Took my truck for an oil change and one of the techs BROKE THE KEY OFF in the ignition. I was told that because the ignition cylinder had a pre existing problem- that they were not responsible for the cost of the locksmith ($110). The manager refused to offer ANYTHING (as a show of goodwill) towards the cost even though his guy FORCED the key until it broke. He told me that my truck is old and has over 200k miles on it. What did that have to do with his tech not STOPPING to COME AND TELL ME that he's having trouble turning the key?? Would not even waive the cost of the oil change - which they used PREMIUM OIL that I DID NOT ASK FOR nor did they INFORM ME that that's what was being used (in order to charge me more for the oil change). NOTHING. Not even 25 bucks. The guy that broke the key (nor the manager) DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE!! Just rolled my truck out, got out and walked back inside! Long story short: Called in for a quote on oil change ($26). Get in the shop quoted me $32. Walked away and waited for along time for the oil change. Then when once the oil change was completed, $44 for oil change. (Customer service was friendly, yes.) I've never had any trouble with my car when other mechanics changed my oil. This one and only time... Oil went into air filter and caused check engine light to cut on. Took my car to the dealership to get it fixed additional $44. Pros: Great customer service Respectful attitudes Cons: Price quotes Job completion 2 stars only because the customer service was nice. read more

took my car to get the ignition coils changed and an oil change ...literally oil change never got done and they charged me for it , on top of saying he drained the oil out the car but never put nothing in it . Came back the next business day with a broken engine completely for them not putting oil it and they tried to lie and say they didn't do it ...if you bring your car here you will regret it .horrrible now I have no engine and they didn't even try to fix the problem or a refund!!!!!!!!!!! I have been dealing with this shop for about a year, they already know that I am a disabied veteran. I took my car in for a AC compressor replacement on Wednesday 9 June 2021, around about 2:30 pm. It was supposed to be a in and out repair, while sitting in the waiting room I noticed that something was going on because the technician went into the office and was talking with one of the other works. So I asked and was told the technician broke one of three AC compressor mounting bolts and that he barely applied pressure. So I inquired what was going to happen from this point and they told me, they would try and get someone to pick the car up, but they were not responsible for any damaged while in their care and in layman's term that they were not responsible for repair costs associated with the removal and I would be fully responsible for everything even though I did not break the bolt. They told me they could get the car picked up by a outside machine shop ran by a older gentleman that does repair for them and he can possibly fix it and they would add his repair cost to my ticket. However they called him but could not reach him and they contacted the off duty manager and he seconded that their shop would not be responsible for any repairs to fix the problem caused by their technician. So I had my vehicle taken to another facility, because they could not get in touch with their machine shop person and I will have to take legal actions against the repair facility. So if you are needing repairs and you are trusting this shop to be responsible for their actions I would look else where. Gerry W. read more

I went in for a tune-up which included the spark plugs; and while taking out one of the spark plug they broke a radiator hose. They REFUSED to take accountability and they made ME PAY for the item. I had to drive to the dealership and buy the hose MYSELF. When I complained I was told that "it wasn't his fault that GM makes crappy parts on an Escalade." Not only did I pay $563 for the tune up I paid an additional $55 for a hose that THEY broke. I am a 100% disabled veteran and IcCan't believe that they would do that to someone taking advantage because I could not drive the car without the hose. They also put grease on my armrest, door handle, and hood latch. (Pics included). I know it's from them because I spent 2 hours cleaning my truck the day prior! I didn't even bother taking it back to them to clean up after themselves! I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE! He told me that the mechanic BARLEY touched it and it broke! There wasn't a need to touch it in the first place, it just makes the job easier to remove a plug. All I know is that it wouldn't have broken had I not took it to them! Don't go in there with a coupon thinking that is the price you will Pay unless you have a basic, 4 cylinder factory car that only takes 5 quarts of basic motor oil and has a basic filter. They will nickel and dime you for everything and have you paying $40 to $50 more than what you had budgeted for the most basic service. And they aren't even skilled enough to know how to turn your maintenance reminder lights off and change the light bulbs in your car. It's definitely worth it to just drive to your dealership and get a good quality oil change. You will end up paying less and getting better service. They are only getting this one start because I have to post one to start the review. read more

Paid alot for them to not figure out what was wrong with my car. I ended finding out by myself. I think since I was a young girl, they took advantage of me. I even told them about the part I was suspecting needed a replacement and they brushed it off. The part I replaced was $5, an intake manifold gasket. I ended up replacing it myself too. read more

Called in to quote some car work, needed the oil pan gasket changed out. Worker at precision tune told me work would take 5 hours and cost $450. Looked on YouTube, man in video took about two hours to change the part on the same car. Called another shop, got a quote for $100 on the same work so long as I bring the part. This shop is trying to scam women. They heard my female voice and I could hear the dollar signs in every word as he gave me my estimate. Very displeased and not the first time they tried to overcharge me on work. read more

I had a great experience my first visit. My second visit, my wheel bearing was replaced. I never got a call that my car was ready, and my ABS light was on when I picked my car up. I ended up having to pay an additional 100 dollars to replace a part that was not broken when I took the car in. How many customers are being scammed out of more money this way? I have had my car serviced there before 6/10/17 and things went well.However, things changed on that date. I took my car in to have a Left Axle Shaft Assembly,CV done knowing the the price will be $268.48 because I had the right one done at that price about a month earlier. After elevating my car I noticed the tech called the supervisor to look at my car, I could see them through the glass .The supervisor came back in and went into his office and never said anything to me. After about 45 mins, knowing that the work should be completed, I asked to confirmed that the price would be $268.48 and was told it might be a little higher, without an explanation.So my question was, if it's the same work done, then why would the price be different. After the CV Axle was installed he then comes to me and said"come with me I want to show you something on your car". The tech had broken one of the lugs on the left wheel and because of the location of the remainig ones, it made it unsafe to drive because the tire could become unstable and fall off. The supervisor said the Front Hub Assembly would have to be replaced costing $241.00.Later found out that he had ordered the part before he consulted me.He insisted that it need to be done and said that he could not be liable putting the tire back on the car and me driving it home. I told him that I could not afford it and unless he's going to do it for free, put the tire back on my car and give it to me. So, I drove in to PrecisionTune Auto Care at 1711 Hwy138 Conyers, Ga 30013 . BUT I HAD TO USE AAA TO TAKE MYCAR HOME!!!! Last visit there.You just lost a valuable customer for not veing honest and witholding information.I will be in contact with the corporate headquarters first thing Monday morning.
