I told them ride was very rough and the front end was vibrating. They said it was the brakes charged almost $800 to fix it and it's still vibrating and riding terribly. They wanted to charge me $2000 saying that there was carbon buildup and it only was running on three cylinders and the brakes needed to be flushed. These people are dishonest and incompetent. read more

My check engine light came on and the codes were reading that something was wrong with the oxygen sensor. I brought it in for diagnostic testing, expecting to have to replace the sensor. I'm a 22 year old girl and very easily could've been taken advantage of and charged an arm and leg. Instead, they cleaned the sensor in hopes it will do the trick. I brought my car in twice for a thermostat issue after my engine light popped up. First for the initial diagnostic - it seemed topping off the coolant might do the trick. Unfortunately, the engine light came on again a few days later and Jerry let me bring my car back in right away. The housing had to be replaced and thankfully they could do it the same day. It wasn't cheap and I did get quotes from other shops that were both a few hundred dollars above and below what Jerry quoted me. But I trust the quality of their work, expertise, reputation, and ability to do the work immediately. I also know this repair is notoriously a pain to do. They had it done in four hours and I'm safely back on the road. Grateful for a local shop that cares about the cars they work on and the safety of the people driving them. Thank you, Jerry! Car problems we know em and hate em, however Jerry at Nashville Auto Care went above and beyond to help me out. I came in on Friday afternoon after having a COMPLETELY flat tire to the rim and all. He qouted me 150 for the tire and 25 for the labor, but he'd need to have a few hours till my tire was delivered. I came back to find out their supplier dropped my tire off at a shop in Madison. Jerry took my number and said he'd give me a call when it was done. Then they had someone from the shop drive to get my tire, they had to replaced and balanced before 5 pm on Friday night. I plan on coming back for more work from them because for quality and care like this, I'd pay more than what they charge! read more

Update: Manager contacted me quickly and after discussing situation, he gave me a refund of $90 of the fee. Total price for a battery change here was $265 including labor. He said it was because my car needs a special battery... Previous post: I got overcharged for a battery replacement, I really appreciate how quickly they were able to get me in and get it done. But I'm frustrated because they charged me $355 for the battery change. read more

They've done work on my 2016 Subaru Outback for substantially less than the Subaru dealership quoted. Additionally, our 2021 VW Atlas requires an oil filter which is tough to find. Nashville Auto Care was able to change the oil and filter same-day. They are honest and do not try to up-sell or add unnecessary charges. They will discuss the state of your vehicle and inform you of possible maintenance needs or warn of impending repairs. They are kind, honest, hard-working, educated, experienced, and communicative. When an AAA wrecker/tow truck dropped me and my 2001 Suburban off, the driver informed me that he had never heard anything negative about Nashville Auto Care and he drops vehicles there often. read more

Had my catalytic converter stolen in PA during a trip and came back happy to hear Jerry tell me they handle that, too. I had to wait over a week for the insurance to come by and look at it, but when they did he called me right away to tell me they got the green light to replace it. He even offered an all cash discount so I basically got an oil change for free. And he even parked it in the back for safe keeping for a few days plus topped off all the fluids.
