One the best bike shops around here in my opinion. The staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly. They have always got what i need for fixing or maintaining my bikes. they're fast at fixing or repairing bikes, their prices on parts and bikes are perfectly reasonable too. I brought my bike in for service. To make an appointment, I had to pay for the service appointment first. I was told it's fully refundable if I had to cancel. I'm not sure how the service went, since I haven't ridden the bike yet. But, since this was an electric bike, Specialized is allowing and encouraging local bike shops to charge for firmware updates. Specialized doesn't provide over the air updates. I will not be returning to this shop for that reason. The shop I normally use, doesn't charge extra for this update while the bike is in for a service. Edit: After riding a few times I stand by my review. A couple of items that I mentioned requiring attention were not repaired. The same items are still a concern. The drive train not aligned correctly and the pedal assist not disengaging. One item I found out after and the CSR didn't inquire was the range extender gets updated also. I didn't bring it in since it's a removable item. Oh well. read more

Not a fan. Went in to buy a new bike and was treated like an insignificant person. I asked if they gave a military discount and received a very stern "no". In the end, I found one of the mechanics who would help me get fitted and out the door with a new bike that I really like. I'm an avid mountain and road bike rider and this was the first bike store I have ever visited who didn't offer at least a small discount on accessories when you spent $5000 on a new bike. Nothing, not even an offer. As a matter of fact, I asked for a $3 water bottle that had their logo on it and the clerk had to ask management first to give it to me for free. When I got home, I threw it away. No free advertisement from me. I will not go back here again. Too many other bike stores in town. read more

Rented a road bike for a few days a year ago, brought my pedals, shoes and helmet with me. Had some great rides, one on the centennial trail from 14th and Kathleen down town then to Spokane Valley and back. My brother and I did a few others that were shorter. The bike was great. Very much like my Cannondale Synapse. They adjusted the seat and handle bars. They were very helpful and accommodating. Great bike shop and service! Def recommend if you need a tune up or any bike gear. I went in thinking I'd need new pedals for my new road bike shoes and they were able to fit me for a "conversion kit" that only cost me $25 versus a whole new set of pedals. read more
