During this move, their crew improperly loaded my items, including stacking a commercial Maytag stainless steel washer and dryer on top of each other--even though they are not stackable. As a result, both units were dented, scratched, and significantly damaged. These appliances were nearly new (used less than a dozen times) and valued at approximately $1,400 each. The bigger issue is how they handled it afterward. When I contacted the owner (Nate), he became immediately defensive and claimed that we did not provide any moving blankets. This is completely false. * I have photo evidence clearly showing a large number of blankets available * We also had cushions, pillows, and rugs available for protection * There was more than enough space in the truck to load these items safely without stacking them * I have multiple witnesses present during the move who can confirm this Instead of taking responsibility, they chose to deny, deflect, and misrepresent the situation, despite clear evidence. This was not an unavoidable accident--this was negligent loading and improper handling, followed by false statements when confronted. I have made a good-faith effort to resolve this directly, but due to their refusal to take responsibility, I am now prepared to pursue formal action, including filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies and pursuing recovery through small claims court if necessary. If something goes wrong during your move, do not expect accountability.

The communication was so good. They texted me the night before and were exited to do my project. They were on time. I was home. Didn't even know they were here as I was working in my office. They didn't interrupt me (but they totally could have) during my work time. They had a full crew here. I supplied the bark and edging. Went out to see if they needed anything. They didn't. They were all smiling and so friendly. Then, got a call saying they were done and invited me to come out and see everything. The super nice girl, (professionally dressed in a work uniform) literally took me around and showed me the amazing DRIP system and showed me ALL PLANTS where getting water. They set the timer and even moved my valve box to a different location (my bad, I sprung a last minute glitch in the plan) and had the valve box set up nice so no critters could get in etc. They cleaned up so nicely can't even tell they were here. They are my 3rd try at using Yelp. I've actually saved them in my contacts as "The only irrigation to use ever" in my phone. Trust me.. no regrets. I am satisfied. No worries going with these guys for DRIP, valve box stuff, weedblock install, and lawn edging. Did see a sample of a water fall feature. Was insane with a miniature golf course around it. Tal designed and crafted a beautiful cedar deck for us, all entirely on his own, with great skill and artistry. His rates are extremely reasonable and he is an easygoing, nice guy, too. We learned during the construction that he is a former organic farmer and one day he shared some of his pickling cucumbers with us, so in a week or so our fridge pickles will be ready to eat. We've recommended Tal to everyone we know and his deck has garnered praise from several people already. The craftsmanship is amazing. We are very pleased with Tal's work ethic and wonderful abilities to build and create. When we get a chance, we'll post a photo of the deck.
