The car was back to me in just a couple of hours, and they were very informative in stating anything else I should keep an eye out for. A year later I was back to get brakes done again, they claimed to have gotten a bad batch of rotors. A year later I was back to get a caliper replaced, the same one that they supposedly replaced before. They tried to claim it wasn't anything they did or didn't do and stated they don't know where the parts come from or what quality they are. They did eventually agree to replace the bad caliper but said they would not do any more work on my vehicles. A couple weeks later, as I was driving down the interstate the caliper came loose. Thankfully the bolt that came out completely was the top and not the bottom, that saved me from having a wheel lock up. Chung Brothers recommended that I continue driving down the interstate and tried to avoid responsibility. They did pay for another shop to work on the brakes after I threatened to take them to court if they refused. I just did work on my front wheels and found additional things missing from the brakes that reduced the lifespan but thankfully were not critical to safety. DO NOT GO TO CHUNG BROTHERS. AVOID THEM LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, IT MAY.

Nonetheless, I pulled up to the garage, and Josh met me outside with an understanding smile and a handshake. Upon noticing that I had an army of babies with me, he immediately helped get us into the spacious waiting room! He showed the girls the huge play area, with crayons, toys, books....you name it, and my favorite....a beautiful family heirloom -- A mini wooden rocking chair!!!! Josh informed me that it has been in the family for over 60 years!!!! Being a parent, and having your children in a situation where they have to wait in really any public setting brings it's own level of stress! That all melted away the moment we step foot in there. Now, getting down to the business side of things. Unfortunately, it was my starter that had completely gone bad. Josh reassured me that they could get it fixed, and had the part there in 5 minutes. And as soon as the video finished, he pointed over my shoulder out the window behind me. I turn around, and there's my "Silver Smokey" waiting right out front for us!!!! I was speechless! Josh explained that a mechanic named Gibson had seen me with my girls and didn't wait for a rack! He climbed under my vehicle; laying on the snow and ice to install the new starter! Gibson brought my keys in, just covered in snow and ice! He didn't have to do that, but he had told Josh he didn't want me waiting with all of my kids! That is what really tugged at my heart strings! AVOID THIS AUTO SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!…read more The mechanics at this shop are simply uneducated and unprofessional at what they do. I had trouble filling my car with gas. Every time I go to a gas station and start pumping gas into my car, the pump randomly stops but my gas isn't even close to full. So I had to continuously press and press the gas pump until my car was full of gas. So I took it to Reds to see what was wrong with it. The guy there said the Evaporation Canister and Vent Valve needed to be replaced. So I gave them permission to replace them. When they got it fixed I took it back to my local gas station and my car still had problems filling up with gas! I called Reds to set up an appointment to get it looked at again. So I had to drive all the way to their auto shop in Lockwood and drop off my car again. (I live in Billings by the way) The next day they called and said that they needed to install a vent hose in my car. I gave them permission to do so. After they installed it, they took my car to a nearby gas station at their auto shop and filled it with gas to see if it had any problems. Luckily it didn't. When I got to their auto shop to pay, they told me that they had to spend $10 to fill my car with gas to see if it was fixed. They said that I didn't have to pay for that. However, after I paid for the work to be done, I saw on the receipt that I was charged $10 for the gas that they put in. I then asked one of the mechanics if replacing the Evaporation Canister and Vent Valve was necessary to resolve the issue of filling my car with gas. He said that he wasn't sure and there was a chance that I didn't need to pay the amount of money that I did to get it fixed (which was $800). There was another problem that I had with this auto shop. I noticed that my car was leaking oil. I took it to Reds because they already knew about it when I bought my vehicle. They told me to bring it back to them if I noticed the leaking had gotten worse, which it did. I called and told them that I needed this leak fixed. They fixed it, but they replaced my breaks too, which I gave them NO permission to do so. I noticed this after I paid and received my receipt. They charged me an extra $368 for something I did not ask for. When I called Justin at the auto shop for an explanation and a refund, he said that I gave them permission to do my breaks, but I never did. I also called Eric, the owner of the shop, to explain what had happened. He never believed me and both he and Justin were unprofessional and rude in their responses. I would've never thought I would run into as much of an unprofessional owner and worker as Eric and Justin were. After all of this, I never got my money back. The employees at this auto shop are greedy and only care about your money. They don't care about you as a customer. This is the worst business I have ever been to and I will NEVER trust them with my vehicle ever again. Take your vehicle to another auto shop other than this one that will actually value you as a customer, won't rob you of your money, and will know how to operate a vehicle correctly.

The work was completed quickly after I approved the costs via a phone call from Erik. I picked up my car and drove to the grocery store whereupon the check engine light came back on when I left, so I immediately returned to Tire Rama. Right away Jake had the car back in the shop and the mechanic looked for the code to no avail. Erik had gone for the day, and I agreed to schedule a return appointment. I was prepared for having to spend more money, but within just a few hours Erik called to say they had replaced the aftermarket O2 sensor from Napa with the more expensive sensor from Ford and after test driving, was confident the problem was resolved and there would be no charge. I am very pleased to have my Mustang running smoothly again and grateful for the excellent service from the crew at Tire Rama.
