be cold." I can't review Wendy's on anything but the breakfast. Since I have had kids, Wendy's drive thru has become my savior. I stop there every morning for coffee and a couple times a week for breakfast. The biscuits, potato wedges and coffee is delightful. What's even more remarkable is the service!! The staff there is top notch! If there is a wait they are more then accommodating. I have never been to a fast food restaurant as slow as this one. From early morning to evening the drive thru line extends to convery Boulevard. If you decide to stay in the drive-thru it will take you 20 minutes to get your meal. If you figure you'll go inside and beat the drive-thru line guess again! it's 20 minutes in there too! This Wendy's always gets my food wrong. I recently went to get a chicken sandwich and they got the whole thing wrong. I order my food for pickup, on top of this my food was cold. I came back and told them my food was incorrect, they told me to wait a minute and I did. Once I got my food I checked it and it was horrible... don't recommend eating at this place. read more

I come to this Wendy's sometimes. I know it's the crappiest Wendy's that I know because the drive thru is usually slow and the people and managers always have a bad attitude. For instance when I arrived to Wendy's tonight the floor was dirty the dinning room was a mess. I attempted to tell both the manager and cashier that the floor was sticky but nothing happened. The cashier just shrugged me off as if I was just bothering her and the manager said someone just moped up but it was apparent he didn't care if it was still sticky or not. read more

There just aren't enough Wendy's in this area! The service here is UBER SLOW! The drive thru line wraps around the building and the staff doesn't seem to care. Definitely far from "fast" food. Maybe if there were more locations in the area the line here wouldn't be so long? The food is typical fast food quality. But the wait time needs major improvement. read more
