That's where I called Chris the Plumber who gave a fair quote to replace the irrigation valve and he sent his associate to replace it. We got a new irrigation valve but it turns out my gardener's diagnosis about the irrigation value didn't resolve it after all. We notified Chris and he came himself to troubleshoot the issue and it turned out to be a broken sprinkler head letting out too much water. He capped it and recommended to have our gardener replace the sprinkler head because a gardener would charge less than he would. Awesome job Chris for resolving the issue!

On five different occasions, Top Shelf's "plumbers" were unable to correctly diagnose the problem, despite having opened holes in our kitchen ceiling twice, opening the wall in our adjoining neighbor's townhome and opening holes in our bathroom wall. The level of incompetence these "plumbers" displayed is beyond our comprehension. Not only were they incapable of removing the shower handle back plate in our bathroom shower, a feat which I easily accomplished using an allen wrench, they incorrectly diagnosed the leak as an issue with our bathroom toilet. As a result of their misdiagnosis and their inability to locate the leak, we have been left with thousands of dollars in damage. One would have hoped that following their first four unsuccessful attempts, the owner would have personally inspected our issue. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism exhibited at the executive level of this company. Likewise the level of incompetence displayed by their employees is inexcusable.
