He built my half bathroom and washer/dryer room. He also remodeled my closet, fixed my a/c unit, and installed a new water heater. I wanted him to remodel my master bathroom, but it's too much for him to commute from the suburbs to the city everyday for 2-3 weeks per bathroom.
