We've found our forever car service! Five-star ratings don't come easily, but this business has definitely earned it. From start to finish, the personalized attention to detail, and stellar customer service blew us away! First service-Our driver, Julie, arrived promptly at 5:25 for our 7:25 am flight. She was well-dressed in her uniform and engaged in light-hearted conversation with us. Return flight- To our surprise, the owner, Reginald, personally met us in baggage claim, loaded up our luggage, and escorted us to our ride. He was also well-dressed and very engaging. The cars- We had an opportunity to preview two different vehicles during our trips. The first was a black Chevrolet Suburban and the second was a Cadillac Sedan. Both were clean, well-appointed, and definitely fit the bill in terms of luxury cars. I rarely leave reviews, but had to take a moment to recognize the exemplary and outstanding service and experience I've had with JIFE. I've traveled a lot throughout my career, and always had car services. I thought those were deserving of 5 stars...that is, until I started using JIFE, and the bar was definitely raised. I did not know such a level of professionalism, attention to detail, and top-notch customer service even existed like this. The cars are very nice, new, and so clean, and thoughtful, small details to provide the most comfortable ride have not been overlooked. Communication and confirmation with your driver is such a comfort that everything's been handled. Once inside the car, you can rest easy that your driver keeps you safe with excellent driving, and will keep you on time whatever your needs are. But, for me, JIFE's best feature is its owner, Reginald Jyles. Reggie is the consummate professional, but he's one of the nicest and most enjoyable people to chat with during your ride. That said, if you'd prefer quiet time, it's no problem for Reggie...he's excellent at 'reading the room' to give you what you need that day. As a single woman, it's worth noting how safe and respected I feel every time I use JIFE; I can't say that about other driver experiences, and it's a real comfort to not have to worry about that. As a bonus, I always leave feeling surprisingly more uplifted and happier than I'd been before... that says a lot for a service providing transportation. I reached out to this company after seeing so many glowing reviews on the NextDoor app. I needed a car service to drive my son and his date to and from prom. I called to make a reservation and spoke to Mr. Reginald Jyles. He was the epitome of professionalism. He had just what we needed, a beautiful sleek and clean Cadillac XTS and driver.
