Professional staff, very friendly. The service to my car was quick and well done, I felt comfortable in their clean waiting area.

-- BAD BAD BAD -- I went for two item 1. Trans flush $150 2. Radiator flush $90 After service I came back home and checked under hood, Coolant color and level was exactly same(a little bit above low) as before I went for service. I called store manager and went back to service center. Talked to Manager who was adamant that coolant was flushed. He said that the mechanic who did it might forgot to fill up the coolant. As usual he will never admitted his mistake. I asked for money back, which I was sure I will not get back. Then the manager offered to do it again and this time in front of me. Radiator Flush was done again, I have no idea about right way of doing it but I was okay. Now the coolant color changes - still I was not satisfied of quality of the coolant used from a not so clean looking machine. The store manager offered free wipers. I denied. I don't like free stuff, only thing I wanted was the amount of service done for the amount of money I spent. The trust is broken badly. I came across few videos where specifically Jiffy Lube scams are mentioned. Today at Jiffy Lube was awful. I'm never going back....I came in for a simple oil change and it was "understood" that I was getting oil change only. So after I went over the normal routine about fluids etc, being replaced he also told me about a small crack in windshield that I wasn't aware of he showed me where it was. He also asked if I had State Farm insurance? I said no. He said it's free to replace no charge. It was discussed again that I'm only doing oil change. So as I sat watching my car from the window I was wondering what was taking so long. Then I see a technician doing something to my window then putting tape on the window. I was wondering what he was doing. So I'm assuming my car is ready, then they pull my car around the side(not by the door where its normally parked when done). So I go out there to see what he's doing with my car cause I see my passenger door opened. He's in my car leaning down on my passenger seat, my glove compartment opened and he's looking at my insurance card. At no time did I give him permission to go in my car, or do anything to my window. I caught him in my car! He went through my glove compartment w/o authorization and was looking at my personal insurance documents. I said to him what are you doing? We're not doing any window repair today I told you that already. He then took the tape off my windshield went inside and said oh we didnt charge you. I told him that window or insurance card does not concern him and we discussed it wasn't being done when he alerted me to the crack in windshield. I feel totally VIOLATED and VICTIMIZED. He had no right to go in my car and through my glove compartment. THIS WAS AN INVASION of PRIVACY and AGAINST MY RIGHTS. I WAS EXPLOITED IN THIS SITUATION AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF! I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED, ANGRY & UPSET. THEN A MANAGER OR SOMEONE CALLS ME AFTER I NOTIFIED HEADQUARTERS AND I HAD TO BASICALLY DEFEND HOW I FEEL ABOUT THE SITUATION BECAUSE HE DOESNT WANT HIS EMPLOYEE TO GET IN TROUBLE FOR HIS ACTIONS TODAY. As you see I've given them great reviews before on their work but today was different. A situation happened and whoever called me was not empathetic at all he asked me to explain how I was violated? Instead of his main concern trying to be his can we resolve this? He was not concerned about me and my rights as a customer. They have no business in your vehicle. This situation is extremely difficult for me but to have to defend my feelings and rights as a human being is ridiculous!! JIFFY LUBE GET IT TOGETHER STOP VICTIMIZING AND TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN. I'M LIVID! read more

I arrived at this location approximately around 7:35 a.m. on a weekday morning and they were closed. A gentleman came to my car and said... "are you okay? Do you need anything?" I said "no I'm waiting for you to open so I can get an oil change." He explained that they do not open until 8 a.m. but will try to get me in and out as soon as possible. Around 7:50 he asked me to bring my car around and immediately they started working on my vehicle. Around 8 a.m. he called me in to explain and make necessary recommendations, then advised me that they have fresh coffee available and to help myself. By 8:15 I was paying my bill and preparing to go to work. I was so blown away by the excellent customer service, I didn't realize that it was pouring down raining and there was someone at the door with an umbrella to walk me to my car so that I would not get wet in the rain. That was the icing on the cake!!!!! Overall, everything about this Jiffy Lube was amazing! I have visited other Jiffy Lubes in the past, and I have never had such a wonderful experience as I did when I visited this Jiffy Lube! I would travel to come back here just because the customer service was so amazing. I cannot remember any of the employees names off hand but the whole staff was outstanding!!!!! I decided to get an oil change on my way to work. I even considered coming back, because they didn't open until 8 a.m. and I had to be to work at 9 a.m.! I love going to this specific Jiffy Lube in Belleville (even though another one is closer). What's great is that they are Consistent! with their staff, service, prices. Even when they change staff they all are very friendly, professional and super fast. I don't even get to read my magazine and they're done already. Best to get there when they first open and you're out in less than 30 minutes. I've went during a busy time and still was out in less than an hour with a bunch of cars in front of me. They wipe down your car, make sure you understand what you need and don't need. I love the coupons!! I always hold out to get my oil change until I get a coupon emailed since i always end up needing an air filter or something. I send all my family there and never had a problem with them. Love that they put air in my tires (i always procrastinate with that in the winter since it's too cold). Great job!! read more

No stars baby...there is no reason to put your car through the misery of this place. Here is my experience with out exaggeration. I got there at 9:15 am on a Sunday because the last time I was there, they said they were closed at 11am. My tire runs over the bell hose and no one comes to acknowledge I am there. After about 10 minutes I get out and walk up to the rear of the building. There were 4 guys drinking coffee standing there, talking to each other. I asked if I should just leave my car there...they all looked puzzled. One guy said yeah. I sat down with another guy waiting. That's when we heard the sounds of tire screeching as the boys were lighting up the tires of all the cars before they brought them in. Me and this guy looked at each other like WTF!! Anyway, don't bring your car here if you value it. I was better off getting a few kids from the block to come and change my oil in the driveway. I left at 10:20. First time taking our vehicle into a Jiffy Lube. Great and timely service and a professional staff from the moment I drove into the parking lot until I left. The initial service technician greeted me and answered all of my questions. He knew the prices and services off the top of his head. He walked me into the waiting room and advised me of all of the amenities while I waited. The waiting room was clean. The vehicle service themselves was great, I could see one technician vacuuming the interior and topping off the washer fluid while the other one took my information and explained what they found out about my vehicle. I highly recommend this to my friends and family. I appreciate them taking such good care of me as I will be using my vehicle on a road trip this weekend. read more

As soon as you pull up to the bay at Jiffy Lube in Belleville someone comes out to greet you and to find out what you need. You are shown into the waiting area and offered a cup of coffee. The work is quick and efficient, and if they notice anything that might need your attention, they make you aware of it, but don't get pushy about having it done right away at their garage. My husband and I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for more than 12 years. We appreciate their service, and they always let us know that they appreciate ours. read more

I give them a 4 because it's stupid all the things they have to try selling us every time I go for an oil change but it's not the employee's fault HQ makes them charge $10 to change a light bulb . read more

I have been to this location many times. There are a few old timers but for the most part the personnel keeps changing. However, they are well trained and know the routine. The guy bringing me into the waiting room mumbled the magazines, bathroom, coffee speech but I knew it already. The waiting room is clean, neat and orderly. The TV is easy to see and kept me occupied while I waited. The technician who went over my details was very good. Upselling occurred but with knowledge and candor. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They remembered to reset the oil change indicator and put a new sticker on the windshield. I also had a $12 coupon which was a good motivator. All in all, it was what I expected, nothing more, nothing less. read more

I'm so sorry I brought my car here. I'd been coming on and off for years for oil changes and thought I would have them do a bigger job on the engine. Bad choice! I should have known something was up after I'd been quoted one amount, twice, over the phone only to find it would be over a hundred dollars more when I arrived. When an issue with the engine arose less than a week later and I notified the management, all I got was defensiveness and denial. I'm done with this place. read more

Thought this was a respectable place until I took my car there for a simple ac charge. Runs the test, overcharges the system and the freon hose explodes sending freon everywhere. Says problem had to be there prior even though they tested it. If something happens to your car there, they will blame you for whatever happens even if there's a possibility it could be their fault. If you were sure it is my fault, you wouldn't have called back to negotiate for a refund. Beware!!! read more
