I pulled in earlier this morning (13AUG21) for a service, only to be greeted by a dick head employee. Apparently it was inconvenient for him to do his job, because he would rather work on his personal vehicle during company time. The car he was working on was maroon in color. I didn't pay attention to the make and model but it was a classic. It looked like he was buffing the exterior, and whatever he was using he forcefully threw into the trunk as I pulled up. He then proceeded to angrily rip the door open. That is not customer service but rather customer disservice. He is a representative of Xpress Auto Care and cost the company money with his unprofessional behavior. I will NEVER return to this place for any service on my vehicle.

The owner was very nice and all the techs were knowledgeable. They also provided a loaner car since the job took longer than working hours the day of. The cost is a little steep on parts and labor is about the same if not better than anywhere in the area. The only reason I didn't give a perfect review is because I bought OEM parts thinking I could do the job myself and they would not use customer provided parts I had already bought. So the job took an extra day for their parts to ship and I have to return the parts I bought. The upside to this is they back their parts with a year or 12000 mile guarantee. That aside, I am glad I took my truck there and I would do it again if such a situation arises again. I would recommend them to anyone.
