Bad service and an even worse sales staff. I wouldn't buy or have them work on my kids bicycle! Buy Toyota, Honda has lost there way.

From the moment we walked in, he made us feel comfortable, informed, and never pressured. Garrett truly listens--he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, walked us through all of our options, and patiently answered every question we had (and we had a lot!). What really stood out was his honesty and transparency. He broke down every detail clearly and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. We never once felt rushed or upsold. Garrett genuinely cared that we drove off with the right car--not just any car--and it showed. If you're shopping for a vehicle and want someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoyable to work with, ask for Garrett. He turned what can be a stressful experience into something we actually enjoyed. Thank you!

They added on all kinds of extra charges, and did not tell me, rushed me through the process and when finished, my car payments were much higher than what they should have been. I managed to go through all the protocol to get my money back from them, but they gave it back. If you purchase, watch those extra fees! Secondly, my 2023 Trailblazer had to be towed to the closest chevy dealership to me (or it would cost me extra to have towed more than 25 miles) - we are on the second day, not looked at yet, and they won't give me a loaner until they look at the car. I understand they can be busy, but I need to be at work and no one will help me with a loaner. Not the chevy dealership I purchased from because I had it towed to the closest dealership, and not the chevy dealership its at now. If you need service or help with your vehicle, don't expect to get it. They promise you the world and give you nothing in return. A two year old car and now the transmission may not be any good. The car isn't used excessivly, as I work from home but two days a week and only use it locally. Unbelievable.

He was down to earth and not pressuring at all - totally understood what we were looking for and was extremely friendly. We left and test drove a few other brands of cars and ultimately returned to Diehl when we knew we wanted the Tiguan. After some reasonable back and forth on trade in price for my existing car, Josh and another gentleman, Corey, helped us get down to a number that we were happy with paying for a monthly payment. I seriously cannot express how much fun we had in this experience. We had great conversation with these individuals while also getting exactly what we wanted in a car and trade in value. Couldn't speak more highly of this group of people. Go to Diehl!

I went in this past October to buy my wife a new Atlas, told them what I wanted and they gave me an outrages price and tried to up sell me to a 26 instead of the 25 my wife wanted. It's pretty sad when I can spend $370 for a one way flight to Baltimore and purchase the vehicle and save 10k with incentives and lower interest rate and drive it home the same day knowing that the Dealer 8 miles from my house could've had my business but wanted to screw me rawdog style. These ballbagS lost my business forever. The salesmen to the service department is a joke, the parts guy is pretty good, and nice building (But that's like putting lipstick on a pig..) everything else is a $hit show. I had recently took my vehicle there for the security code came on and for something draining my battery. After several weeks they thought they had it figured out they had replaced the pcm. They had my vehicle for over 6 weeks. I went to pick the vehicle up it all most did not start so I went back inside and told them that there was more lights on in the dash then when I brought it to them. I shut the vehicle off and tried to start it again it would not. ( keep in mind I got dropped off too pick it up) so they kept it and told me the battery needed replaced. They then proceeded to ask me if I had triple A... I told them that the battery was brand new and told them I did not believe that was the issue. But they would replace it for 380.00 dollars. So they charged it and believed it was good. Then they said they believed it was my alternator they would replace it for several more hundred dollars. Again I told them the alternator was recently replaced. I told them I could not take the chance and have them replace the alternator and that not be the problem. As they had already wanted me to replace the battery and that was not the problem.. They would not do any more for me cause they said they had fixed the problem that it had came in for. The night I was dropped off to pick it up I had paid them in full. Once I had to leave it there I asked if I could get my check back till we got things figured out and the shop manager said no. I said that is a lot of money to pay for something that is not fixed he agreed. I said should I stop the check than he said that is up too you.. I did stop payment till we could get things figured out. They did not figure it out and they charged me for a stop payment.. In my opinion this is one service department that is all about the money.. Keep in mind they said they fixed what it came in for they struggled to figure it out and may have caused more problems to the vehicle and was trying to figure it out on my expense and could not.. They wanted me too have triple A to replace the battery when they thought that was the issue.. They also said that they fixed two recalls while it was there. It was never scheduled to have any recalls fixed nor was I ever notified or asked if I wanted them too.. Wonder why they fixed them??? you think money had anything to do with that?? Do you think if they kept blowing fuses Trying to figure out the problem at the beginning they could have caused a electrical surge too my vehicle and may have caused other issue????

After putting on a license plate, I was able to take it for a solo test drive. Afterwards we chatted a little bit about pricing and such. I appreciated the staff (Jeff Hartzell & Geno Malloy) and the overall experience--until I realized within just a few hours that the A/C in my vehicle wasn't working. I called as soon as they opened the next day. That issue was never mentioned during the sale. I understand the vehicle was sold as-is, but basic functionality like air conditioning should have been disclosed. When I reached out immediately, there was no real effort to make things right--just a suggestion to bring it back in, with no commitment to covering any cost. That changed the experience for me and left us feeling deceived. Additional discoveries when I got home: 1 dead key fob, fluids low/not topped off. Coolant was nearly empty (but not the fix for the a/c) and windshield washer fluid empty. It's the little things that elevate a sales experience and worth recommending to others. I still appreciated the no-pressure approach during the sale, but I'd recommend that anyone buying used here double-check every detail and ask clearly about key systems before finalizing anything.
