Forgot to put oil back in my engine!!! You had one job. I had to have an engine replacement and they still haven't refunded me for anything. I asked for a refund on the oil change (that I did not get) and they told me no. They also had my engine replaced without consent of any kind. I didn't release the truck to have an engine install at Infantry Auto. I would have made them take it to the dealership for the engine install. You're putting your vehicle at risk if you go here. I came for for an oil change using a Groupon deal that was $36 for conventional. They got me in within 10 minutes and my oil change was crazy fast. Nate was helping me and he was a super nice guy with a great sense of humor! He let me know my high mileage oil would be an additional charge and was very up front about it. Only ended up being an additional $20 so it was a great deal overall. Definitely making this my regular place for all of my oil changes. read more

Dae was amazing! He went above and beyond helping me get my car back on the road. I came in for an oil change. When I left my check engine light came on so I returned. They diagnosed and sent me back out. A few minutes later my car wouldn't start. Dae met me where I was at to find out what was going on. It was a leak in my air line. After telling me what part I would need to cap the leak off he offered to go with me to get the part. I declined because obviously he had already went above and beyond to help. In short, typical poor customer service laziness. I usually go to the dealership but thought I'd try something different. Big mistake. I had an oil change there recently, which was ok but when I called back to clarify about whether I had synthetic or conventional oil and therefore whether I should get my next service in 3k or 5k miles, the guy was too lazy to look it up. I asked again and still he wouldn't do it...said I needed to drive to the store. Sheesh. I don't have 45 minutes to come back so you can look it up on your computer in the store, but I do have a few minutes to write a review sharing about the terrible customer service. If you want quality service this is the Jiffylube to go to. As someone who has high standard for quality work on my vehicle this place did not disappoint. The staff was kind and informative. They were friendly and in a great mood. The service was QUICK! I was in and out in maybe 10-15 minutes max. The price is great. I have a bigger pickup which takes 7-8 quarts of oil and even with the extra charge for the extra quarts I still feel I got an excellent price for my oil change. If you need quality staff, quality parts and fluids, and quality care for your vehicle definitely worth visiting this Jiffylube. Thanks y'all! Don't waste your time or money. They don't provide all the services they list on the invoice. In fact they check things off that they did not check or top off. They spilled oil all over my vehicle and when I called the manager I received nothing but defensive comments. I needed to power wash my engine block to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. read more

Was visiting family up here and a storm was moving in and was getting really cold. I needed to get a quick change to beat it. I really appreciate the lady that came out really quick and responsive. My first visit they didn't have my engine and cabin filters in stock, so the next time I called ahead and they ordered some for me. Really appreciated that. Wonderful customer service. We came in to get an oil change not realizing we were 2000 miles early for our next oil change. They checked our oil letting us know it still looked great and we didn't need to change our oil yet. They topped off our fluids with no charge. They could have changed our oil and charged us for it even though we didn't need it yet but they were honest by informing us it was too early. I would highly recommend this business. read more

They earned my trust after one visit. Lost my mileage tag for my next oil change. They told me when I arrived that I was early for my next change. They took the time to show me the condition of the oil was still good, topped it off for free (topped off all the other fluids as well) and sent me on my way. Went in for an oil change and they put the wrong oil filter in my car which made my motor blow up. Now my car is in the shop for the rest of the week and I have no way to get home. When talking about reimbursements they were little to no help and it has taken all day to even find out when my car will be done in the shop. The exceptional part of my experience at this Jiffy Lube was the customer service. While I'm used to knowledgeable and quick service, friendliness usually leaves something to be desired at Jiffy Lube. This visit was a nice surprise as the staff was incredibly friendly, providing service with a great attitude. As a bonus, the complimentary coffee in the waiting room was of exceptional quality. Oil filter was not attached and tightened. Oil leaked from my car for almost a month before I caught it. My entire engine is covered in oil- it is very obvious what happened. And the dipstick was dry as a bone. I went to check the filter and as soon as I grabbed it, it fell off into my hand. Really disappointed, no one likes taking their car to get an oil change and now I have to pay double in half the time. They also told me I needed a new air filter when It was just recently changed. Do not go to Jiffy Lube! During my oil change at this location employees removed my protective skid plate (required to change my oil filter) but never replaced the part. I was wondering why my engine compartment seemed dirty and realized why when I went to change my oil at the appropriate time the next time. I immediately called them but they no longer had my car part and Jiffy Lube will not replace it because it's been over 6 months. My engine compartment is unprotected and I'm left with an expensive clean up and car part bill because of Jiffy Lube's lack of integrity, ethics, and attention to detail. read more

Wish that an oil change could be quick and efficient allowing me to stay in the comfort of my vehicle. But I think that is asking a lot. After parking the car, I wait in the lobby until they call me up and pitch extra services and upgrades. Then I go back and wait until the oil is changed. And when they get to it, I can finally pay and leave. To be fair, they did their job and the lobby was clean. But an oil change could be done better and faster. Isn't this what you do Jiffy Lube? Visited this location a couple times for an oil change. Both times I had great service from Brandon. He didn't try to push any additional services. They vacuumed and cleaned windows. I was quoted an hour but was leaving within 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place! read more

Overpriced for quality of Oil Change. The guys were nice, but when I see a sign for a $29.99 oil change, I'm already thinking it's expensive even if it's full service. There was no wait (now I know why), so I decided to do it anyway, and after my car was already in the bay I realized I was being charged the $29.99 for ONLY the oil change. I paid extra for the oil filter and my air filter needed replaced. The grand total came to a whooping $56.00 and change. After a 20% discount on the air filter and a 10% AAA discount, I ended up paying $46.00 and change. When I received my invoice, I noticed the word UNCHECKED next to many of the the components/fluids. I'm unemployed and living on a very small budget right now, and it was super difficult to hand over my credit card for the payment. I just found a coupon for Pep Boys. $19.99 for oil change, multi-point inspection, oil filter, and tire rotation. My mistake this time, but I know where I'm going next time. read more

They tried to charge me $100 to do my serpentine belt, took my car to another mechanic and not only did they say $100 was astronomical but also my car doesn't even have a serpentine belt! Do not let these people get over on you!!! read more

Told them when I took my van in that the radiator needed coolant. They didn't touch the radiator cause the overflow bottle was full. Car overheated within 15 miles of the oil change. Had to put a gallon of coolant in. Also charged me $40 for new wiper blades. Never going back there again! read more
