Visit was quick overall - checked lights, filter, engine, quick wipe down under the hood and some other stuff (not a mechanic so i really don't know). But relative to other places before, they did a good job. This place gets busy after work hours though..like hours wait so it shows how reliable they are with that much business so it's best to come during off peak hours. Also the line for the coffee place blocks the entrance. If its obviously empty/slow, just drive through the exit side(opposite direction of the coffee line to circumvent the unneeded wait. read more

Went in yesterday to get my oil changed, they also checked my tires for me and everything was fine. I've had my car for less than a year and have had it checked before and there have been are no issues and, suddenly this morning, not even 24 hours after they check my tires, one of them has really low air pressure. The service at this Jiffy Lube became painfully slow. They used to be quick in and out. I came here primarily due to them being quick. Lately however, things take forever. I see their employees spending more time cleaning windows and vacuuming inside cars, walking people to and from the office, etc than actual oil change. Predatory business!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. My 17 year old daughter went to get her oil changed. She was calling me everytime they returned to tell her more services they could do. They offered a tire rotation that she accepted then they said she should do an engine flush as her oil was thick. They explained all you need is a special solution. She called me again asking I flushing the engine was easy to do. I said no not really a thing you do at home. That's something they do. I asked her if she was quoted a price and if she approved the service. She said no price was given, she was just told the name of the solution. I asked did you say yes she said No. I told her as jiffy lube has a horrid history with this kind of thing, my guess is when he returns he is going to charge you for it. So if he does call me. Of COURSE he did exactly that. I called the location and asked to speak with the Manger or owner. I believe he said his name was Lorenzo, I explained my issue and he tried to lie and say he quoted a price AND she approved the service. I asked if he had cameras in his lobby. He said yes. I said I tell you what.....I will come in after work and we can go sit in your office and watch the camera....IF you did quote and get approval I will pay for it and in addition would appologize for my accusation. He again tried to say, well I'm not gonna charge her so I don't understand what it is you want. I AGAIN said, I want to know if my daughter approved the service....so let's watch the cameras and settle this. He then claimed well I don't have any dvr of them because my safe was stolen with the dvr. Funny you didn't mention that from the start sir. As a manager of a business when a customer asks do you have cameras, that would be the time to advise that there was no camera FOOTAGE...yet you say nothing until you're trapped into showing your predatory business tactics. I am a senior who doesn't hear well. I couldn't hear or respond to the techs questions through his mask. He became irritated and yelled his questions which did not help. I paid $61.69 for the oil change compared to $47.34 a year ago at the same location. Last time I got my windows cleaned and the car vacuumed This time, with the new drive-thru service, I didn't get those services. It seemed to me that I paid a 23% higher cost for an inferior, discourteous service. Basically the service I received was to suck the oil out of my car engine and put new oil in all for a higher price. Next time I will go to a Ford dealer where I will get courteous service, an explanation of results and a car wash. read more

I usually like going to my dealership for an oil change, but put it off too long, am traveling soon and needed it done NOW. That being said, I pulled into the Milton/Edgewood Jiffy Lube and was greeted immediately by Mark. He got me checked right in while Lorenzo and Lorenzo (yes, there are 2!) started to work on my truck. As they yelled out "checks" to each other ("Gasket on?" CHECK! "Oil cap replaced?" CHECK!), they washed my windows, smiled, and made friendly chit chat with me. I was in and out in a couple of minutes and their "check" system made me feel extremely confident. Upon leaving, Lorenzo the Manager thanked me for coming in and gave me a $10 discount. This was definitely 5-Star service! The only reason I rated 4 stars was price. Love the service! Quick and with COVID I feel like a race car driver pulling in for a pit stop

First, the good. Friendly technicians, great customer service, fast moving once my car was in the bay. Next, the bad. I arrived at around 4:30 on a Tuesday with one car ahead of me (already being worked on). After being was checked in, I was told it would be around about a 25 minute wait. Fine. 20 minutes later, my car still isn't in the bay. The worker apologized for the wait and said they were having an issue with the vehicle in front of me, hence the extra time. I ended up waiting for about 50 minutes total. Not a huge deal, just slightly annoying. After my car was done, my keys were filthy when they gave them back to me (grease I presume). I pointed this out, and the tech quickly cleaned them for me, which I appreciated. I think what really bothered me was the fact that the exterior of my white car was COVERED in grease and black hand marks on the truck, hood and doors, which I unfortunately didn't notice until later. Now, to be fair, these men are dirty and they are working really hard, so mistakes like this are unavoidable. I just wish there was a little more attention to detail and that they could have cleaned up the mess. Other than that, this was an OK experience overall. read more

They were very friendly and not once did they try to upsell me on something I didn't really need, which happens at most car service places. I have taken two of my cars here and my Toyota mini van after a couple months I popped the hood to find my oil filler cap was missing. They went to get one and when they returned they replaced one of the employees oil filler cap on their own vehicle and gave me their old one. Today I looked under my 2010 Lexus GX to see something hanging down and I found it was the oil drain plug access panel that was hanging by one bolt that was half way out and the other was no where to be found. Thankfully I found a replacement bolt at Lowes and tightened everything down. read more

Very fast service and affordable basic oil change. They now offer a base oil change for $29.99. This doesn't include all the fancy extras like the window cleaning and carpet vacuuming but all I wanted was a oil change with fast service and I got it. You can expect they will try to sell you on a few upgrades but if you don't feel you need it just politely decline. However, the pull in rules seem to change with each trip and sometimes it takes 20 minutes and other times an hour and I am usually only 1 of 2-3 cars. This was the closest Jiffy Lube so I headed over. I was excited to see no wait. However this quickly changed to me wished I had picked somewhere else. The technician who seemed to be running the show was curt to say the least. In the time it took to change my oil, I heard him curse multiple times. Mind you, I was one of three cars the entire time I was there so I do not understand why he felt the need to curse and scream so frequently. I stayed in the car during my service but he put his hand inside my unrolled window which made me very uncomfortable. He tried to convince me to get synthetic oil and was upset when I pointed out that my old '99 minivan doesn't take synthetic oil. He also tried to convince me that I didn't need an oil change due to the last record they had of me coming in, but that was only for a fluid top off and I had to be adamant that I did in fact need an oil change in order for him to preform the service. Due to being in the system, I assumed he could see my car was part of a fleet. He went to charge my card and I asked if my price included the fleet discount just to double check, he seemed completely surprised and then cursed as he walked away "to check". He then came back and tell me my car wasn't in the system as a fleet. I know it is due to having no issues in the past at other Jiffy Lube locations but at that point I was just desperate to get out of there. I will not be returning to that location and will drive out of my way now to avoid it. read more

I no longer expect it to be but on this visit the kid who checked me in (Sabre?) asked if I wanted it vacuumed and I said yes. Final checked also missed it.
