Earlier 2024, I stopped in for an oil change. It was a great service environment. I felt confident in the staff. Came for a second visit, again a great experience. There were suggestions for work I should get done. Again, I felt confident and listened to them. There was other work they checked on for me and said I was ok didn't need to do it. I believe the manager was Michael and his co-worker Jasmine. I hope that's right I waited too long to leave the review. On June 18, 2024 my TEENAGE daughter brought her 2012 Honda Accord to this location for an oil change and tire rotation. Normally I send her to Honda but they were booked and she needed it right away. Let me start by saying I'm beyond disappointed and angry because I didn't find out until yesterday 8/19/2024 that the technician broke 2 of her wheel studs and lied to her and told her it wasn't his fault it was the fault of the person that serviced her car last. Her being young and knowing nothing about what he's saying she took it at face value and drove off. The cashier LIED and told her she found her a coupon to give her a discount on her services which she really only took money off because of the damages that they had done. I was upset with my daughter because she didn't tell me that this had occurred until yesterday when the car finally started giving her trouble. The technician didn't tell her that 2 were broken he handed her one and said it was broke and put all her hubcap covers back on the car as if everything was ok. They allowed my child to drive off with these dangerous conditions because they were too cowardly to admit fault! I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone and I def will never return to this location or any other location. Had I known on the date that it happened they would've def seen my face. I came to get my oil change for the 2nd time here, there was some difficulties getting my drain plug out. However, I did have a good overall experience because the staff took initiative on finding solutions and showed a sense of urgency. I can't remember the managers name or the girl who checked me in, but they were both very professional and friendly! Also, the district manager Grey was super helpful and I definitely appreciate him teaming up with the staff to make sure things were going smoothly. They tried to up-sale me on cabin air filters and engine filters I didn't need. I asked to see the "dirty" filter and the guy didn't even know how to get the filter out until I showed them. I tried asking for a discount after they tried upselling , they insisted that they wasn't trying to. Not certain, but I believe they started talking bad about me after I got in my car, I believe the guy said b*tch *ss ni**a. Wasn't worth it to confront him about it. I drove to this Jiffy Lube location to get my tire checked and air. Before I could get my full statement out the lady stated, "Oh we don't put air in tires". Very rude and unprofessional. My husband and I spend a lot of money with the company and to be dismissed like that is disappointing. Also my husband went there two/three weeks ago to get his oil topped off, the same lady turned him away and said you're over the mileage that we allow to do it for free. I'm NEVER going back. After getting my oil changed the engine light came on. I noticed when I was driving off after they finished. I came back and told them, and the manager already knew this but did not notify me or do anything about the issue until I came back. He then said the Jeep 2017s and 16s had this issue and he would have to drain it and redo the oil change. If he knew this was an issue, why wait until I came back and complained before doing anything. Then, it took them FOREVER to redo the job. I had to keep reminding them. I got a voucher from Groupon, the manager couldn't put it in the system and I didn't get my tires rotation or my glass treatment, they asked me to come back and acted like they didn't know me when I did. Worst place ever. I went to get my new car serviced after only having it for 3 months (2017 model). Even though I had a service package with my dealership I went to jiffy lube because it was walking distance from my job. I then take My car to the dealership for my maintenance package and they lift my car to only tell me I have a cracked oil filter housing which has to be replaced costing me 300$. I contacted jiffy lube and the young guy remembers me and immediately apologize however Ken the manager accuses the dealership of damaging my car in which they only lifted the car they never touched the housing. Needless to say I had to file a complaint with cooperate and file a court case. Even after the guy acknowledged their mistake and apologized Ken was very rude and refused to give me my money. I had all the proof he need. My invoice from my service at jiffy life and a statement from the dealership. I don't care what you drive I wouldn't recommend this place at all. read more

Routine oil change and it was a disaster. I explained that I have a Groupon paid coupon. I stayed in the vehicle watching the technicians and I was shocked by the lack of communication and customer service. I was not shown the oil filter, my wiper blades were not checked, and the list goes, but everything on my receipt was checked. This is so deceptive. Buyer beware! I had to pay $17.99 additional. Why didn't the tech explain how the coupon worked or tell me that my vehicle requires more oil than I paid for. So I as the customer can make a choice to continue with the transaction. Went to get oil changed which was fine, but they tried to up-sell me on brakes because they stated I needed brakes desperately bad. When I took my vehicle to another place to have tires put on, I asked about my brakes.... they showed me my brakes and told me I still had 6 months to a year left on the brakes... not sure if Jiffy Lube just wanted my money for unnecessary services or if they saw a lone female in their waiting room and figured they would take advantage... just something to think about. read more

Poor experience. Ideally any Jiffy Lube nearby should be the same as the next, but the one in Conyers was horrible. Pulled in mid day around 10am on 8/1, car sat there for about 40 minutes with a lane open while four employees stood there talking with each other about who knows what. Finally brought my car in right at the point when I was planning on walking out, they changed the oil and did zero else. No washer fluid, no filter check, no cleaning of the car or the windows. Nobody said a word to me. Guy drove my car out of the bay and walked in and handed me the keys and walked away. I could have just drove away and nobody would have cared. Told them I had a Groupon which included a tire rotation, they told me at the end "oh did you want your tires too?" and at the 90 minute mark I said forget it. So after using jiffy lube the dealer had a special so I went there and the told me how jiffy lube had lost the parts inside the piece that holds the oil filter. $100 later I go back by jiffy lube who first dried everything to only them tell me they would reimburse me to then deny what happen. I then take it to corporate who informed me o had never been to jiffy lube. They just do poor work and deny their mistakes. Don't ever go there, to any location, ever! read more
