Also, my mechanic told me to get the tires swapped before driving not for tread wear, but for age and sidewalk cracking! (I never thought sidewall cracks were a real issue. I was wrong!) Again, Dad's fault! So, I called around to get the tires swapped and back rolling again. I got to McKnight, and they had American tires for a really cheap price!! So, I used them. Didn't think the service would be over the top, but it was. They told me it would take about an hour to swap them out and, due to a flight delay, I called them at 4:15pm to see if they could still do it. With hesitation, they said sure, bring it in. Those guys took that truck and swapped those tires in an hour and didn't give one damn about working over!! I live it when people live to work and put a great product or service out to the customer! They did both! Though the cost came out more than quoted due to the type of truck I have, I was not displeased because they got the right tire for my truck and did the work that needed to be done with a smile and satisfaction that their product is top notch! Much respect to all those guys for the service provided at a high quality!

I was supposed to be given a ride home while they repaired the car but instead they let me sit in the waiting room they took walk-in customers and when all of the work have been done on the people have took my car in at 11:15 after they job around 4 o'clock and I had plaza with my little dog till 2 o'clock when they finally drove me home so I could drop off the dog and let the other dogs out. The car continued to profusely leak oil. I kept on taking it back in and instead of repairing it they'd say well now we're gonna put it and then when we bring you back then we'll fix it and then I bring it back and then they go well you know you need this little plastic tubes in your car we can't fix it because we can't get the plastic tubes and it's got that turbo boost engine but every time they did this, they let me sit and wait before come back and say we're not gonna do what we were supposed to do we're gonna send you home and bring it back another day. One time I had a 10 o'clock appointment I got there early 935 and sat there until 1115 when they finally called me up and said yeah we ordered some for the car but didn't get here because we don't have any had the auto supply place delivered the why it took so long and and all of this is very exhausting and I finally left after paying them $500 to find another full service engine repair shop to get my car fixed. I think they probably do a very nice job rotating tires and doing tag and you buy three you get the fourth one free tires it's I should have never engaged with them in an oil leak and I accept part of that blame but God it was a horrible week sitting entire plaza in the cold 73 years old never getting it resolved. I would area manager for that store blamed me for having to wait so long for the 10 o'clock appointment because he said you came in early shame on me. I came in 25 minutes early to have the car not be looked at till 11 o'clock 15 but they were saying I was in the wrong for in early at 9:35 for the 10 o'clock appointment which they didn't start until 1115 so shame on me.
