    Ehhh. . . I have had a WAYYYY better experience with the Jiffy Lube in Hermitage. Clearly, not all Jiffy Lubes are the same. I drove up & no one greeted me. I got out of my jeep & two men came out. They did change my oil fast. As Jiffy Lube normally does. They ran out of paper to print. I got my vehicle back & right before I left... They forgot to put my filter back in. Stupid. I will NEVER go back there again. Don't recommend anyone going to this specific Jiffy Lube. *Palm to the face

    Called these guys at 525 they close at 6 and they happily said to come on over! Love the vacuum perk but I really appreciated their brake knowledge. Apparently the previous "mechanic" hadn't done such a hot job and they got me all straightened out. I never put my car on the road for trips without visiting here first! These guys are hilarious and very helpful.

    I have dealt with this location for many years, and will no longer be using it! I have purchased 2…read morebatteries in the past 8 months from this location. I had issues with the first battery a couple months after buying it. I was able to return and they swapped it out with no issues. I had issues with the 2nd battery (an expensive one for my classic car). I had to get a jump start early Sunday after getting gas as it wouldn't start. Later that day, I was on the side of the road on with my classic car as it stalled due to battery, I pulled the battery and went to the store to swap it out. They did not have it in stock (nor at multiple other stores as he did call to see if I could find one). The rep then told me he might get one in on Wednesday or Thursday but I explained I was broke down. He said there's nothing he could do but maybe I could get one somewhere else. First thing Monday morning, I got a battery from a parts store. I then went back to the store to meet Jason the Manager. He explained they do not refund for batteries, but I can call corporate customer care which I did. They took all the information, and asked me to email a receipt of the replacement battery I purchased elsewhere which I did. Today (Tuesday), I missed a call back from customer care asking me to call them back. When I called, I was placed on hold till she could get Jason from the store on the phone with us. After 3 attempts, she was unable to get her call answered. I asked and was told to stop by the store. Jason was already gone for the day. I spoke with the MOD who contacted Jason only to be told I will not receive a refund, only an exchange. IF Jason AND the customer care for Valvoline both know it's their policy to NOT refund for batteries, and NOT have my battery available at this or other locations for exchange, WHY did I waste numerous calls and frustration in these efforts as told by both parties????? I am a disabled veteran, neither I nor any other customer should experience those stresses or experiences with policy that doesn't nothing to protect their customers. I will be sharing this with my friends and colleagues.

    DO NOT COME HERE. I have been a loyal customer here for…read moreover a year and just went somewhere else to get my oil changed this time around and found out they BROKE my oil filter housing by being so rough on it that it is now completely stripped and my drain plug has been leaking since they worked on it months ago by being so rough and caring so little that it's now completely broken. They've made it so no other place can even change my oil and now I'm having to go through trying to file a claim with the company so they'll fix what they broke. I feel so taken advantage of by this company as I've paid to get my oil changed here for the past year and now find out they've broken my car beyond repair and not been doing a good job this whole time. Also, my tires are supposed to have 32 pounds of pressure in them and the company I just took my car to informed me that my tires had 47 pounds of pressure in them after 2 months... They said it easily could've blown on me and put me in a very dangerous situation. My husband and I have been driving through narrow mountains and roads since we got it done by Take 5 a few months ago and I just praise the Lord for keeping us safe. It is clear they don't care about what they're doing and you may be put in a similar situation by this location. The business is also refusing to fix what they damaged because it's been more than 30 days (I get my oil changed every 2-3 months...), which has led to a more frustrating experience with no customer experience at all coming from their management. The manager was super rude over the phone when my husband was trying to calmly communicate the situation and responded, "I don't have time for this-" and hung up on him. Basically, I can't get my oil changed because of what they broke and are not taking accountability for. At this point, I'm over my miles for needing a change and am still waiting for the company to take accountability and fix the situation to be able to get my oil changed again. We've had better experiences at other Take 5 locations but the Bell Road location is one I would not recommend to anyone who doesn't want a broken car and a poor customer service experience.
