"I had the pleasure of working alongside Krystle Karimian as the lender on a recent transaction,…read morewhere she represented the sellers as listing agent while I handled the lending side with OriginPoint. Krystle's patience and understanding made a real difference on this deal. When the loan hit a delay, she stepped in and communicated clearly with the sellers, helping keep everyone calm and informed while we worked to get things back on track. Thanks to her steady hand and clear communication, we were able to pull through and get the transaction closed successfully. Krystle is professional, patient, and genuinely easy to work with, and I'd welcome the opportunity to work with her again."

We were…read morepressured into moving in 15 days earlier than our planned move-in date, yet the property was clearly not ready. It has now been over 40 days since we moved in, and we still have not been provided a gate code. While we were given a remote, that is not a reliable or sufficient form of access. I have already been locked out of the property and had to wait over an hour for someone to let me in because I did not have the remote on me. This is not just inconvenient--it is a basic access and safety issue. A gate code is a fundamental necessity and should have been provided prior to move-in, especially given that we were asked to move in early. The lack of urgency to resolve something this simple is extremely concerning. On top of that, communication has been consistently poor. There are no proactive updates, and we are forced to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information, with little to no resolution. At this point, it reflects a serious lack of organization, professionalism, and regard for tenants. If this is how basic issues are handled, it raises major concerns about how more serious matters would be addressed. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting through this company. This situation should never have been allowed to go on this long, and I expect immediate action to resolve it.

I extremely unhappy about my recent experience as a pending tenant at this townhouse complex…read more A few weeks ago, I set up an appointment to view some prospective units as I am preparing to move and my meeting with Tamara went extremely well. She was gracious and personable, and most importantly, she was communicating March specials- $1,500 off of the first month's rent and 1 month of rent free upon move-in that could also be amortized across the lease term. A week later, I returned to view new apartments that had become available and brought my mom and son. Fast forward, to March 19th, I successfully applied for an apartment to move in April 28th (when the apartment is available) and paid the holding fees. Last week, March 30th, I call the office because I'd received the welcome letter and lease agreement but did not sign because I would like to view the apartment prior to signing the lease. I spoke to Tammy who understood my request and spoke highly of the current tenant and anticipated that I'd be able to see the apartment sometime the week of April 13th. I asked about the honoring of the move-in specials and she mentioned that the marketing team had run the specials long and that unless I had something in writing, she would not be able to honor the specials. Tammy calls again, today, April 6th, asking if I had any concerns about the welcome letter, and I bring up honoring the move-in specials, as I had prior because I was reliant on those specials which I had expressed to both Tamara and Tammy. Tammy proceeds to start speaking fast, explaining that the website was experiencing IT issues, how can she honor something that is not applicable now, I applied too late, and more. She then began to gaslight me saying I was angry and hostile. I then asked to speak to someone higher than her, and she said that she was all I can get and she ended up hanging up on me. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau for lack of integrity to honor specials that were communicated both online and in-person and for the extreme lack of professionalism and hostility express towards me during a call that should have been easily resolved. Tammy is as unprofessional as they come and should not be in a position of management and people interaction.

Extremely Disappointed…read more I hope this review finds the right person at corporate who truly cares about customer service and community reputation. My experience trying to lease at Village at Vintage Ranch has been nothing short of appalling. From my initial tour to the last interaction, the leasing staff--Adrienne (Leasing Consultant), Emma (Assistant Director), and Monet (Director)--have displayed unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and what feels like discriminatory treatment. When I first toured the property with Adrienne, she was disengaged, provided minimal information, and demonstrated no customer service skills. Throughout the leasing process, my phone calls and voicemails were ignored. Emails were answered sporadically, with no urgency or follow-up on my concerns. After requesting to escalate matters to the Director, I was only offered email correspondence with the Assistant Director, Emma. My request for an in-person meeting to resolve communication issues was denied. The level of indifference and lack of empathy from the staff was unacceptable. Apologies felt scripted and dismissive. On the scheduled move-in day, just two hours before my appointment, I received an abrupt email from the Director canceling my application--without explanation, without a refund of my holding deposit, or acknowledgment of my renter's insurance expenses. When I came in person seeking clarity, the staff's response was not only unprofessional but escalated to the point where they called the police on me for simply requesting a direct conversation with the Director. This was humiliating and unnecessary. All I ever asked for was transparency, communication, and basic professionalism. This was meant to be my first rental property--an exciting milestone--and instead, it was turned into a demoralizing experience. The management team at this property--Adrienne, Emma, and Monet--have demonstrated that they are not equipped to manage tenant relationships or uphold the standards expected from a community charging over $3,500 a month in rent. Monet, the Director, communicated via email while claiming to be out sick, yet could not provide me with a simple phone call or face-to-face explanation for the abrupt cancellation of my lease. To make matters worse, their office rarely answers the phone, avoids returning calls, and frequently locks the leasing office while claiming to be in "meetings." This is not just poor customer service; it's blatant disregard for prospective residents. I sincerely hope corporate leadership takes a serious look at the mismanagement and lack of accountability at this property. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect, especially when trusting a company with their home and hard-earned money.
