I called Tom's and explained the situation and they were able to fit me in for a same day appointment, I showed up, asked a few questions and was given very helpful information, and then they reset the reminder free of charge! I was quoted $30-$40 from other European car shops in town for the same service, I could not be happier, fresh out of an overnight shift at my job and they made my entire week 5x better in just 15 minutes.

My wife got in the car to bring it home and both compartments had been emptied, and the contents were scattered all over the floor.
