When we arrived we were greeted by Sam Ahasan who provided outstanding customer service during both of our same day visits. Sam gave us a through view of the 2025 CRV after we decided this was more in line with what we were looking for. He is a very knowledgeable salesperson and we could not have been more pleased. After taking a test drive Sam again went over all the upgrades and safety features and invited us inside to discuss pricing. I can highly recommend Sam if your looking for a new Honda, he is very professional and "listens" and doesn't try to guide you to something other than what you are looking for. I felt this dealership was very upfront with their pricing, I told Sam were were still looking at a few other comparable vehicles but we would be looking to making a purchase immediately if we landed on the right vehicle and the pricing and our trade met our expectations - Although the Honda CRV was very nice it was Sam that got us back for the second visit as we continued to make our final decision. We I'm sure Sam was disappointed when I informed him that we decided to purchase a different vehicle from another dealership but he understood from the beginning that we were looking for the best solution for us and thanked us for the opportunity. I was very happy with our experience here...

BUYERS BEWARE! We purchased a new 2026 Passport in December from Coggin Honda of Deland. Five…read moredays later the car overheated and was towed to Southeastern Honda in Palm Bay. Southeastern Honda discovered that Coggin Honda of Deland sold us a vehicle that was missing the fuse for the cooling fan. Southeastern Honda installed the missing fuse and the car is now running. However, an overheated engine significantly reduces an engine's longevity and can cause slew of long term issues. We now own a new Passport with a compromised engine. Outside of a vehicle replacement, I expect Honda to at least provide a much longer warranty on the engine than the basic 60,000 mile warranty that came with purchase. Coggin Honda gave me the number to Honda America. Honda America said that their responsibility is only to replace the missing fuse and nothing more. Honda America suggested I go back to Coggin Honda about this issue. The General Manager at Coggin Honda of Deland, Andre Willis, is of the opinion that he only sells cars and is not responsible for any long term damage to my engine from the overheating caused by Coggin Honda of Deland selling us a vehicle that was missing the fuse to the cooling fan. His only solution to the problem was for me to buy an extended warranty from Coggin Honda. I refuse to pay for Honda's quality control issue. At this point, it appears we will need to sell our Passport before the odometer reaches 60,000 miles. I sincerely regret the purchase of this Passport. P.S. - Andre, In your response below it is quite rich that you wrote, " Your comments are being taken very seriously. I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to review everything in detail and continue the conversation. Please contact me at your convenience so we can discuss your concerns further." In our phone conversation on Saturday, Feb 14, you stated that you were busy and there was nothing further to discuss before disconnecting our conversation. Given your demeanor in our actual conversation, your response below strikes me as superficially cordial for the sake of appearances on Yelp.

I originally left this dealership a 5-star review after buying my brand-new Frontier Pro-4X. My…read moresales rep Justin was great. I'm changing that review to 1 star because what happened after the sale was a completely different story. The review pattern makes sense to me now. Most of the 5-star reviews are about sales. A lot of the 1-star reviews are about service. I did not understand how real that split was until I needed serious warranty work. According to Nissan Consumer Affairs' own records, my truck spent 33 days out of service at this dealership alone (not including the additional time it later spent at another Nissan dealer). They did attempt repairs, but once they could not solve the major warranty issues, management put a path forward in writing through Nissan Consumer Affairs and then later reneged on that written agreement without notice. I escalated through management, BBB, and Nissan Consumer Affairs, so there is no misunderstanding and no lack of communication. Everything is documented. When I pursued the BBB route, the dealership responded by changing the story, denying what had already been documented, and publicly presenting a version of events that was flatly inconsistent with the written record. What made the reality impossible to ignore was this: another Nissan dealership (the one Nissan Consumer Affairs sent me to after DeLand Nissan declined to continue) later verified the same issues and began major repairs under Nissan oversight. That should tell you exactly where the problem was. If you buy here and plan to service the vehicle somewhere else, you may be fine. If this is the shop you expect to stand behind the vehicle after the sale when serious warranty issues come up, buyer beware. If you want the paper trail, search "BBB DeLand Nissan" and click "Complaints."

I had $850 worth of service done on a Saturday then literally on Thursday (less than a week) my car stalled at a stop light and would not move. Brought it back in and now they are quoting me $1,000 to fix. There was no apologies, no resolve, no accountability. Just deflection and POOR service. Also, I brought the car in at 7:30am and it is currently 1:50pm and my car still isn't ready and no updates. Horrible! Avoid this location if you can. 0 stars, I do not recommend at alll.

I purchased a 1997 Toyota Century from First Class Motorsports LLC via Bring A Trailer auction…read moresite. I only bid on the car because per the comments section the paint was in very good condition and the they were going to supply the original wheels with the car. It was also noted that the air suspension worked. I was also told via email that a full tune up had been done. Well to say the paint looked horrible in person any closer than 10 feet, and I don't mean 1997 wear and tear, I mean the hood was resprayed over the metallic white paint with some flat white that is chipping and looks like a 5 year old painted it. also the roof of the car both sides. I was quoted $15k from a local shop to respray the whole car correctly since matching the paint would be impossible. The original wheels that were ordered and I have been told via text several times at least until they stopped responding that they would send them to me once they arrived. Well I guess someone sent them via sail boat from Japan since I bought the car in May of 2024 and this is now January 1st of 2025 with no word on the wheels, which I would never had even bid on the car if the the wheels had not been offered as I am not a fan of the aftermarket wheels on the car. Now as far as the air suspension which by the way leaks down every 2-3 days and requires you to manually air them up since they had been modified with Shrader valves to air the system up, each front separate and the rear combined (which required taking part of the trunk apart to air up) and I found the original air system (pump and dryer) to be bad, so I had to replace the whole system with coil overs or spend thousands to fix it correctly. I replaced with coil overs. I also found after the fact a post in a Facebook group about the suspension not working correctly, so they new it had issues long before the auction. Also I seriously doubt a tune up had been performed, but will know more when I change the spark plugs later this year, since it is a 6 hour job to do this and I just changed the oil after less than 3k miles and it came out extremely black. I have also had to change both fuel pumps as one was completely dead when I bought the car (it has two pumps that alternate each time you start the car, so every other start wouldn't happen, so you tried, shut it off, then try again and it would start. Don't get me wrong I understand it is a 1997 car with roughly 123k miles on it. It would just be nice if a dealership that has 4.8 stars on Google would be honest when selling a car. Also a side note the tires on the car when I bought it were dry rotted and I would not drive it farther than the local tire shop, which thankfully I had already arranged to replace the tires or it would not have made it 100 miles if I were lucky. Basically this is a warning to anyone that is considering buying from First Class Motorsports LLC, to put hands on the car and even take to a good mechanic to have them look it over for a good prebuy before you even consider handing any money over for the vehicle of your choice. I waited over 6 months to write then because I was just hoping they would send me the factory wheels so I could at least have the ride this car is known for. I will also say they recommended I have it trailered home and I see why, they must have known about all the issues and wouldn't have trusted it to make it from Florida to Ohio. I have personally bought and sold (I am not a dealer) over 200 vehicles in my life and this by far has been the worst buying experience I have had. I have had stuff come up when I have bought from individuals, but never from a dealership at least not one with such high reviews on Google. I still have all the texts and emails as well as screen shots of all the auction comments and Facebook posts that have been made about this car. So any responses that don't include your wheels are on the way will just be empty words.
