Just get with the times Jiffy Lube. Express Oil changes where you stay in your car is where its at. Not to mention we have a pandemic on our hands and the last thing you need to do is risk your employees health or your customers. Most of the employees were not wearing a mask, and those who were, had it on improperly. This store obviously are not taking the pandemic seriously. The crew were nice but I seen more horseplay and cigarette smoking than anything. They really could use some customer service training. Service was slow, what was told to be a 15 minute job turned out to be over an hour. The place is just unorganized and really needs a good manager on location. I used to come to Jiffy Lube all the time several years ago. But for some reason I stopped and have just been getting oil changes done at car dealership of the vehicle I own. I came here because they are known for their speed of service. I was low on time and my oil percentage was at 0%! I pulled up and was immediately greeted. BUT once I was told the oil change was going to be $85, I immediately left. I waited a day and made an oil change appointment at the local car dealership for $40 cheaper. This place sucks they did work to my daughters car that was not approved. She dropped her car off they added a cabin air filter for 60$ she did not authorize said they had video but couldn't show me can't find an owner only a nasty Manger that wanted to argue not show me video . I was driving up from vacationing in NC, when my car alerted me for an oil change. This was the closest to the highway so I dropped in. I was the only customer there, so they got me in and out in about 20 minutes. Quick service, and layed the bill out for me. The only thing was they forgot to reset the oil change alert in my car, but once I let them know, they reset it for me. Solid service :) read more

The manager at this location took every precaution to keep her staff and customers safe during this pandemic. I like everyone am uncomfortable conducting necessary errands but needed my oil changed so went early to avoid crowds. I felt very at ease and safe, the counters were cleaned w Clorox wipes as were my keys and touch areas within the car. This was above and beyond!! Great Job Jiffy Lube! I would give 5 stars but your extras are way over priced (air filters, windshield wipers) so I do that myself at AutoZone. read more

Just got my oil changed at this location. I went in with low tire pressure assuming that they would fill them up. They finish and I am on my way back home, I pull up the tire pressure sensors on my dash. All 30's, I check the receipt, says they read 35psi in the front and rear. Calls into question the integrity of any of their services. read more

After waiting 3 hours to get brakes replaced with parts that I provided, at the time of check out I asked the manager for a breakdown of my vehicle to make sure if anything else needed to replaced or looked into, he "shrugs his shoulders" and nonchalantly says " I don't know" after this is I asked for his name and he refused to give me a receipt for my charges which I had to ask 2x to get. I called corporate and hopefully they are able to instill some form of customer service within this location. Everyone there seems to be frustrated with the amount of work that comes in, if I were you I'd visit a different location. Thank you to Jessie in corporate office which reassured me if anything was wrong with the vehicle I could take to another one of their locations. Beyond disappointed, as a manager I feel he should've taken a little more initiative to not only make himself stand out but the whole location and team members. I feel sorry for the team members, I would hate to be managed by someone who doesn't give a lick about the job nonetheless the safety of people who are taking the vehicles here. Jiffy Lube changes their policies often. Usually, when I have been in between oil changes, they top off, check the oil, vacuum and check the tire pressure This time I was told I had gone somewhere else to get my oil changed and it was overdue. I had the man check the label and it said Jiffy Lube and I have 1000 miles to go. I will find somewhere else to get my oil changed. THEY ARE THIEVES! These people charged me $92.00 to pour in the oil. He claimed that it's package. He started walking around the car and writing down stuff. I said all I asked for was an oil change. I have a Jeep Commander that holds 7 quarts of oil. I stood there and watched the crook simply poured the oil in. You guys will go to hell. You will never enjoy your money. This jiffy lube has lackluster service. The personnel seem apathetic and inconsistent. Sometimes they are helpful and sometimes, not. Prices go up and the service does not. If one does not know what a top- off consists of something may be left off. Next oil change I will take my business elsewhere. read more

DO NOT GET A SERVICE HERE! I thought the service went well until the next morning. Went to my car the next morning to find a pool of oil under my car. I checked and found my oil plug was not closed all the way. When I contacted the shop the manager asked if I could bring my car back to check the plug. Not happening! So I took my car to a different Jiffy Lube to replace the oil that was lost. At the second shop they informed me that the plug was a replacement and the first shop probably stripped the original plug and changed it out. Also after I contacted the shop about the issue they deleted my service from the data base. I know this because the second service shop could not find my original service record. If I had not kept the receipt there would be no other way to verify this even happened. So again avoid this store at all cost. read more

Pulled my car to the back of the line and was told someone would be with me in a minute. After waiting a few minutes I walked my child next door so they could use a bathroom. When I came back they asked what service I wanted done. I asked what the oil change prices were. They said $45.99 for the basic. People have the right to charge what they want, but since merchants regularly offers a $19.99 oil change I said I would just go ahead and leave. They said they had already drained my oil (why ask what service I wanted if they had already decided I wanted an oil change?), and I had to use one of their oil change services. Oh well, not the end of the world, but I will take future business somewhere else. read more

My son went there for an oil change for his jetta. He went in the store to pay for it, when he found out how much it was he couldn't pay it. He said he was sorry he needed to come back later. She told him that they already started working on it so he had to pay or they would keep his car. I went to the store and spoke with them. They told me the same, so I told them to take out with they did and put his stuff back on the car. They told me they not do that. I said I need to speak to the manager. They called someone that said he was the store manager. I say that because the guy went outside and called the manager from his phone and would not let me call. He didn't sorry for all the trouble, let my son pay for a regular oil change or anything. Very poor customer service!!! It all sounds funny to me. Like saying they are put all this high price stuff in the car and not doing it, just keeping the money for themselves. They did not look all that nice, like they needed some extra money. Service was horrible. Tires were not rotated, oil was low, fluids not topped off, windshield was not done, car wasn't vacuumed. The only reason I paid was because I purchased the Groupon which isn't refundable. Worse service I have ever had. read more

Joined Yelp just to warn others about this place... horrible service. I gave them 2 chances.. no more. The first time took too long but I thought it was an "off day." This morning I'm there 1st thing waiting on them to open the garage doors. 45 minutes later I'm finally done. When I go to sit in my car, the tan upholstery has oil/grease all over. They tried to clean it with glass cleaner?!?!?! I finally said STOP I'll clean it myself when I get home! I was asked "are you sure"... seriously??? I had an oil change there for the first time in 10 years (at least) this past weekend. The service was quick, but overpriced. The process is not described through signage, or explained by the worker until you are staged to begin, instead of at the counter, where I stood for 5+min before another customer explained how it works. My information was taken in the bay (again no counter action) and I was about to be charged $27 more for a $9 air filter which should be included in thier $50 oil change (approx.). when I told them not to replace it, I watched two young men literally press and squish the old filter back in the compartment that is a simple latch they just didn't open wide enough...while screaming back and forth to one another like a real pit crew? Ok, no. Edit: Oh...to top it off (which they wont do to your fluids...but they will let you know if you need it) the screamer of the bunch didn't know how to reset my change oil code...so he just didn't. read more
