I am very disappointed in the service that I've been receiving from this service provider. I recently had an oil change done and I still have 2000 miles before I need to have an oil change again. Why is my oil reading off stick? I went to another place to have them check whether I have an oil leak and nothing and there's nothing in my driveway that indicates a leak either. They're just not filling my oil back up. This could have caused engine problems are more! So, disappointing to think people will not do their job! I will never come back here again. read more

I brought in my fleet vehicle for a full service oil change. The quote was for over $100.00. However when I mentioned that the tire pressure and condition didn't appear to be done, I was told " that the technicians were new and they don't always complete all of the checklist items." Even more ridiculous than that response was that I was told to call the corporate complaint line when I expressed an interest in speaking to the franchise manager/ owner. read more

I am so upset!! As soon as I pulled in here, the worker was a bit sassy and I thought maybe I should go elsewhere!! Trust your gut next time!! I asked him what did you say? He mumbled something about the oil. Next I asked him do you have the $13 coupon? I keep coming back to this specific location to get my oil changed. The service is always excellent, speedy and thorough. I had my chihuahua with me and unfortunately she barked the entire time. Rude service. No vehicles at the shop. Pulled in to ask a question before I had them pull my vehichle in to service. Before a welcome or how can we help you I was told I needed to move my vehicle. Mentioned I was going to have my vehicle serviced and was confronted by an aggressive young man. I guess they would rather chase a customer off and have nothing to do. Took my van to go in for oil change They broke my dip stick. The manager told me it broke because it was hot it happens. Then the guy who broke it told me " good luck taking it out". They were very rude. Told me they would order me a new one they never did. Didnt offer to pay for my bill to take the. Broken piece out. The dealership had to take out the pipe to take it out. I have to say, I used to avoid Jiffy Lube for many years because of horror stories from other people, but a couple years ago I took a chance while living in Palm Desert, and it was great, more recently I used a location in Corvallis OR, also awesome, so I was hoping this location would be as good as the past two, and they didn't disappoint. I arrived early morning, so was right in, the service was quick as always, but what I always look for is customer service. The crew was friendly and courteous, explained what Jeep recommends as well as any issues they find, which was nothing for my vehicle today. I will be going back! read more

They had gone to another store to get the headlight bulbs I needed, then called to tell me the headlight had come loose & actually didn't need to be changed saving me $40! Not only did they slowly work through the issue, but they treated me with respect and did not try to play the blame game. If I could give ten stars I would. Just left there. Brought my own oil ( Mobil1). After changing the oil, I looked at the dipstick and it was already brown. Asked the tech why was it so dirty looking since the oil I brought in was a nice golden color. Even picked up the "not completely" empty container out of the trash and poured some out. It came out clean of course. He said, "Oh that's normal". And went on to explain they have a service they perform so your oil looks like it's new. ??! Been driving since 1978, and have changed my own oil many, many times. It is NOT normal for new oil to look dirty 10 minutes after an oil change. Maybe I should check my oil filter now, but anyway, that was my last visit to this location. Too bad. read more

Watch out for this jiffy lube, I went in to use my Groupon here. It should have been a $39.00 oil change plus vacuum and clean outside windows. I was told that there will be extra money owing for tax and the difference in charge from the Groupon price. He said it was stated on the Groupon page. We'll the extra charge was$18.83. After I paid and thought about it I contacted Groupon about it as I couldn't find anything about extra costs. Groupon text me back saying that there should not be any extra charges at all. I went back to the shop and talked to the manager Matthew and he told me there's nothing he can do about it and told me to call corporate and that they are getting rid of Groupon and going with some other company that is better. He didn't give me a number but instead gave me a website to go to. I went home and tried to access it to no avail. Then I found a number for corporate and called them and of course they are not open on weekends. I called back Monday morning and it's all automated and one option says for Groupon problems push 3. Wow,they have so many problems that its listed in the automation prompts. Then it give you the proper place to go and fill out a complaint form online and they will get back with you. Wow, so just beware of this so you won't have to spend more of your time being wasted filling out paperwork and phone time just to get things settled. I still am waiting to hear back from them and will update with what happens. The only thing that was good about this is it was fast oil change but they didn't even vacuum out all of the dirt on the floor mats. They have lost a regular customer here as I won't go back to this jiffy lube. Update as of 11-10-17 I was issued a refund of $13.24 ,so I am happy about that, but will not be returning here. Rairdons Honda of Sumner offers a better oil change package and washed and vacuumed our car. will be going back to them from now on. read more

The girl Deanna was extremely helpful and let me know of any coupons and also was the one to refer me to come in for an oil change. My oil was completely low and wouldn't last much longer. Upon arriving my boyfriend and I were welcomed by two younger men. It was roughly about 30 minutes before closing, which technically speaking should be just enough time to do a oil change and a few of thee extra things that come along with the package. My first mistake was listening to my boyfriend when I said I didn't like how unprofessional the pair were being. while carelessly running through all of the notions they chatted along with a co-worker/ friend who seemed to be off duty. while his jeep ran just outside one of the open bays I watched one of the men drop and lose one of the air caps for my passenger side tires. Thinking I did not see the incident and obviously too invested in conversation to care about a paying customer he proceeded to continue talking. After paying around 80 or so dollars (which is roughly what I pay for my normal full service) my boyfriend hopped in the drivers seat across from me at which point we were approached by the same young man who lost the air cap, he proceeded to tell us that whomever had previously serviced my truck had left my drain plug on my oil pan finger tight. which at that point had been a joke in itself. We left without the slightest feeling of satisfaction but continued without any issues... which brings me to yesterday.. I started hearing a strange noise coming from the rear end of my truck as I accelerated and upon further investigation and the help of my mechanically inclined brother-in-laws, it was concluded that the two men who had drained my differential fluid had never refilled it, I had been running my truck bone dry this whole time. I have never been so disgusted by the lack of morality at an establishment nor have I been so effected by a workers negligence in my life. I spoke to several people about fixing the issue and the estimate to fix my truck is upwards of $500.00. I will definitely be speaking to a manager about this issue before taking more pressing steps but I am beside myself at this point. read more

One of the associates even gave me a ride to the nearest tire place and then replaced for me free of charge. Good people. I've been coming here to get my oil changed for years. I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change on July 30th, 2012. Enroute to Idaho my engine blew. The mechanic in Pullman Wa said too much oil was put in. Date of service: 7/30/12 Invoice #:3062 9571490 Transaction #: 12073009571490 Employee #'s: 56450, 52424, 36226. Received an oil change on my 2003 Subaru Legacy 2.5L 4cyl. with 142,457 miles to be filled with high mileage oil. Cost: $74.37. I got an oil change as I knew I was taking a long road trip two days later. I had driven barely 400 miles since my oil change and was only 250 miles into my trip to Idaho when my engine began knocking very loudly and as I went to pull over, the engine shut down. I looked under the hood and nothing was smoking and I knew my car had just been serviced. Based on the knocking, I figured I had thrown a piston. I called a tow truck and had to wait close to 2 hours in the hot sun with my three year old. My car was towed to Pullman, WA. The mechanic at ICS in Pullman stated that there was too much oil in my car, by an estimated two quarts, which is what he believed caused my engine to blow. After a very stressful weekend without a car on what was supposed to be my vacation, I returned home with the use of a rental car (on my dime). The next day I was able to borrow my mother's car and speak to the manager in training, Ethan, at that Jiffy Lube location. He mentioned that the gauges they used to measure how much oil was being put into cars were having problems sticking and staying on incorrect numbers, and that just about a week before another tech. in training overfilled a car with their high-mileage oil and had to drain some out before completing the oil change service for that customer. So, apparently this was due to faulty equipment and my car was perhaps not double checked before I left. How many other people in the area have had a blown engine on their high mileage car without making this correlation!! Three weeks later... (While they paid for a rental for me)...Jiffy Lube had their own representative drain my car and he said there was exactly 4 quarts in it. This is a lie!! I saw the dip, the mechanic in Pullman estimated there was 2 quarts too much, and I am 300 miles away and unable to check their work or be there to watch him drain my car. I believe this has been such a hassle because I am a WOMAN and I live 300 miles away from where my car broke down. I am being lied to, and they know they are at fault but just want me to go away. I took very good care of that car and it had no other mechanical issues prior to it throwing a rod. Tell all of your family and friends NEVER to go to Jiffy Lube, especially this one! A quick oil change could leave you without a car! read more
