My neighborhood loves it because honestly it looked like trash before, it was just rocks and weeds. I got a couple of estimates before Minh's, and one of them said they would not remove the rocks and weeds, and that they would just put soil over it. They charged almost triple as well. Another company said they could not remove the rocks and weeds. I was getting so desperate that I even put a sign out saying "free rocks, you haul" but nobody took them. Minh's Landscaping made my curb look BEAUTIFUL, so nice in fact that I have decided to start small remodels on the rest of the house, and we are going to stay there, because before I even wanted to move. I will be calling them to help me with several other projects when Spring comes around!

We found out that many of the trees were infected with a fungus and rotting inside. Richard was honest, and upfront from day one and we hired him right away. The accuracy and experience demonstrated while they cleared nearly all of our trees in a matter of a few days left a huge impression on us as well as their professional and friendly demeanor. Explained to him I wanted to sell my home, but needed the water under the home taken care of. He explained the best method based on his experience. I trusted his judgment and hired his company. The start of the job of installing the curtain drain, did not start off very well. And continued to get worse. Even after his crew placed a 12 inch back hoe bucket just a foot away from the corner of my house, which you could not see pulling up my driveway you could not see it. Therfore when I went to park my truck, I hit it damaging my front fender. The bucket should never has been put there. It should has been placed across the driveway where there larger bucket and Porta potty was. Not even an apology from FTS. Now here it is with the last 2 rain storms we have had, the water under the home is worse than before they installed the drain. Crawled under the home to see where the water is entering the crawl space. It is right where the beginning of the curtain drain under ground starts. Did some research, and I'm guessing they did not slope the drain correctly, and the rain water is being sent back towards that area instead out the discharge pipe. Checked the end of the discharge pipe, and pipe is bone dry. No dampness or wetness at all. I am convinced the slope or something at the beginning of the drain is incorrect, as i saw how they installed the pipe raising concern the slope would not be correct. But i gave them the benefit of the doubt. Wish i didn't. Brcause now i have to pay more to fix there thousands of dollar error.​
