Not sure what happened to the excellent customer service that once existed at the main Street location? I'm not going to go into great detail but I won't be returning to this location and these gentlemen should not be getting paid for hanging out and sitting in their cars. Not one car in any of the bays. Nobody was waiting and they were too lazy to actually do all of the inspection and finished out by not vacuuming or cleaning the windshield. When I went into pay they didn't even want to review the inspection results or everything that they did. They just wanted the the payment and before I could even finish paying all three of them were back out the side door sitting in their car. Just a bummer, it used to be so different there! It took less than 10 minutes to complete the inspection and the oil change. I'm not sure if I even got a new oil filter so I'm taking my vehicle elsewhere tomorrow to have it re-looked at to make sure everything's intact and full. read more

I had a standard oil change on my Honda Accord. I had a $25.00 coupon. The guy in the shop took my card and coupon in to the payment area. I didn't check the receipt before leaving. They failed to use my coupon and the charge was well over $100. I will continue with Don's where I always get good service and a car wash for about half the price. read more

Be aware of this place, I took my truck in for the first oil change (diesel) and they did not replace my oil filter when the whole service was paid for. I always got my oil change at different locations but I will never go to another Jiffy Lube location again after what they pulled, I lost all trust in the whole industry. I found out during my second oil change when the technician said you need to change your oil often, I asked him I did and that when he said they never changed your oil filter showing me the manufacturer oil filter. I know for a fact Jiffy Lube don't use manufacturer oil filters. read more

I love Jiffy Lube. They always do my car right. The staff is super friendly. One guy with a fluffy fro was really helpful and honest. My only problem was the gross popcorn machine. Someone seriously needs to show that greasy coated machine some love. I know you guys aren't chefs or janitors but still. read more

I took my vehicle in for a brake change and they ended up changing my rotors as well. Since it's my daughter's car and she's a new driver, I didn't realize that the vehicle was so far out of alignment until I took it to my regular mechanic. He had his alignment person fix it and I got charged $150. I spoke with the manager about this and he said he would talk with the owner, but I didn't hear back for 2 weeks. I called back and talked with the assistant manager who tried to give me every excuse in the book on how it wasn't their fault and was very argumentative with me. I will be having somebody else do my oil changes and other work from now on due to their terrible work and poor customer service. read more

I don't know where to start;ok I bought a some brake parts for them to install ,manager said they could do it.had it scheduled,then the lift broke down.He said he would call me,I received no call from him.Then I showed up on a Friday morning just to check on it,and I find out it's done,yet I received no call,it should a been my first flag,yet I blindly preceded on .First he could not get the brake drums off,Rhen he drums were wrong,so I took those back and exchanged them.So that plan didn't work,now I asked him to change transmission fluid and brand new aftermarket pan which was still in a sealed box; not only did he or his employee not do what I asked,but lied about it!;Why?!,if he did not want to do it just say so but to lie to me,that's upsetting to say the least.I went up to G&J diesel where I bought the pan and cross referenced and double checked to see if it fit and it does.He just did not want to perform the work for some reason.so yea think before you get any work performed here,it may not get done at all or they may lie to you and say it won't fit.... read more

Visited the jiffy lube on Shiloh in Billings MT, the boys were awesome! Michael and Anthony were knowledgeable, answered all my questions and helped me keep my Rav4 on track with all the upcoming maintenance AND saved me money. Even though I could do it myself I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else!! read more

I dread going to get my oil changed. This jiffy lube was great though! I felt comfortable talking to the mechanic/manager. He newly took over control of this location. I wasn't pushed into any repairs or flushes that I didn't want. He treated the situation like it was his car not just an opportunity to make money. Had a great experience today with this jiffy lube, came in for an oil change and was pulled right into the bay, they also went ahead and checked my differentia, transmission, tires and a few other things. I am moving on Friday and didn't even mention that until after and I feel confident my truck will run great for the move. Great customer service and very quick. If I wasn't moving this would be the only place I'd let change my oil. read more

We have a place similar to a jiffy lube and I went in there once for a oil change for 22 bucks when I picked up the car they tried charging me for antifreeze this fluid that fluid and a drain plug gasket.I told them to take all the other crap back but the oil change since I didn't approve it to be done.Man that lady threw a fit but I didn't pay for it and they didn't take the gasket and other fluids back.r read more

I called this location to schedule my fiance for an oil change last week. We didn't realize that most places to get your oil changed close so early here. We just moved here. His car really needed it from all of the driving. Unfortunately, they normally close before he gets off of work. The man I spoke with offered to open up two hours early or stay late the next day to get it done. We decided to not make him have to do that but the fact that he offered was outstanding! I took my car in and to get my oil changed and they put the wrong oil filter on my car and it was to small and my oil has been leaking for weeks and I have bought so much oil and I finally figured out what the problem was just saying I wouldn't go there for your oil you would be better off letting a monkey work on it read more

Not only did they change my oil and check the air filter and fluids, they gave me several tips to keep my vehicle in good working order. My family has 3 vehicles & we have used jiffy lube for over 8 years. Today I asked the manager if I can get my cables taken off, he was so frustrated that this was the second time I needed them off, shook his head, & said "I can't keep taking these off for you, so this is the last time." I offered to pay him, & he said "I'm just sick of people coming here JUST to have us take cables taken off." Ever think these same customers may use your PAID services for several of their vehicles? I stopped at Jiffy Lube for an oil change. There was a vehicle in bay 1 & a vehicle in bay 2. My vehicle was driven into bay 3. I was told vehicles are serviced in order of arrival. (Bay 1 & 2 were being serviced) Another vehicle arrived & was put into Bay 4 (owner could've initially parked outside of bay 1 as it was by now vacant..i wasn't paying attention to that extent. I did though know that the blond gal/owner, arrived after i had.) As vehicle that WAS in bay 1 was finished & gone, i thought the crew that had been working on it would now move to my vehicle. They did not. The vehicle in bay 4 was lifted & tires were being dismantled. My vehicle still just sat there with no one working on it. I had been there by now for 35". (I had gone directly there after a bank deposit..time stamped.. so yes..i know how long) Angry/dissapointed, I approached a technician & asked to just pull my vehicle out without the service & i commented on that my vehicle was to be serviced before the one in bay 4. The technicians reply was..."that vehicle was initially in bay 1 & was to be next"...like I'm f# stupid & didn't notice the initial bay 1 vehicle leave shortly after i arrived...& also, the owner of bay 4 vehicle, arriving AFTER me..for vehicle service!!! read more

I had my Ford F350 serviced here this morning and I am very pleased with their services. They were informative and prompt with their service. New place offered coupons, refused to accept coupons, then charged for an extra quart of oil, then wanted to do 3 other unnecessary repairs to my car. The also charged $46 for a simple oil change. Three jiffy lube workers then proceded to argue with me and insist on additional repairs. I would recommend avoiding this place. read more
