When Tuesday…read morearrived, we hadn't heard anything so we called them at 145PM (appointment was supposed to be at 330pm) to ask if they were tracking our appointment. Joey said that the scheduler had been down since Monday and they had no record of our appointment. We made the appointment last week on Thursday so no idea why that would matter. He said bring the car in and they would do their best to get to it. We showed up at 330pm, Joey was out. We talked to the guy at the counter, he said we could bring it back Thursday or Friday to get it done. We told him Joey said to bring it in today. He called Joey, who told him that he called us at 1115am and left a voicemail (we never got a call or voicemail) and said it wouldn't be today. Nobody knew we had an appointment until we called them at 145pm, so no idea where that even came from. After some back and forth, we were told to come back Friday morning at 9am to get it done. We wanted to just take the tires and go somewhere else, but everything had already been paid for online so we agreed. Showed up at 9am, dropped the car off for the tires to be put on and got the call to come back a couple hours later. We noticed that the words "INSIDE" were on the outside of 3 of the 4 tires, and asked the tech if that was supposed to be like that, since these were asymmetrical tires with different tread patterns on the inner & outer edges. He said it was fine, and the inside/outside words didn't matter. We also pointed out that they had put both 255 tires on one side of the car, and both 235 tires on the other side. They were supposed to be 235s in the front and 255s in the back. He took the car back in and swapped the tires to the correct position and we left. When we took the car on the highway, we felt some vibration. Suspecting the tires were either mounted/balanced incorrectly, or the inside/outside words mattered (like we brought up to the tech), we had the VW dealership take a look at our service appointment a week later. They told us flat out it was wrong and we should take it back for them to fix. We were already done with this shop at this point, so we just paid for VW to remove the tires from the rims and flip them so the orientation words were displayed correctly and rebalance them. Vibration gone, ride is way smoother.

Someone told me there was only 1 car in the bay and I could come right away. It took me 4 minutes to drive there. When I arrive an older man came out (whom I later discovered was the manager) -- he told me to pull under a car park and that they would be with me shortly. There was only one truck there and the other two bays were completely empty. I waited 10 minutes.. which I thought was odd because they told they weren't busy and definitely didn't appear to be busy either. I got out of my car to ask how much longer the wait would be. Come to find out -- all 3 of the employees were working on the same car. First I was ignored, then the same man who told me he would be with me shortly said "I don't know how long this is going to take." -- like huh? Then why would you tell me to come when I called or just say that when I pulled up!?? And why do all 3 of yall need to be working on one car? It takes 5 minutes to get air. Then another employee said "they didn't even know I was there." Needless to say -- the customer service here is piss poor. No communication. Rude employees. I will never attempt to come here again.

My first visit she was able to get my car serviced (oil change, rotation and balance, lifetime alignment recheck and a complete vehicle inspection) all within a day. I always try to drop off because I know how busy it can get. She called and kept me updated throughout the day, and recommended services based off my manufacturer scheduled maintenance mileage intervals. I appreciated that she didn't pressure me into having these services done right away, but simply suggested to have done in the near future. Great! I have always purchased my tires through Firestone becAhse of the nationwide warranty and road hazard protection (that does cost extra up front but really pays off if you need a tire repaired or replaced at a prorated cost) My next visit was unplanned as I found a bolt in my other vehicles tire while we were on the way to the Zoo. Luckily, when we arrived at the shop Melissa came out and inspected my tire and saw it was in a repairable location (not on the shoulder or sidewall) yay! And it's free because I have road hazard protection. So I'm waiting with my two littles and Melissa kindly puts on a kid friendly show, awesome, and I am looking through the service window at Alan the technician and he appears to be spraying the spot with soapy water where the bolt was and also picking out the gravel to make sure there was no other holes. In his thoroughness he concludes that the bolt did NOT puncture my tire and puts it back on my vehicle and we were on our way! I will absolutely continue to bring our vehicles here to be serviced and will update my review if needed.

They gave a detailed diagnosis with photos on their website, giving me time to think through what to do and what to defer. Their prices for the individual repairs were in line with what I saw online. After the repairs, the car ran well but by the time I got home the check engine light was on (different code). They took it right back, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it no charge, pleasantly. Not a problem since. These guys are good, and if they mess up, give them a chance to make it right. I am glad I found them, and will be a repeat customer.

(I had just replaced…read morethem) , this they falsified needed repairs. then 3 days later the brake caliper feel off of the rear rotor coming off of the pass at vantage at the Columbia river. luckily no one died. they haven't accepted any responsibility for the shoddy workmanship. also they changed the oil and it was a quart low. when I checked it. this was in 3 days of their service. the truck doesn't burn any oil. Monday​ afternoon get a text saying they 'suspect' the noise is coming from valve train but they need to confirm visually & there is cost to remove valve cover, etc.-proceed...inspection would be completed next day, mid-day, which would be Tuesday. Today is Wednesday at 4:00 & they still have not completed inspection, after having to call them for a status update! I'm incurring large expense for rental & stuck now because no work has been done yet, my vehicle is torn apart and I'm looking at having to possibly pay another week on this rental not to mention the huge expense I'm also incurring for these non-existent repairs! I'm pretty disgusted with this place & wish I would have read all the negative reviews before I brought my Dodge to them. I'm not confident at all that the work will be done accurately or that my vehicle will be put back together properly leaving me with more issues to deal with.
