I noticed their card today in my wallet and thought let me do this before I forget again, because they definitely deserve one. I have brought my truck here several times in the last few yrs and they have always treated me fair and with great service. The young lady up front I believe her name is "Cheyenne" is always very polite and informative and I have also dealt with a young mechanic "Dillon" several times, always polite and very knowledgeable. So to get to the point, there was nothing wrong with our vehicle after Dillon looked at it, they let me know what I could do at the house to address the issue and I left with a smile. The point here is they could have charged me to look at my vehicle and then for service and or parts, that we didn't need and so on. But they didn't! That's hard to find these days unfortunately...a fair, honest and client first type of business. One time we need a battery swapped out it's pretty hard to get to under the fender when we came to pick it up the fender and the will well were not put back together correctly, so I had to tell the young man at the front desk that the whole unit is loose and he copped an attitude and put it back in his shop and had his guys fix it. Another time we were here our car kept stalling. I told them that it seemed like it was the security system that needed to be rebooted, but they had to try every other option and kept the car for four days charging us almost $1000 to reboot the security system and give us a new key pad. Another time I asked him if they could check the brakes on the vehicle, cause they were acting strange and would offer them to pay for a new brake job when I get there the young man at the desk tells me that they have to charge us to look at it. Who charges to look at a vehicle's brake pads to see if they're good or not. I guess this place does and the only place that I could find that does. At this point I realized all they care about is the money they don't give a crap about the customers. When I found out, they want to charge me this astronomical price just to look at the brake pads and give me an estimate. I told them that I would come get the keys and take it somewhere else and the young man at the counter said good take it somewhere else .real professional. To everyone that reads this beware.

I was greeted by service tech…read moreMalik by what I needed, I told him a synthetic oil change and the he immediately started selling me on wipers (I just replaced last month). He then suggested to replace a couple of air filters which I just replaced back in Feb and did not look that dirty. He seemed very unhappy about not selling me anything. Then after changing my synthetic oil he hands me the new sticker which only had 3,000 miles until the next oil change, not the normal 5,000 miles. When I asked about it he said it wasn't that big of a deal. That's just what the system recommended. I asked to speak to a manager. Then Brandon (the manager) appeared and I informed him my concerns about the sticker to remind me for the next oil change was only 3,000, not the normal 5,000 for using synthetic oil. He said that Valvoline had changed the system at the first of the year 2026. I pointed out that my last oil change was in February 2026 and was good for 5,000 miles?? He had no explanation and told him that lying about the information I brought up wasn't appropriated. When I looked up how many miles synthetic oil should be replaced I found out that the mileage should last 7,500 to 10,000 miles. I find it very sad that Valvoline would hire people of low integrity. I have lost trust in this company and they are hiring people of low morale integrity.

Eventually a worker came to that part of the wash to rinse the car and start the wash but I would guess we sat there 5 mins or more. I tried to call inside but no answer. I won't be back just based on the equipment not being taken care of and lack of employees working, and it looks so ran down. But for $10.95 wasn't a bad price for the wash.

Was pretty busy today so oil change took a little longer than usual. Service was great. About 4 employees total messed with my car because they were so busy. Needed the 'service required' computer message to be reset. Sadly I bought my car used and it had no manual. One of the two female employees knew right what to do after three males didn't. We need more females in automotive positions. Overall great experience. Told me what services were recommended by the mileage but I hardly drive anywhere so I didn't do any of them at the time but did make a note of it so I could keep it in mind.
