I called ITech and spoke to Tony. His calm demeanor and reassurance on the phone was comforting. He gave me the choice of waiting for Monday to do the repairs, or pay the additional emergency charge and have them come out right away. I opted for the right away and was glad I did. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. The entire time there, Tony kept me informed every step of the way as well as making minor corrections to my circuit panel. I really appreciated how professional and clean all three of them were . This is the way ALL companies should make contact with potential customers!!!! The electricians Erjon (Master Electrician) and Riti were impeccable! The work was first rate, the clean up afterward was the best. They did such a professional job, I had them come back TWO more times. They installed recessed lighting in my kitchen and living room. Then they came back and installed a ceiling fan, under kitchen sink wiring for a light fixture and disposal, and new switching for a bathroom light fixture and vent fan. Did the best work and left NO debris! Having said all this, their pricing was SPOT ON. I had gotten several estimates for all this work, and All Star beat them all.

I can't say enough about the phenomenal job that Ira's team did for us! The estimated time for the job to be completed was 4-6 weeks and they finished in exactly 4. Every morning, the guys (Lou and Alex) showed up right on time. I'm at home with a new baby at the moment so I was around a lot while they were working. They were extremely polite, friendly, and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. They did a full day's work, and always spent the last 30-40 mins of each day cleaning up, vacuuming any bits left on the floor, and moving furniture back to where they found it. You could barely tell they had been there after they left! Another thing I really appreciated was that they knew we were very concerned with keeping the job as close to the original estimate as possible. So they always pointed out when unexpected things came up, and gave us options of how the issue could be handled. Finally, now that the job is complete, we have a few, VERY SMALL places where we need to spackle and touch up paint but nowhere near what I assumed we might be left with after a huge job like this. It's almost like magic! They replaced all of the old wiring in our house and you can barely see any evidence that they were here at all. And now our house is safer, more comfortable to live in, and our homeowners insurance is going down by more than 50% per year! We see them 2x a year for service and each service is scheduled about 30 days in advance by their friendly office staff. They're always punctual come appointment time which I really appreciate. When they guy is here we only see him for a minute or two before he starts doing his thing.
