Apparently it was inconvenient for him to do his job, because he would rather work on his personal vehicle during company time. The car he was working on was maroon in color. I didn't pay attention to the make and model but it was a classic. It looked like he was buffing the exterior, and whatever he was using he forcefully threw into the trunk as I pulled up. He then proceeded to angrily rip the door open. That is not customer service but rather customer disservice. He is a representative of Xpress Auto Care and cost the company money with his unprofessional behavior. I will NEVER return to this place for any service on my vehicle.
