My partner and I came to Nashville to visit our friends when on our ride down here we noticed an issue with our front left tire. One of the lug nuts on the wheel had completely come off and the remaining 4 were loose. Worried that we would need to get the car fixed before heading home to Wisconsin (a 10 hour drive), we called Firestone Complete Auto Care. Miguel answered the phone and insured us that he would be able to fit us in his busy weekend schedule and that we could drop the car off that following morning on Saturday. When we dropped the car off Saturday morning, Miguel explained, thoroughly, what may need to be done, and he gave us options for the type of service we could choose from. He told us that we either could replace the single lug-nut and its post or we may need to replace the entire wheel bearing if there was damaged. He explained to us the prices for both and the benefits of doing either procedure. We also made clear to us that if he noticed any damage on the bearing that he would call us and let us know so that we could make a decision. Only a few hours later Miguel called us and informed us that there was no damage to the wheel bearing so we opted to fix only the lug nut post. We were then able to pick the car up a few hours later. We were highly impressed with the speed and quality of the repair and even more impressed with Miguel and the other associates professionally and hospitality. Our car was a Subaru which prompted Miguel to tell us that he has owned several Subaru's himself. This connection made us feel very secure in knowing that Miguel knew what would be best for us and our vehicle. Miguel also treated us with the utmost respect and kindness, valuing our time, our money, and our value. I only wish that we were Nashville residents so that we could maintain coming to the Firestone on Hickory Hollow Lane. Next time we visit (and something goes wrong) we will be sure to stop in and get serviced by Miguel and the rest of the Firestone team. Thank you for everything! read more

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE WITH FIRESTONE - THEY STILL OWE ME WARNING: DO NOT TRUST FIRESTONE / BRIDGESTONE. I brought my 2004 Nissan 350Z to Firestone Complete Auto Care, 5308 Hickory Hollow Lane, Antioch, TN, on January 24, 2025. I want to share my experience with Firestone Complete Auto Care so others can make an informed decision. On January 24, 2025, I brought my 2004 Nissan 350Z in for service, and the technician negligently mishandled the lift, causing my vehicle to slip. This resulted in significant damage to both sides of my car, including structural concerns. What happened next was shocking: despite providing photos, videos, and inspection reports, the company refused to take full responsibility. I was pressured to sign a release for a partial settlement and was told all communication would end if I did not comply. I experienced discriminatory treatment and coercion, which made an already stressful situation worse. Because of this, I had to pay a $1,000 deductible, cover rental costs, and miss paid work as a professional photographer/videographer, including a major event. Even after my insurance fully handled the claim, my 350Z was TOTALED !! Firestone's late call to offer to cover only the deductible and reduce the insurance company's charges was insufficient compensation. Bottom line: Their negligence and dismissive attitude cost me time, money, and peace of mind. If you value your car, your time, and your dignity, think carefully before trusting this location. BOTH ROCKER PANELS DAMAGED. DRIVER-SIDE DAMAGE IGNORED. Their so-called "independent inspector" only looked at the passenger side, never touched or checked the driver's side. THEY TRIED TO PRESSURE ME TO SIGN A PARTIAL SETTLEMENT. Threatened to stop all communication if I didn't comply. As a woman of color, I experienced discrimination and coercion on top of negligence. Grew up watching my dad take our vehicles to these shops. I've taken several of my vehicles to this location. Although I do understand human error is a thing, lack of respect for a customers time is unacceptable. I recently had hit a pothole on my way to work when i noticed i had damaged the wheel and tire on my car. I dropped it off and set up the vehicle to have a tire ordered and was told it would be ready the following morning. To my surprise when I pick the car up that evening the tire had not been ordered and my vehicle hadn't even been accounted for in their system. That days' manager just shrugged his shoulders and told me I could try ordering it for the next day or try a different location. The ONLY reason I went to this location was a planned carpool situation and the fact that I had purchased tires with them including their warranty. They never called to give me an update nor did they bother to inform me they wouldn't be able to provide that service for me. That same evening i went to one up the road that had the tire in stock and had it done that same day. I know not all stores are ran the same but definitely stay away from this one. The place is very clean considering that it is Antioch. I had some very bad experiences in the past with Firestone in another location. And agreed with all the bad reviews here but if applying to another location. But since there is no current review of late, I thought I give my two cents. Today, I hit a pothole going down the lovely I-24, and heard some weird noise. I stopped on the side to check my car but nothing visible wrong. But as I continued my trip, the squeaky noise became more pronounced. So, a quick nearby car shop sent me to Firestone. Today, there were only 3 tech on the floor, and since I did not have an appointment, I was told to comeback tomorrow. However, as I explained what happened and my situation that I only have this as my transportation, can they possibly put me in as I do not mind the wait. The guy was able to squeeze me in and the problem was a simple rock. Since they had my car, they went ahead and looked at my filters and because of the mileage of the car was suggested to do a brake fluid flush. Yeah my filters were not pretty and yeah I meant to get the break fluid exchange but just did not have the time. I was charged for $270 (tax included). All this could be done for less obviously (therefore the minus one star) but since I was there, I thought I might as well get it done. Has my experience today erased all the bad tastes I had with Firestone (in another location)... The answer is no. But today could had went into so many directions. I sure everyone experienced some dishonest, shady, ill managed car shop before. I don't know if these were the same crew of 1 or so years ago when the bad reviews were written, but at least today the techs and manager/assistant manager on the floor were honest in my situation. So I felt obliged to write a review as soon as I got home after seeing this Firestone only have 2.5 rating (at the time of this review). read more

I've brought my car here for years maybe just due to routine since my father brings his car here as well, but today I had to bring my car in to get a new tire. Even with a coupon it was still a bit pricey. Due to time I couldn't shop around for anything better, but past experiences I do feel Firestone is a bit on the pricer side. This location is okay they have a tv and offer water and coffee to past the time. I decided to wait on my car this time, but depending on the day and time the wait can be very long so you may want to have a back up option instead of waiting if you are pressed for time. Took my suv in to repair a flat and rotate my tires. After waiting for 30 min after my appt time, they informed me that the flat was not fixable... and I needed to get a new tire. The nail wasn't by the side wall so I thought that was weird that they couldn't fix it. So I had them rotate my tires anyways. the next day I went to discount tire down the road and they fixed my flat for free and was done in less than 30 min. They then informed me that 2 of my tires were on backwards and asked if they wanted me to fix it. And they did this free of charge as well. I will never trust Firestone again. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the manager was nice. Never trust the techs at this Antioch location. read more

I came to this location and they were able to get my car done within that day even with them being busy! I recently brought my car in for an alignment and ended up spending over $2300 for repairs. I live right down the road and use this location all the time. Staff is fast and friendly. I never feel I'm being taken advantage of and they keep me well informed of what's being done and why. The staff is fair, if you have an emergency they will work with you to get you back in the road as fast as possible. They won't do it at the expense of other customers who were waiting already, which is awesome in my opinion. Highly recommend this location and will definitely continue to bring all my vehicles there for maintenance. read more

I was going to give Firestone a fighting chance to rectify the horrendous service I received on Wednesday, August 7, 2019. I rarely bring complaints to a corporate level, if I ever even complain. But Firestone takes the cake by a long shot! I took my car in on Wednesday because there was a screw in my rear driver side tire. I asked specifically if they would patch the tire, and since the car was already going to be there I asked for the "Road Game Package". The guy, Chris, that 'assisted' me told me that they were pretty backed up and wouldn't be able to get to it for a while. I figured, okay, well I'll just work from home for the day. I dropped my car off at 9:32 AM, and picked it up at 6:52 PM. I paid to Lyft to and from my house, and for what? NOTHING. I go back in and Chris tells me that they weren't able to patch the tire because it was "too flat", yet they had ample time to do the inspection for the road game package. His focus was setting a time for me to come back in to get all of these changes they saw - AKA money money money. It blows my mind that in over eight hours that Firestone "couldn't" do a simple patch. A couple of things make this worse which is why I leave this review: 1.) I called my roadside assistance to come throw my spare on as I had my puppy to tend to and was driving out of town for the weekend. The gentlemen that was sent to me told me that he could patch it for $20, and was finished within FIVE MINUTES. 2.) After that, I decided to call Firestone's corporate office and bring this to their attention. They didn't do anything beside assure me that they'd get the information to the store I was at and I'd be contacted within 48 hours. Well those 48 hours have passed and nothing has been done. I paid $10.91 for that stupid package, $20.00+ for Lyfts, $20.00 for the patch that got done by my roadside assistance, and ZERO help from Firestone. This is, hands down, the worst business experience I've had in my life. I expected Firestone to make this right, being the company they are. Well shame on me. read more

**Women B-E-W-A-R-E!!!** As a woman who has been taken advantage of before by other mechanics, I know what it looks like when they're being dishonest. Unfortunately I've learned the hard way, more than once. This is not to say that this kind of disservice can't or doesn't happen to men. But if you're a woman, you mostly likely know what I'm talking about. Their website says FREE brake checks/inspections 7 days a week. They charged me $17 today. And then quoted me a $700+ brake job!!! Don't come here. Do your research. Phone a friend. Do what you need to do just don't bring your hard earned money to this dishonest location. Last week I had these guys do their complete car care inspection for $9.99. And the next day when I was having wheels installed on my car one of the studs broke. Seeing that part of the previous inspection included a tire rotation, I took it back to Firestone. They did not hesitate to pull it in, and repair the broken stud. Which they didn't have to do, especially for no charge. So now I know where to take my car for repairs that I can trust to stand by their work. And also go above and beyond what they are required to do. They also respect how picky I am about my car.Great job guys! See ya real soon. read more

This is the WORST auto care center I have ever used!! I purchased 2 front tires on a Friday for a weekend road trip. Received an inspection report at the end of this visit that everything was fine, I would only need back tires replaced soon. During my road trip I started hearing a loud grinding noise coming from my front tires. I take the car back to Firestone Tuesday afternoon, the tech stated I needed pads and rotors...ok, fine...not sure why this wasn't noticed Friday but ok, please replace. They call me at 6:50pm for my payment even though the car wasn't ready yet but the tech said it would be ready in about 20 minutes...cool! I get an Uber, head up there just to be told I need a caliber because my old one want go on!!! It's closing time and they can't order the part plus I'm responsible for another couple hundred dollars cost!!! This location try's to get over on women and the work is NOT quality. They need new management or be shut down!! read more

I went here because I had a pretty flat tire, and it was the closest tire repair place. They said that my tire wasn't repairable because the puncture was on the edge of the tread, they recommended that I buy two tires to replace the one on the other side at the same time. Those things on their own seemed reasonable to me...but they also claimed that my car needed replacements to its brakes, steering, struts, wheel bearings, and front end alignment (Wow!) at a total cost of $4200 (Wow, again!!). That's a huge amount of repairs, and my car only has a book value of $5000 or so, so I told them that I wanted to forgo repairs on that stuff for now, and get a second opinion, even though they made it sound like everything was overdue and about to fail. Early the next week, I took the car to another repair shop recommended by a co worker, and they told me that the only thing I needed was front end alignment ($115), and they weren't sure why Firestone thought I needed all of these repairs, because my brakes for example were only 50% worn out. Additionally, the $115 that they charged was well below the amount that Firestone wanted for realignment ($575). All in all I'm relieved, but it is chilling to think that Firestone was trying to talk their way into selling this much unnecessary service. I'm going to avoid this place in the future. I don't recommend that anyone go here, unless you have an emergency flat tire close by. If this happens just focus on getting only the tire taken care of, and tell them that you'll take care of the other stuff elsewhere. read more

Dirty business. DO NOT GO. I recently had an awful experience at this location. So this all took a span of about 3 weeks. I went in for my tires to be balanced, aligned, and rotated. This was done and I left. If that was all that was needed then good job, but it wasn't. I returned 3 weeks later after hearing some metal scraping noise and rust colored dust on my back tires. Turns out that I no longer had back breaks and (supposedly) needed new back rotors that day, and that my fronts would need it soon. I asked why I was not warned about this during my previous visit and the technician stated that they should have told me, but failed to do so. I told them to replace the back ones but leave the fronts because now that I have been warned my father could take care of the rest. At a charge of $320, which could have been prevented if they had done their job, I had the back repaired. But we are not done yet. My father instructed me to ask for my old rotors back so that we could have them inspected. I do not know much about cars mind you, so I did so. They returned a pair of rotors to me and I was on my way. Then I went home for the other repairs. Firestone tightened the lug nuts on my car so tight that they could not be removed by neither hand nor air gun. If I had gotten a flat, I would not have been able to change it. But no, I am not done yet. Those rotors they returned to me... 1) weren't for/from my car. 2) used but still in good condition. To confirm this I visited my local O'Reilly Auto Parts and had them also inspected them. What can I say this Firestone is employed by a bunch of cheaters, crooks, and thieves. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It used to be a great location until the store manager left. I took my care there for making a noise, paid 700 for work, to then be told they busted my radiator. I finally get it back 2 days late to then drive it 3 miles home to my apartment and the noise and shaking are still there. I call back and was told they did not check that, that they completed a tune up at my request... are you kidding me???.. the offer me a discount on the drive shafts part and reluctantly I took it back.. I get it back and on the way home my power steering goes out... OMG.. They cut my new hose... never again!! read more
