I asked them to check my ac coolant and before starting work on it asked what the issue was. I told them my brother thought I should have it checked out and they said it's cooling great already. I have had the b worst experience with this repair shop. My neighbors advised not to go there because of their experiences. I had no problems with there oil change department other their extremely expensive costs. I went there to have a specific mechanical problem they said the fix yet proceeded to repair and replace something that entirely diggerent. I will NEVER return to this auto repair shop and advise others to think before having their repairs there. This is my second 5 star review of the day today. Pulled in with 3 cars in the bays (full) for an oil change. I was greeted in person in the parking lot. Positioned the truck at bay one and waited about 10 minutes before proceeding in. These guys know how to be professional and personable. They have a very good crew of associates. I've gotten my oil changed here twice now. The first time, I was pretty skeptical--I'd had a terrible experience at a similar express-type shop before. However, after my first visit, those doubts were completely erased. The second time, I had zero hesitation, and I can now confidently say this is hands-down the BEST place for a quick oil change. I was greeted in under 3 minutes, moved into a bay shortly after, and before I knew it, everything was done. The crew is professional, respectful, and efficient. For the product, service, and quick in and out, the value is tremendous and worth every penny. Stephen (I believe he's the assistant manager) is top-notch. This is the second time I've been to this location and I just have to say, no matter how cliché it sounds, I have really felt like a princess each time. Stephen and Michael are phenomenal!! The level of customer service was just out of this world. It made me feel really happy. They made me feel very welcomed. Conversation, smiles, good vibes!! I love it here... I used to go to vavoline but... the service doesn't compare. I will continue to go here for the needs of my vehicle!! The hood on the driver's side of my 2014 Infiniti Q50 Sport had a gap that wouldn't close flush for years. The dealership and body shops said they couldn't fix it. It was so frustrating and took away from the aesthetic of an otherwise nice looking car that I love. During a regular oil change at Express, I was told they could fix it by replacing the front hood lift support - a part that cost about $25. I was skeptical that the fix could be so simple since no one else had been able to figure it out, but it was worth a shot. I ordered the part and returned a couple days later, and within minutes of waiting in the lounge, they came in to let me know I was all set! I couldn't believe my eyes! My hood was completely closed, and my car looked like new! Took my Chevy Blazer there today about 10:45 a.m. They ran a diagnostic and I was told the seal around the top of the gas tank was leaking and they said it takes three hours to drop the fuel tank and repair it. We were on our way home from a long trip to Maine. Our service light came on for an oil change. My husband miscalculated thinking we could wait until we got home. This made me nervous as we still had 500 miles to go, and we were already 400+ over. We had a hotel reservation in Chester so I called the local Toyota dealer and explained the situation to a service advisor. He said they were booked for the next day, and we could "drop the car off". Obviously he didn't understand we were traveling, or just didn't care. I saw the reviews for Express Oil Change and called. The lady answering the phone said " no problem, bring it in". AWESOME SERVICE! Oil changed, windshield cleaned inside and out, tire pressure checked and air added, all lights checked, fluids all topped off, and NO UPSALE on anything. They inspected the airfilter and informed we were good until the next oil change. Inspected all tires and let us know we may want to look at replacing 2 before winter. They set the oil change mileage reminder. Very polite, informative, knowledgeable, and respectful. Ten minutes from drive in to drive out. Price was comparative to others in the area. CHECK YOUR OIL BEFORE LEAVING!!! On December 4th I went to Express oil for an oil change and tire rotation because my usual place was booked and this place had great reviews. I left there feeling pretty good. The staff was very nice and helpful with my questions. The man that did my oil change said I had a little bit of oil that leaked and that there WAS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT(I don't know much about cars so I figured since he said don't worry about it I was good to go). 7 days later my check engine light came on and I decided to do a cold check of my oil. It was barely at the minimum line. I took my car to AutoZone for a free engine check (the engine issue is unrelated to the problem). I asked the staff there how possible is it to leak an entire engine full of oil in 7 days and they stated Express Oil probably did not put enough oil in my tank. I purchased some oil while there and made an appointment with my usual car people. I wanted to make sure before I called Express Oil that there wasn't a leak. My usual car people told me I did not have a leak. I called Express oil and spoke with the manager stating you all did not put enough oil in my car and I would like a refund as I am no longer comfortable taking my car back. He pulls up my information and says we noted multiple oil leaks on your paperwork. I then told him that HIS EMPLOYEE stated that they were minor and I had nothing to worry about and that my usual car place found no leaks. He then goes on to insult my intelligence by asking was my car on level ground when I checked my oil. (I checked it 3 times on level pavement because I couldn't believe how low the oil was and even if I was on an incline it shouldn't have been that low). The manager then states that he was going to go to my car place to "investigate the matter and look at video footage". Of course when he goes to check, I have oil in my car because I PUT IT THERE. Basically they have no intentions of rectifying the situation. I spoke with a mechanic friend about the issue and he told me ANY OIL LEAK IS A PROBLEM AND EXPRESS OIL SHOULD NOT HAVE DISMISSED THIS MATTER (again my car people found no oil leaks). Moral of the story check your oil before you leave and don't take what they say as fact (especially if you are a woman. My mechanic friend highly doubted they would have said that to a man). I understand people make mistakes all the time and all I wanted was a refund for services they did not complete. Had my engine light not have come on I would have gone weeks without checking my oil and my car would have been done. I hope in the future they have better customer service when issues arise because they dropped the ball on this one. They covered their asses and left me short of money so make sure you all cover yours. CHECK YOUR OIL BEFORE LEAVING! read more

Wow, this was the best experience I have had getting my oil change and service on my car. Jordan was my technician and was very professional and very respectful. He was able to get me in without an appointment and had the work done in under 20 minutes( oil change, air pressure, and air filter changes) . The price was 15 bucks under similar only change shops like jiffy lube. The inside was immaculately clean and had water and coffee was provided durning for the wait.
