I also found the patient onboarding terse, they want you to print and fill out forms listed under "digital forms" or come in early to do so. I don't understand if you've collected insurance info and basics for the appt what paperwork would take an add'l 15mins. A digital forms is one you can fill out securely online, not one you print at home. I rescheduled with another practice and did a form online in less than 5mins. This is far too much effort for scheduling and rescheduling and being told to spend an extra 15mins to come early because the process is not available digitally. This is not a fit for someone interested in an easy scheduling process or flexibility to schedule online. After scheduling with another provider I had to make 2 additional phone calls because they put a hold on my benefits. I told them I would not reschedule with another doctor in the practice, felt punitive to hold my benefits when I let them know I wouldn't be seen there. I don't know if this is coming from the provider or the office but I'd avoid them. This was a waste of 2 weeks and a lot of hassle. Went to ClearVision, scheduled online the Friday, was seen Monday morning and the Doctor was wonderful.

What a waste. And the sales woman was not friendly.

They claim they will call back & days & weeks will pass & never get a phone call back & the rewritten prescription requested is not done!!! OMG poor customer service!! Unbelievable all I ask is to have my contact lenses be rewritten for biweekly not monthly especially I was diagnosed with severe dry eyes why would I want monthly contacts? Dr Nagel was thorough in eye checking but ensuring all will be well with the patient after all fails! No quality of service is ever good when follow up to ensure all is well after makes a lasting impression on any patient. They had a sale for the summer that I used in combination with my insurance. I previously purchased my prescription glasses from target and they did not allow me to combine the discounts with my insurance. Note: Like most places in Vegas they also perform cosmetic procedures. They marketed to me as an FDA approved treatments for a dry eye condition.

Since it had been so long, I honestly didn't know what to expect but the entire experience was great. The staff and doctor were warm, welcoming, and made everything feel easy. The front area has a surprisingly large selection of frames, with tons of styles to choose from. The exam itself was much more modern than I remembered. My last eye exam years ago involved dilation and just felt more invasive. This one was still very thorough but almost entirely machine-based--no dilation, no drops, and nothing uncomfortable at all. I really appreciated how quick and smooth the process was. Luckily, I still don't need glasses, but they recommended yearly exams just to keep an eye on things (pun intended). If I had needed glasses, I'm confident I would've found something that fit my style based on their selection. Overall, highly recommend especially if it's been a while since your last eye exam.

They closed down for a while for a remodel and apparently it came with new staffing. The new staff was beyond RUDE. They had a huge attitude when it came to me questioning something. Also I had seen Dr Mallinger and she seemed to prescribe a different strength vs Dr Arcemont where somehow she got the prescription WRONG when I ended up seeing Dr Mallinger again the following year she even admitted that the RX was wrong. That left me to learn that Dr Arcemont totally screwed up my prescription. No wonder why I was having eye strain issues. Also their pricing is insane for glasses. A family member also gets glasses and they are 3x that of other eye places. If you DO order from them which we have in the past & your glasses are wrong because yeah we can tell how they will be in the exam room for the 30 seconds they have the final prescription up. So they come in and are off but you ask about it or try to have them fix it, be prepared for 100% attitude and resistance from that. If you want to over pay & risk having them give you an attitude on anything such as getting your prescription so you can go elsewhere which you're allowed to do; this is the place for that. As the staff is great at giving you an attitude Told my family members that I referred here if you want to go fine, but don't complain to me about the front desk staff.
