I've been a customer at Take 5 for years, so I've been to multiple locations through the years. This was the first time at my location. The staff wasn't as warm as I'm used to at other locations, but they did an amazing job and were quick. Also, the attendant never asked me which oil I wanted to use (I prefer to be asked if I want to stick with the usual or not just in case). I don't hold these two things against them as it was an especially busy day and it's cold out, so I want to emphasize how quick and efficient they were! read more

My son & I we're traveling on I20 when our oil light came on. It was getting late on a Saturday close to closing time. I put a call into Take 5 oil change, I spoke to Jay, assistant manager. I told him the problem and asked if he would stay open for us. . Our oil cap had come off and the oil was all over the engine. Fortunately, When we arrived they were ready for us. They did the oil change and sprayed the engine down with degreaser and washed it down. I am very grateful for their help. We shared some snacks with them and promptly got on our way to South Carolina. Jay and all employees were extremely helpful and very gracious. I would highly recommend. I was surprised by all the rave reviews of this place just because usually oil change places don't score well, in general. I was happily in and out very quickly and they had the exact oil type I needed for my suv. Zay was a very nice guy and really made sure to take care of me well. Even after I pulled out of the bay, he made sure to wash my windshield and asked if there was anything else he could take care of for me. They honored the coupon that I quickly loaded onto my phone as I sat and had the oil changed. Very happy that this place is in my neighborhood. read more

Drove up today 1/18/2024 at 11:58am asked the young man for a Conventional Oil Change same as last time also I have a coupon. Just then the my door open and he stated to me what I would get. I always go here to get my oil changed. The guys are always friendly. The line is usually long though, but they move quickly and give you water while you wait. Last time I was there they checked my service engine light and told me what was wrong. I didn't even have to ask them to do that. read more

Critical: Professionalism This place was so unprofessional today!! I've been to them on 2 separate occasions and my first and second was great. I won't lie about that. The service was amazing and comfortable until today. This is the first horrible experience I've had. So my last oil change I asked that they remove my skid plate because I thought my transmission fluid was leaking, come to find out it was actually because the last oil change they didn't put my cap on tightly, definitely recorded them saying that and Joel apologized because he did the safety check and didn't catch it. So I got a few discounts from them for that. I was supposed to go back and get my skid plate put back on but I went out of town for work, caught covif and called them about 3 weeks later to make sure it was still there and I could get it put on once I got over covid, everything was good. OK so this week Tuesday I called they said it was still there and even though its not needed on the car I could still get it put on. I got today, all of a sudden, the dude Robert doesn't work there nor is he answering, my skid plate is broken and the girl is telling me I never should have let them take it off. Like I told her, nobody never said it was broken and it wasn't broken when they took it off but its cool, you're right I shouldn't have let y'all take it off nor do the work to my car. She says, you shouldn't have them and don't in the future. I don't know her name but she is a Caucasian girl, the skinny one that look like a boy. Rude as hell!! But I've contacted corporate and I will be contacting their manager as well. Like I said, any other time they get a 5star rating from me but for their un professionalism TODAY...they showed their behind and they could never get my business again. They are a great place to get an oil change but today was good enough for me because everything is fine until something is their fault and with her attitude she needs to know, she is not that girl, or boy she tried to be today. read more

All the staff working was really nice. They greeted me with a cold bottle of water while I waited to get my car serviced. I love the fact that you can stay inside your car the either time.
