My driver was following google maps, then turned onto some random road. She said she didn't know why the maps routing changed on her and thats why she turned. I was literally looking at the map when she turned. It didn't change until AFTER she turned, because thats how google maps works. You go the wrong way, it will re-route you to compensate. read more

Just took cab for 2nd time since moving here, was a great driver, friendly, saved me time and a few bucks taking what I knew was the faster way and when I called it was under 2 min for someone to pull up. Luck he was in area I am sure but still add it all up was a perfect trip this time. Will rate each fare on its own. read more

Drivers are just like any other. The dispatch is rude and always has a bad attitude. If your cab is a half hour late and you call to ask about it, he flips his lid at you and slams down the phone. I'll never call them again. Good riddance to bad Garbage. read more

I used to take jiffy cabs everyday to get back and forth to work. After today I will opt for literally any other company. I had a horrifying experience. I called jiffy to drive me home from work, he took the long way but every thing else was normal til we parked. My card declined, and I waited patiently while he took atleast 5 minutes to find his magnifying glass to read the receipt. He proceeded to get out of the car and chase down this random girl walked past, screaming "hey! It didn't go through! Come back!". At this point, I opened the car door and stood up to let him know I hadn't left. I stayed inside the car, assuming I'd just try my card again, til he turned towards me and said "I'm not here for you." As if he had no Memory of what just happened. I didn't know what to do so I just got out and left. This man should not be on the roads. read more

Not sure what Vanessa is talking about. This is a great taxi service, and the dispatcher always pick up their phone and get me where I want to go on time. I've never had a problem with Jiffy before. Neither has my brother. Jiffy even helps deliver groceries to the house for a extra tip. Especially useful service in the winter. Drivers are usually very conversational and humorous with local advice. read more

I posted this review on Google but for some reason it was removed - and I posted it twice. I'm guessing Jiffy Cabs doesn't want anyone to know what exactly happened (aka why I would be giving them a bad review). Here is the original review: I used to like this cab company and was a faithful customer....until December 2018. I ended up getting someone (a driver) who attended high school with me. The driver mentioned how people used to talk about/say mean things about my computer background - which was one of InuYasha and Kagome, nothing else; nothing pornographic, violent, or sexual whatsoever! Anyway, this person claimed how she never bullied me or participated in the bullying but continued to talk about it even after I mentioned that all of the bullying I experienced at that school made me develop Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder! The person didn't even say "sorry to hear that happened to you"; instead she went on about the computer background (which wasn't inappropriate or pornographic), and said other things to me. When I said that I think the bullies got their ideas from a certain movie (given the similarities between me and the character that was bullied in the movie) did she say anything? No. I didn't even have her drop me off at my house; I had her drop me off at the top of my street, in the nighttime, because I didn't want her to know where I lived (even though there's nothing wrong with where I live). After last night's experience I will never use this company again. I have tried to move on from being bullied but last night's incident just pushed me down a few steps off the ladder from doing that, thanks to the driver I had. I put in a complaint as well but I doubt anything will be done (and I don't think anything has been done given that it is three months later - the day I am posting the review on Yelp! - and I haven't heard from the company after putting in the complaint). And I doubt the driver thinks she did anything wrong but she hurt me, BIG TIME. I even considered leaving the taxi way before my stop and walking/getting a different taxi from a different company on the way home. I know one thing for sure: I will NEVER use Jiffy Cabs again and it's thanks to that experience. If you think I'm being over-dramatic, then live through the several years of misery I have lived through due to being bullied and tell me how you feel then. I bet you won't find I'm being over-dramatic once you experience all that I experienced. read more

These people are soooo awful! I cannot even believe how rude the guy was. He told me I was wasting his time, you know, because I should have had a pen ready to write down another phone number when I call a cab company to get one of their cabs. I was trying to find a pen and then he said he didn't have time and hung up on me. What jerks! I will never ever call them again and I will make sure everyone knows what a lousy company they are. read more

Jiffy/Newfound is the best cabs in town. For one, I've never been hit by one of these cabs and while I was in a different cab (City Wide) the driver caused 2 "near misses", ran 3 red lights and almost ran over a woman on a crosswalk. I really like Jiffy! read more

Horrible service, if they even pick you up. I called 3 times while waiting over the course of an hour.
