Ehhh. . . I have had a WAYYYY better experience with the Jiffy Lube in Hermitage. Clearly, not all Jiffy Lubes are the same. I drove up & no one greeted me. I got out of my jeep & two men came out. They did change my oil fast. As Jiffy Lube normally does. They ran out of paper to print. I got my vehicle back & right before I left... They forgot to put my filter back in. Stupid. I will NEVER go back there again. Don't recommend anyone going to this specific Jiffy Lube. *Palm to the face

    No thank you, jiffy lol

Called these guys at 525 they close at 6 and they happily said to come on over! Love the vacuum perk but I really appreciated their brake knowledge. Apparently the previous "mechanic" hadn't done such a hot job and they got me all straightened out. I never put my car on the road for trips without visiting here first! These guys are hilarious and very helpful.

Ugh, trash people work here. Don't get your car serviced here. Rude, and unprofessional.

Our estimated wait time was three hours, but since we opted to wait, the job was done in under an hour! Yes, you might find a better price, but you won't find a more qualified and reliable company to do the job right the first time. Highly recommended.

I called Friday for an update, and he said I was next in line and to not call back as he would call me as soon as the diagnostic was done. I stressed that I needed my car that day as I know they're closed on the weekend. He never called that Friday, so I left a voicemail to call me ASAP because I needed my car for the weekend. When they opened again Monday, the morning came and went with still no call, so I dropped in. He said he never got my voicemail nor recalls talking on the phone, yet miraculously had an update on my car -- to which I wasn't notified until this drop-in. He proceeded to tell me my coolant pump was leaking and it was entirely empty of coolant when they checked it, so they ordered a new pump. After taking yet another lyft home, I received and read through the mechanic's inspection which said there were NO leaks and the coolant was at a good level. I called back asking for clarity, to which the guy backpedaled on what he said as I gradually corrected him against what was said in the mechanic's notes. He finally admitted he never read the notes. I just wasted a lot of time and Lyft rides due to the bad communication, so I urge people to read the inspection and repeatedly call/drop in if you insist on using this auto shop.

It would've been cheaper to tow the car to the mechanic and get a free quote! Very unreasonable! Bad business practices!! (Note: I disguised my name for safety purposes).

This is the review that I left yesterday, November 13, 2025:…read more "Roberts is the real deal. He has the sophisticated diagnostic equipment to identify the problem and the advanced mechanical expertise to fix it. However, he is expensive and adds some gratuitous fees. Cost for 2-hour diagnostic assessment to identify faulty crankshaft sensor was $133.90/hr x 2 = $267.80 plus $50 service charge for total of $317.80 ($348.79 with tax). Cost for installation of new crankshaft sensor was $58.81 for the sensor, $130.00 for 1 hour of labor plus another $50 service charge for total of $238.81 ($262.09 with tax). I offered to pay with cash. Roberts said he preferred a credit card. However, he did not tell me there was a $31.96 "noncash adjustment/credit card fee.". There was also a $22.86 fee for mobile supplies. Altogether, the cost for diagnosis of faulty crankshaft sensor and replacement with a new one was $671.01. In addition to parts and labor, this included two $50 service charges, a $31.96 "noncash adjustment/credit card fee", a $22.86 mobile supplies fee and tax on the extra charges and fees. If Roberts had come clean about the $31.96 fee for not paying in cash when I offered to pay in cash at first, and if he hadn't added a $22.86 fee for mobile supplies, I would have left four stars." -------------------------------------------------------------- This is my response to comments from the business owner regarding the above review that I posted yesterday, November 13, 2025: Thank you for crediting my VISA card with $50 for the duplicate service charge. Since the final billing amount included 9.75% tax, the credit should have been for $54.88. I did check the "terms and conditions " on your website again to be sure that I hadn't overlooked anything. According to your website, you charge $130.00/hr for diagnostics. However, I was charged $133.90/hr. The amount of overcharge was $7.80 for two hours plus 0.76 tax = $8.56. Your website says nothing about a charge of $22.86 for mobile supplies that was added to my bill. Including tax, the amount of overcharge was $22.86 + $2.23 = $25.09. Your website also says nothing about a 5% "noncash adjustment / credit card fee" for paying with a credit card in lieu of cash. Including tax, the amount of overcharge was $31.96 + $3.12 = $35.08. So, the total outstanding overcharges are $4.88 + $8.56 + $25.09 + $35.08 = $73.61. By the way, I don't happen to think these oversights were intentional on your end. Rather, the software that you're using for billing appears to be much lower in quality than the sophisticated diagnostic software that you use to identify mechanical problems in motor vehicles. I hope we can get this sorted out. I really appreciate your willingness to work with me.

One of the lug nuts on the wheel had completely come off and the remaining 4 were loose. Worried that we would need to get the car fixed before heading home to Wisconsin (a 10 hour drive), we called Firestone Complete Auto Care. Miguel answered the phone and insured us that he would be able to fit us in his busy weekend schedule and that we could drop the car off that following morning on Saturday. When we dropped the car off Saturday morning, Miguel explained, thoroughly, what may need to be done, and he gave us options for the type of service we could choose from. He told us that we either could replace the single lug-nut and its post or we may need to replace the entire wheel bearing if there was damaged. He explained to us the prices for both and the benefits of doing either procedure. We also made clear to us that if he noticed any damage on the bearing that he would call us and let us know so that we could make a decision. Only a few hours later Miguel called us and informed us that there was no damage to the wheel bearing so we opted to fix only the lug nut post. We were then able to pick the car up a few hours later. We were highly impressed with the speed and quality of the repair and even more impressed with Miguel and the other associates professionally and hospitality. Our car was a Subaru which prompted Miguel to tell us that he has owned several Subaru's himself. This connection made us feel very secure in knowing that Miguel knew what would be best for us and our vehicle. Miguel also treated us with the utmost respect and kindness, valuing our time, our money, and our value. I only wish that we were Nashville residents so that we could maintain coming to the Firestone on Hickory Hollow Lane. Next time we visit (and something goes wrong) we will be sure to stop in and get serviced by Miguel and the rest of the Firestone team. Thank you for everything!

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE WITH FIRESTONE - THEY STILL OWE ME…read more WARNING: DO NOT TRUST FIRESTONE / BRIDGESTONE. I brought my 2004 Nissan 350Z to Firestone Complete Auto Care, 5308 Hickory Hollow Lane, Antioch, TN, on January 24, 2025. I want to share my experience with Firestone Complete Auto Care so others can make an informed decision. On January 24, 2025, I brought my 2004 Nissan 350Z in for service, and the technician negligently mishandled the lift, causing my vehicle to slip. This resulted in significant damage to both sides of my car, including structural concerns. What happened next was shocking: despite providing photos, videos, and inspection reports, the company refused to take full responsibility. I was pressured to sign a release for a partial settlement and was told all communication would end if I did not comply. I experienced discriminatory treatment and coercion, which made an already stressful situation worse. Because of this, I had to pay a $1,000 deductible, cover rental costs, and miss paid work as a professional photographer/videographer, including a major event. Even after my insurance fully handled the claim, my 350Z was TOTALED !! Firestone's late call to offer to cover only the deductible and reduce the insurance company's charges was insufficient compensation. Bottom line: Their negligence and dismissive attitude cost me time, money, and peace of mind. If you value your car, your time, and your dignity, think carefully before trusting this location. BOTH ROCKER PANELS DAMAGED. DRIVER-SIDE DAMAGE IGNORED. Their so-called "independent inspector" only looked at the passenger side, never touched or checked the driver's side. THEY TRIED TO PRESSURE ME TO SIGN A PARTIAL SETTLEMENT. Threatened to stop all communication if I didn't comply. As a woman of color, I experienced discrimination and coercion on top of negligence. Firestone is NEGLIGENT, DECEPTIVE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Their inspector lied, their management is rude, and their late offer does NOT cover my real losses. FIRESTONE/ BRIDGESTONE: PAY WHAT YOU OWE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. YOUR CAR, YOUR MONEY, AND YOUR TIME ARE AT RISK.
