    To Whom It May Concern: RE: Fraudulent Business Complaint;…read moreCH Auto Sales On 14 July 2024, I came across a listing for a 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle 396 that was posted on a car sales website. It was being sold by CH Auto Sales, so I inquired for more information about the vehicle using the Contact Us on their website. I wanted to purchase it and the next day I called Mr. Charlie Williams, Owner, CH Auto Sales. This was my first red flag. He wasn't a very good salesman because he sounded angry, was very direct and didn't seem like he wanted to discuss the deal. Also, he was pushy and wanted me to sign the Purchase Agreement only after a few communications. On 15 July 2024, I signed the purchase agreement, scanned and emailed it to CH Auto Sales. Then Mr. Williams gave me verbal instructions to process a wire transfer for the amount of $1,254.00 for shipping the vehicle. I even repeated this information back to him to ensure our long-distance transaction would be accurately processed. He emailed the necessary information for the wire transfer, so I contacted my bank and processed the transaction for $1,254.00 that same day. Bank Name: Wells Fargo 1030 MONTGOMERY RD, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL , 32714 Routing/ABA NO. 121000248 Beneficiary A/C NO. 40630112757261641 Beneficiary A/C Name: CH AUTOS SALES, 540 N STATE ROAD 434, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL 32714 On 16 July 2024, Mr. Williams contacted me by telephone stating that I didn't read the Purchase Agreement carefully and was very upset with me. I had just woken up and was not pleased with this sudden change that was turning bad very quickly. During this conversation, he also stated, quote, "I do not need your money. I will send it back by the end of the week." I later contacted Mr. Williams via email to express my disappointment and the reasons for not trusting him with purchasing the car. On 22 July 2024, I requested a status of returning the shipping payment via email to CH Auto Sales, which received the email reply of "call your banker and tell about this! you a maked complaint and my bank account is locked now!" Now I'm not sure what legal or administrative action(s) to take to recoup my payment to CH Auto Sales, but he needs to be stopped now from doing it again. Mr. Williams' poor integrity clearly isn't consistent with American values because he took financial advantage of me. Please DO NOT purchase from him. Mr. Williams poor business practices and ability to steal money from potential buyer is NOT ethical. These were the red flags I noted about CH Auto Sales: * Purchasing a vehicle via wire transfer is widely associated with scams * I live out of state and Florida is a great distance away * CH Auto Sales is not listed with the Better Business Bureau of Florida * CH Auto Sales has no reviews available on the Internet * CH Auto Sales address shows no business building on Google Maps * CH Auto Sales is a relatively new business, which is a high risk

There is also a pre-wash station so you can scrub some of those spots so they have a time to soak which is really great and makes it easier for the Attendant as well so that they can hit really hard spots that didn't loosen for you so you get a better wash overall. The young man working the wash tunnel said they will give each customer (2) towels to take home and wash themselves because they can no longer provide them for daily use because so many were being stolen. I'm disappointed in the people that are taking their microfiber towels but it's unrealistic to think that I am going to remember to wash and put these towels back into my van every week. Not very convenient and that was the whole point of the the monthly membership - the additional perks and convenience. Maybe if they gave members (4) then I could wash two and have two in the van ready for my next visit. The last 2x I've gone to wash my van the wash tunnel has been closed, only the vacuuming area was available. Today when I went, all the signage had been changed. It looks like it's been sold to MISTER Car Wash.

It took them forever to work me in, but when they did, I got the car in two days. I had a water pump that needed replacing, and all sorts of things that go with that. Took me just into 4-figures, and now I can drive it again (well, actually, there's a slew of other things too...). Miki is very pleasant to deal with in this altogether no BS place - and her doggies are adorable. My only 'complaint' is that it took over a week to work me in! That means: A) They are busy, because customers are coming back, and referring others to them, and ...B) Porsches need a lot of TLC. That's "German engineering" for ya! * They can't quite decide whether they are "Drivers Choice", "Driver's Choice", or "Drivers' Choice", since their logo/listing all say the first, while in speaking of themselves they use the second; but not that I'm trying to be grammar teacher here, but it really needs to be the third. The possessive needs to be there, and surely it's more than one driver's choice!

George his Detailer installed new leather seats I had purchased to replace the old one that had cracked. I thought I could do that job myself but when I read about how detailed it is with the connected airbags and the seat disassembly I decided to call a professional. Drakes gave a great quote and they did fantastic work. I even had them do a showroom detail while I was there and the car now looks like it just came off the lot. With the replacement seats up front and the newly cleaned and conditioned rear it looks amazing. I just need to break the front seats in a bit because I had not removed them from the box to let them flatten. By the way Blanca the leather seamstress does incredible work. Before you buy anything online to install you should stop to see what she can do. It's very reasonably priced and exceptional quality. For the exterior George was great! His buffing detail was amazing and he even touched up a couple of paint chips with the tiny little brushes that he has. A gentleman stopped by to get gas at the adjoining Sunoco service station and he walked over to see how my car was turning out. He had a 2014 Chevy SUV that was black like mine with heavy oxidation. He couldn't believe how new my paint looked after the claybar and buff. And it was even before the full wax. He said he'll be back next week. I know I'll definitely be back with other vehicles as needed!! Thanks Drake Team!!
