    I've brought my car here for years maybe just due to routine since my father brings his car here as well, but today I had to bring my car in to get a new tire. Even with a coupon it was still a bit pricey. Due to time I couldn't shop around for anything better, but past experiences I do feel Firestone is a bit on the pricer side. This location is okay they have a tv and offer water and coffee to past the time. I decided to wait on my car this time, but depending on the day and time the wait can be very long so you may want to have a back up option instead of waiting if you are pressed for time. The staff's always nice and informative and that's been consistent over the years as well.

He saw that my tires were old to the point of beginning to crack (don't judge me please, who likes buying new tires?) and was rightfully mortified insisting we get it taken care of immediately. Long story short, beware of Tire Discounters a little south of Discount Tire on the same road. We left that establishment after making an appointment with them, calling Discount Tire and driving directly over. By the way, this was the AM of December 23rd. They were completely accommodating in every way possible. A night and day difference from Tire Discounters down to quoted price to actual price, customer service, wait time dropping the car off, wait time picking the car up-you name it. Francisco was one person who went above and beyond but I know there were other people who also did, names I don't know and I want to thank you as well! Thank you SO much for your hard work. I know you are working your butts off being productive as hell and being so kind in the process. Myself, as well as my fiance, mom and dad were impressed. If you need tires or any other service they offer- COME HERE. I will again in the future!

    BEWARE!! I don't…read moreusually leave reviews, but this experience absolutely warrants one. Do yourself a favor--skip this place. To the owner: No, I will not be filling out anything for support, and I do not wish to be contacted further. I'd simply suggest doing better--especially when it comes to who is handling customers' vehicles. Having inexperienced 16-year-olds with no upper body strength operating power tools on luxury cars is unacceptable. You may also want to consider bringing back the previous managers, because the current ones are doing a terrible job. On December 15, 2025, I brought my car in for what should have been a routine tire service. I have a staggered rim setup and have been a loyal customer of this location for over 10 years--bringing both my previous and current Mercedes in twice a year (spending roughly $2,000 every 6 months). I have had a staggered set up for the past ten years so this wasn't new to me. I've also purchased multiple rims from this location at approximately $1,600 per rim. During the service, an employee pulled me into the bay to inform me that my wheel lock had broken while they were working on the vehicle. When I personally inspected my car, I discovered something much worse--my rim had been damaged around every wheel bolt section, not just where the lock broke. Every single lug area showed damage, and to make matters worse they just all looked at one another when I pointed out the damage. I am extremely particular about my vehicle. My rims had zero prior damage--not even curb rash. In addition, they initially expected me to keep the newly mounted tires on and drive 25 minutes to Mercedes to have the wheel locks removed. I refused and had them remove the tires immediately, because why would I drive with my back tires on 10 and fronts on 4? Before leaving, I asked to speak with the manager, Roderick, to file a damage claim. He was nowhere to be found until I insisted an employee get him. When he finally documented the claim, he did not even inspect my vehicle. Later, he attempted to dismiss my concerns over the phone by gaslighting me and telling me he walked around the vehicle with me. When I took my vehicle to Mercedes, they cleaned and inspected the rims and confirmed that 3 out of 4 wheels had identical damage. The only wheel unaffected was the front driver side--because it had not yet been worked on. I reported all of this to their claims department, Fleet Response. Despite clear evidence, they initially refused to include the additional damaged wheels in the claim. This process dragged on for four months, with constant back-and-forth. Around month two, they finally agreed to review the rear wheels--but still denied responsibility. I provided: * Documentation from my Mercedes service advisor (Franklin location) * Confirmation that Mercedes does not refinish wheel with such damage * Official documentation from Mercedes corporate stating that this type of damage is unsafe to refinish. After all of that, their resolution? A $600 offer for a $5,800 damage. They also suggested I take my vehicle to a random wheel repair shop for evaluation. As a customer who only allows Mercedes and Discount Tire to service my vehicle, that suggestion was unacceptable especially after I provided not 1 BUT TWO DOCUMENTATIONS. I suggested back that I would let the store order my rims for me and me just bring back the car and that was denied. I was allowing them to redeem themselves literally.

    I have been an avid customer for Discount Tire for over 10 years. With any change in season, my low…read moretire sensor will go off. My passenger side rear tire was low when I arrived on Thursday afternoon. While the tires were getting filled, I mentioned the low pressure issue to the tech and asked if I had something in that tire. The tech said the air should solve the problem but he did not look at my tire. Fast forward to today, my tire pressure dropped 17lbs in the rear passenger tire and I am once again at Discount Tire. When I asked about something in my tire, a new tech looked at the tire this time and discovered a screw in the passenger rear tire. The tech I talked to today asked why the tech from yesterday didn't check the tire. Good question. I got here at 12:45. I was checked in at 1:05. To my surprise, I received a text update stating I wouldn't be seen until 2:50-3:15-something not mentioned when I checked in. My car was not taken back until 3:30. I did not leave until Had the first tech looked at the tire yesterday, I wouldn't have spent 3.5 hours waiting to be seen today. I understand businesses are busy but its a tire plug. I've experienced solid customer service for years at Discount Tire, a disappointing visit on top of 3.5 hours I didn't have to waste during a workday, will have me shopping elsewhere.
